बीकानेर जिलाधीश महोदय जी को एकीकृत महासंघ के पदाधिकारी तकनीकी कर्मचारियों को चुनाव ड्यूटी से मुक्त करने हेतु पत्र देने गए तकनीकी प्रदेश अध्यक्ष रमेश शर्मा जिलाउपाध्यक्ष श्री ओम दास साध ,श्री दुर्गा शंकर, सीपी तोमर, सुरेंद्र सिंह, भंवरलाल आदि

अखिल राजस्थान राज्य संयुक्त कर्मचारी महासंघ  एकीकृत के तकनीकी प्रदेश अध्यक्ष रमेश उपाध्याय ने श्रीमान जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी एवं जिला कलेक्टर महोदय जी को पत्र देकर अवगत करवाया की विधानसभा आम चुनाव 2023 में जन स्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी विभाग के तकनीकी कर्मचारीको चुनाव ड्यूटी से मुक्त करें क्योंकि वर्ष 1985 के  पश्चात तकनीकी कार्मिकों की नई भर्ती नहीं हुई है

जिसके कारण विभाग में तकनीकी कर्मचारियों की कमी के चलते वर्तमान में कार्यरत तकनीकी कार्मिकों द्वारा विभाग की पेयजल योजनाओं पर अतिरिक्त कार्य भारके तहत कार्य किया जा रहा है उक्त कार्मिकों की नियुक्ति ग्रामीण एवं शहरी जल योजना पर होने के कारण  यदि इनकी चुनाव में ड्यूटी लग जाती है

तो जल योजनाओं पर पेयजल आपूर्ति बाधित हो जाएगी जलदाय विभाग के तकनीकी कर्मचारियों को अति आवश्यक सेवा में सम्मिलित होने के कारण इनका आम चुनाव 2023 के कार्य से मुक्त रखने का श्रम करें वार्ता में  जिला उपाध्यक्ष श्री ओम दास साध श्री दुर्गा शंकर सुरेंद्र सिंह  भंवरलाल आदि उपस्थित रहे
