जयपुर बम ब्लास्ट केस के एक आरोपी को मिली जमानत

जयपुर में हुए सीरियल बम ब्लास्ट के दौरान जिंदा बम मिलने के मामले में आज हाईकार्ट (जयपुर बैंच) ने एक आरोपी मोहम्मद सरवर आजमी को जमानत दे दी है। राजस्थान पुलिस की गिरफ्त में आने के बाद सरवर 2009 से जेल में है।

इस मामले के सरवर के साथ 3 अन्य आरोपी भी जेल में बंद हैं। जस्टिस बीरेन्द्र कुमार की अदालत ने आरोपी मोहम्मद सरवर आजमी को जमानत पर रिहा करने के आदेश दिए हैं। आरोपी की ओर से वकील सयैद सआदत अली ने कोर्ट में पैरवी की।

आरोपी को जिंदा बम मिलने के मामले में गिरफ्तार किया गया था। कोर्ट में पैरवी करते हुए मोहम्मद सरवर आजमी के वकील ने बताया कि सरवर को बम ब्लास्ट के 8 मामलों में पहले हाईकोर्ट ने नीचली कोर्ट के फैसले को रद्द करते हुए सभी आरोपों में दोषमुक्त कर दिया है।

वहीं, एटीएस ने इन्हें जिंदा बम मामले में दोबारा गिरफ्तार किया। जिंदा बम मामले में उन सभी गवाहों को दोबारा कोर्ट में पेश करने के लिए कहा गया, जिन्होंने बम ब्लास्ट के मामले में गवाही दी थी। इस पर सुनवाई हुई, लेकिन उन गवाहों से भी कोर्ट को कुछ नया सबूत या दस्तावेज नहीं मिले। इसी आधार पर आज हाईकोर्ट ने सरवर आजमी की याचिका पर सुनवाई के बाद उसकी जमानत को मंजूरी दी।

An accused in Jaipur bomb blast case got bail

Today the High Court (Jaipur Bench) has granted bail to one of the accused, Mohammad Sarwar Azmi, in the case of finding a live bomb during the serial bomb blast in Jaipur. Sarwar has been in jail since 2009 after being caught by Rajasthan Police.

Along with Sarwar, three other accused in this case are also in jail. Justice Birendra Kumar's court has ordered the release of accused Mohammad Sarwar Azmi on bail. Advocate Syed Saadat Ali appeared in the court on behalf of the accused.

The accused was arrested in the case of finding live bomb. While appearing in the court, the lawyer of Mohammad Sarwar Azmi said that in the 8 bomb blast cases, the High Court has acquitted Sarwar of all the charges by canceling the decision of the lower court.

At the same time, ATS arrested him again in the live bomb case. In the live bomb case, all those witnesses who had testified in the bomb blast case were asked to present themselves in the court again. A hearing was held on this, but even from those witnesses the court did not get any new evidence or documents. On this basis, today the High Court approved the bail of Sarwar Azmi after hearing his petition.
