चूरू के रतनगढ़ थाना इलाके में जन्मदिन पार्टी के दौरान मामूली झगड़े में ASI के बेटे ने हिस्ट्रीशीटर की हत्या कर दी। इसमें उसके आठ दोस्तों ने मदद की। विवाद के बाद अपने दोस्तों के साथ ASI का बेटा लाठी और सरिया लेकर हिस्ट्रीशीटर पर टूट पड़ा। हिस्ट्रीशीटर वहीं ढेर हो गया। उसे मरा हुआ समझकर मौके से सभी आरोपी फरार हो गए। घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही हिस्ट्रीशीटर के परिवार वाले मोर्चरी के सामने धरने पर बैठ गए। उन्होंने ASI पर अपने बेटे और अन्य आरोपियों को बचाने का आरोप लगाया है।

गंगा सिंह के पिता राजेंद्र सिंह रतनगढ़ थाने के एएसआई हैं। थानाधिकारी सुभाष बिजारणिया ने बताया, सूचना पर मैं टीम के साथ मौके पर पहुंचा। पुलिस ने रतनगढ़ निवासी दिलसुख गोदारा के शव को कब्जे में लिया। पुलिस हत्या के आरोपियों की तलाश में जुटी हुई है। आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए जगह-जगह दबिश दी जा रही है। सूचना के बाद एफएसएल टीम भी मौके पर पहुंची और मर्डर से जुड़े साक्ष्य जुटाए। 

रविवार सुबह सूचना के बाद अस्पताल में मोर्चरी के सामने परिवार वालों की भीड़ जमा हो गई। रतनगढ़ के जालान अस्पताल की मोर्चरी के सामने आक्रोशित परिजनों ने शव लेने से इनकार कर दिया। अस्पताल में माहौल तनावपूर्ण हो गया। आक्रोशित परिजनों और युवकों ने रतनगढ़ थाने के एएसआई राजेन्द्र सिंह के बेटे गंगा सिंह के शामिल होने और हमलावरों को बचाने का आरोप लगाया। आक्रोशित ग्रामीणों ने एएसआई को सस्पेंड करने की मांग की। डीएसपी सतपाल सिंह और थानाधिकारी सुभाष बिजारणिया ने समझाया। इसके बाद पुलिस अधिकारियों ने एएसआई राजेन्द्र सिंह को लाइन हाजिर कर दिया है। इसके बाद परिजन युवक के शव का पोस्टमॉर्टम करवाने पर राजी हुए।

Ganga Singh's father Rajendra Singh is ASI of Ratangarh police station. Police officer Subhash Bijarania said, on information I reached the spot with the team. Police took the body of Ratangarh resident Dilsukh Godara into custody. The police is busy searching for the accused of murder. Raids are being conducted at various places to arrest the accused. After the information, FSL team also reached the spot and collected evidence related to the murder.

After the information on Sunday morning, a crowd of family members gathered in front of the mortuary in the hospital. The angry family members refused to accept the body in front of the mortuary of Jalan Hospital in Ratangarh. The atmosphere in the hospital became tense. The angry family members and youth accused Ganga Singh, son of ASI Rajendra Singh of Ratangarh police station, of involvement and saving the attackers. Angry villagers demanded suspension of ASI. DSP Satpal Singh and Police Officer Subhash Bijarania explained. After this the police officers have put ASI Rajendra Singh on the line. After this the family agreed to get the postmortem of the young man's body done.
