राजस्थान में नए तरह का 'Fraud Gang' एक्टिव, पढ़ लें काम की खबर- कहीं आप ना हो जाएं 'शिकार' !

पुलिस बनकर मां-बाप को फोन कर उन्हें बेटे या बेटी को अरेस्ट करने की धमकी देकर ठगी के इन दिनों कई मामले सामने आ रहे हैं। अधिकतर फोन स्कूल समय में बच्चों की मां के पास जाते हैं। उन्हें कहा जाता है कि आपके बेटे का अरेस्ट कर लिया गया है। जुर्म पूछने पर उन्हें बताया जाता है कि आपके बेटे ने किसी लड़की का रेप किया है। यहां तक कि किसी रोते हुए बच्चे से उनकी बात भी करवाई जाती है। कोई अगर घबरा कर उनके जाल में फंस गया तो उससे मोटी रकम ऐंठ ली जाती है। झुंझुनूं-चूरू में भी ऐसे कई मामले सामने आ चुके हैं।

व्हाट्सएप नम्बर मांग कर करते हैं ठगी
 ऐसे कॉलर पहले साधारण कॉल पर बात करते हैं और फिर बातों-बातों में सामने वाले के व्हाट्सएप नम्बर मांग लेते हैं। व्हाट्सएप नम्बर पर बैंकिंग डिटेल भेजकर रुपए मंगवाए जाते हैं। इसके अलावा ओटीपी आदि पूछकर बैंक अकाउंट से पैसे उड़ाए जा सकते हैं।

सोशल मीडिया का शौक पड़ रहा भारी
दरअसल स्मार्ट फोन पर इंस्टाग्राम, फेसबुक, स्नेपचैट आदि का शौक हर किसी को चढ़ा है। ठगी करने वाला गिरोह इन्हीं सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट्स से नम्बर लेकर उन्हें कॉल करते हैं। यह भी बताया जा रहा है कि स्कूलों से भी बच्चों के अभिभावकों के नम्बर चोरी किए जा रहे हैं। इससे उनको बच्चे व उसके माता-पिता के नाम का पता चल जाता है और यह नाम बताकर ही लोगों को अपने जाल में फंसा लेते हैं।

केस -1 : महिला अधिकारी ने दिखाई सजगता
झुंझुनूं में एक महिला अधिकारी शारदा जिनोलिया के पास फोन आया। कॉलर ने महिला के पति का नाम बताते हुए पूछा कि आपका बेटा कहां है, महिला ने जब बताया कि उनका बेटा तो दिल्ली में है तो काॅलर ने कहा कि मैं दिल्ली थाने से ही बोल रहा हूं, आपके बेटे को हमने अरेस्ट किया है। शारदा के कहने पर काॅलर ने एक बच्चे से भी बात कराई जो रोते हुए मम्मी बचाओ, मम्मी बचाओ बोल रहा था। लेकिन जिनोलिया माजरा समझ गई और बात करते-करते ही झुंझुनूं एसपी कार्यालय पहुंच गई। वहां जाकर उन्होंने जब कहा कि मैं एसपी कार्यालय में खड़ी हूं तो फोन काट दिया गया।

केस 2 : पीडि़त ने घबराकर साइबर थाने में परिचित को किया फोन
चूरू के एक व्यक्ति के पास फोन आया कि आपकी बेटी को अरेस्ट कर लिया गया है। उसने कुछ लड़कों के साथ मिलकर एक लड़की का रेप करवाया है। पीडि़त के कहने पर कॉलर ने एक रोती हुई लड़की से बात करवाई लेकिन वह क्या बोल रही थी कुछ समझ में नहीं आया। इसके बाद कॉलर ने कहा कि डीजी साहब आ गए, उनसे बात करो। इसके बाद किसी ने डीजीपी बनकर व्यक्ति को धमकाया और 70000 रुपए की मांग की। इस पर पीडि़त ने झुंझुनूं साइबर अपराध शाखा में कार्यरत अपने एक परिचित को फोन किया। उनके समझाने पर पीडि़त ने पता किया तो उसकी बेटी सुरक्षित थीं।

- अगर आपके पास कोई अनजान नंबर से फोन आए और आपके परिवार के किसी सदस्य को अरेस्ट करने की बात कहें, तो घबराएं नहीं, पहले हकीकत समझने का प्रयास करें।
- ऐसा फोन आने पर पहले अपने बच्चे का पता करें कि वह स्कूल में है या नहीं और उससे बात करें।
- अनजान को व्हाट्सएप नंबर नहीं दें।
- अगर आपको कोई रकम जमा कराने का कहे, तो उसे कभी न मानें। यह आपको ठगने का तरीका हो सकता है।
- अगर आपसे कोई व्हाट्सएप नंबर मांगे या कोई लिंक भेजे, तो उसे कभी न खोलें या शेयर न करें। यह आपके डिवाइस को हैक करने का तरीका भी हो सकता है।
- फिर भी आप ठगी का शिकार हो जाएं, तो तुरंत अपने नजदीकी पुलिस स्टेशन में शिकायत करें।

इस तरह का फोन आने पर घबराएं नहीं। सबसे पहले अपने बच्चे के बारे में पता करें कि वह इस वक्त कहां हैं और उससे बात करें। बच्चा स्कूल गया है तो स्कूल में सम्पर्क कर उससे बात करें। फिर भी कोई बात हो तो पुलिस से सम्पर्क करें, अपने स्तर पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं करें।

They are even made to talk to a crying child. If someone gets scared and falls into their trap, a huge amount of money is extorted from him. Many such cases have been reported in Jhunjhunu-Churu also.

Cheating by asking for WhatsApp number
Such callers first talk on a normal call and then during the conversation ask for the WhatsApp number of the other person. Money is called for by sending banking details to WhatsApp number. Apart from this, money can be withdrawn from the bank account by asking for OTP etc.

Social media obsession is taking a toll
Actually, everyone is fond of Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat etc. on smart phones. Fraudster gangs take numbers from these social media accounts and call them. It is also being told that numbers of parents of children are being stolen from schools also. Through this, they come to know the name of the child and its parents and by telling these names, they trap people.

Case-1: Female officer showed alertness
A woman officer in Jhunjhunu, Sharda Jinolia, received a call. The caller told the name of the woman's husband and asked where is her son, when the woman told that her son is in Delhi, the caller said that I am calling from Delhi police station, we have arrested your son. On Sharda's request, the caller also made her talk to a child who was crying and saying 'Mummy save, Mummy save'. But Jinolia understood the matter and while talking she reached Jhunjhunu SP office. When she went there and said that she was standing in the SP office, the phone was disconnected.

Case 2: The victim got scared and called an acquaintance in the cyber police station.
A person from Churu got a call that his daughter has been arrested. He along with some boys got a girl raped. On the request of the victim, the caller made a crying girl talk to him but he could not understand what she was saying. After this the caller said that DG Saheb has come, talk to him. After this, someone posing as DGP threatened the person and demanded Rs 70,000. On this the victim called one of his acquaintances working in Jhunjhunu cyber crime branch. After his explanation, the victim found out that her daughter was safe.

- If you get a call from an unknown number and ask to arrest a member of your family, then do not panic, first try to understand the reality.
- When you receive such a call, first find out whether your child is in school or not and talk to him.
- Do not give WhatsApp number to strangers.
- If someone asks you to deposit money, never agree to it. This could be a way to cheat you.
- If someone asks you for a WhatsApp number or sends you a link, never open or share it. This can also be a way to hack your device.
If you still become a victim of fraud, immediately complain to your nearest police station.

Don't panic when you get this kind of call. First of all, find out where your child is at the moment and talk to him. If the child has gone to school, then contact the school and talk to him. Still, if there is any issue then contact the police, do not take any action at your level.
