राजधानी जयपुर में एक महिला से चलते ट्रक में रेप का मामला सामने आया है। महिला अपने पति और बेटे के साथ लिफ्ट लेकर घर लौट रही थी। आरोपी ड्राइवर-खलासी ने चलते ट्रक की केबिन में उनके साथ शराब पार्टी की। फिर खलासी के साथ पति को ट्रक से नीचे उतार दिया और ड्राइवर ने महिला के साथ दुष्कर्म किया। शराब के नशे में परिवार को हाइवे किनारे उतार ड्राइवर-खलासी ट्रक लेकर फरार हो गए। शराब के नशे में दंपती ने बगरू थाने में आपबीती सुनाई। पुलिस ने पीड़िता के पर्चा बयान के आधार पर मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

पुलिस ने बताया कि झोटवाड़ा निवासी एक महिला (29) ने अपने पति के साथ रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है। महिला ने शिकायत में बताया कि वह एक ब्यूटी पॉर्लर में जॉब करती है, जबकि उसका पति अपना खुद का प्राइवेट काम करता है। 25 जनवरी की सुबह वह अपने पति और 4 साल के बेटे के साथ उर्स के लिए अजमेर गई थी।

वहां से तीनों एक कार में बैठकर शाम को अजमेर से बगरू तक आए। कार से उतरने के बाद हाइवे पर जयपुर जाने के लिए खड़े थे। महिला के पति ने जयपुर की तरफ जाने वाले वाहनों को लिफ्ट देने के लिए इशारा किया। इसी बीच एक ट्रक वहां से गुजरा और तीनों को देखकर ड्राइवर ने वाहन को रोक दिया। पति के जयपुर जाने की कहने पर ड्राइवर ने तीनों को केबिन में बैठा लिया।

चलते ट्रक में ड्राइवर ने पिलाई शराब…
आरोप है कि ड्राइवर के साथ केबिन में बैठने के बाद खलासी भी आकर वहां आकर बैठ गया। कुछ देर बाद ड्राइवर ने शराब की बोतल निकाली। पार्टी करने की कहने पर ड्राइवर-खलासी ने चलते ट्रक में दोनों पति-पत्नी के साथ मिलकर शराब पी। शराब पीने के बाद बगरू टोल से कुछ दूरी पहले ड्राइवर ने ट्रक को हाइवे किनारे खड़ा कर दिया। इसके बाद ड्राइवर ने नीचे उतरा और खलासी को बुलाया। ड्राइवर ने खलासी को महिला के पति के साथ कुछ लाने के लिए कहा।

खलासी के कहने पर पति भी उसके साथ ट्रक से नीचे उतर गया। पति के जाने के बाद आरोपी ड्राइवर ने शराब के नशे में ट्रक के केबिन में महिला के साथ रेप किया। वारदात के बाद तीनों को नीचे उतार आरोपी ड्राइवर-खलासी ट्रक लेकर फरार हो गए। शराब के नशे में दंपती ने बगरू थाने पहुंचकर आपबीती सुनाई। पुलिस ने पीड़िता के रिपोर्ट पर मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

A case of rape of a woman in a moving truck has come to light in the capital Jaipur. The woman was returning home by taking a lift with her husband and son. The accused driver and attendant had a liquor party with them in the cabin of the moving truck. Then the husband along with the helper were thrown out of the truck and the driver raped the woman. Under the influence of alcohol, the driver and the driver dropped the family on the highway and ran away with the truck. The couple, under the influence of alcohol, narrated their ordeal at Bagru police station. The police have registered a case on the basis of the victim's statement and started investigation.

Police said that a woman (29) resident of Jhotwara has lodged a report along with her husband. The woman said in the complaint that she works in a beauty parlor, while her husband does his own private work. On the morning of January 25, she had gone to Ajmer for Urs with her husband and 4-year-old son.

From there all three sat in a car and came from Ajmer to Bagru in the evening. After getting down from the car, we were standing on the highway to go to Jaipur. The woman's husband signaled to give lift to the vehicles going towards Jaipur. Meanwhile, a truck passed by and after seeing the three, the driver stopped the vehicle. When the husband asked them to go to Jaipur, the driver made all three sit in the cabin.

The driver served liquor in the moving truck…
It is alleged that after sitting in the cabin with the driver, the helper also came and sat there. After some time the driver took out a liquor bottle. On being asked to have a party, the driver and the helper drank alcohol together with both the husband and wife in the moving truck. After drinking alcohol, the driver parked the truck on the side of the highway some distance before Bagru toll. After this the driver got down and called the attendant. The driver asked the driver to bring something for the woman's husband.

On the request of the attendant, the husband also got down from the truck with her. After the husband left, the accused driver, under the influence of alcohol, raped the woman in the cabin of the truck. After the incident, all three were brought down and the accused driver-helper fled with the truck. The couple, under the influence of alcohol, reached Bagru police station and narrated their ordeal. Police have registered a case on the report of the victim and started investigation.
