पेपर लीक के मामलों में SIT का गठन, CM भजन लाल शर्मा के 5 बड़े ऐलान, बोले- भ्रष्टाचार पर जीरो टॉलरेंस…

राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री बनने के बाद सीएम भजन लाल शर्मा ने CMO में पहली प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस का संबोधित किया। इस प्रेसवार्ता में मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने पदभार ग्रहण करने के बाद अहम ऐलान किए है। इस प्रेसवार्ता में भजनलाल शर्मा ने राजस्थान में पेपर लीक के मामलों में SIT का गठन करने, प्रदेश में एंटी गैंगस्टर टास्क फोर्स का गठन, केंद्र सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाने के लिए एक मॉनिटरिंग कमेटी का गठन करने का ऐलान किया है।

महिलाओं के विरुद्ध अपराध को किया जाएगा नियंत्रित
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि गत वर्षों में महिला सुरक्षा प्रदेश में एक बड़ा मुद्दा रहा है। प्रदेश की महिलाओं में सुरक्षा की भावना विकसित करने के लिए महिलाओं के विरूद्ध अपराधों के समूल उन्मूलन के लिए हमारी सरकार संकल्पित है।

उन्होंने कहा कि सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था चाक-चौबंद होनी चाहिए ताकि प्रदेश की मातृशक्ति को किसी प्रकार की परेशानी ना हो। इसके साथ ही, असामाजिक एवं आपराधिक तत्वों को चिन्हित कर उन पर कठोर कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए, जिससे महिलाओं के विरूद्ध होने वाले सभी अपराधों की पूर्णतया रोकथाम हो सके।

प्रदेश की जनता को मिलेगी भ्रष्टाचार से मुक्ति
मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने कहा कि पिछली सरकार में प्रदेश की जनता भ्रष्टाचार से त्रस्त रही है। अब जनता को इस समस्या से मुक्ति मिलनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार भ्रष्टाचार के विरूद्ध जीरो टोलरेन्स की नीति पर चलते हुए कार्य करेगी। एक भी भ्रष्टाचारी कानून के शिकंजे से बच नहीं पाएगा। लम्बित प्रकरणों का त्वरित निस्तारण होना चाहिए तथा कार्यालयों में आने वाले प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की समस्या का संवेदनशीलता एवं सम्मान के साथ समाधान होना चाहिए।

पेपरलीक मामलों की जांच के लिए SIT का गठित
सीएम ने कहा कि प्रदेश में गत वर्षों में वृहद स्तर पर पेपरलीक की घटनाएं सामने आई है। इससे प्रदेश के युवाओं का मनोबल टूटा है। साथ ही, परीक्षा आयोजित करने वाली संस्थाओं के प्रति उनका विश्वास कमजोर हुआ है। गत पांच वर्षों में हुए पेपरलीक के मामलों की जांच के लिए एसआईटी गठित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। इससे पेपरलीक जैसे जघन्य अपराध कर प्रदेश की युवा शक्ति के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ करने वाले अपराधियों को सख्त सजा मिलेगी। साथ ही, भविष्य में कोई पेपरलीक की घटना न हो यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।

एंटी गैंगस्टर टास्क फॉर्स का गठन
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पिछले 5 सालों में प्रदेश में बड़ी संख्या में गैंग और गैंगस्टर पनपे हैं। आमजन इनके आंतक के साये में जीवन व्यतीत करने के लिए विवश था। इनकी गतिविधियों की वजह से प्रदेश में कानून व्यवस्था चरमरा चुकी है। इसे वापस पटरी पर लाने तथा प्रदेश में शांति एवं सुशासन की पुर्नस्थापना के लिए संगठित अपराध का उन्मूलन आवश्यक है। इस हेतु एडीजीपी स्तर के अधिकारी के नेतृत्व में विशेष कार्यदल (एंटी गैंगस्टर टास्क फॉस) के गठन का निर्णय लिया गया है। इसका उद्देश्य सभी प्रकार के गैंगस्टर के विरुद्ध प्रभावी कार्रवाई करना होगा।

जनता तक पहुंचेगी जनकल्याणकारी योजनाएं
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा के तहत प्रदेश में सभी लाभार्थियों तक जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं की पहुंच सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा के माध्यम से राज्य सरकार सभी पात्र व्यक्तियों को योजनाओं से जोड़कर उनके जीवन स्तर को ऊपर उठाकर उनके सशक्तिकरण का कार्य करेगी। विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा के द्वारा अब तक सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभ से वंचित सभी प्रदेशवासियों को लाभान्वित किया जाएगा।

CMO में मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने प्रेसवार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए पीएम मोदी, गृहमंत्री अमित शाह, जेपी नड्डा, राजनाथ सिंह, प्रदेश के तीनों केंद्रीय मंत्री, वसुंधरा राजे, सीपी जोशी, भाजपा शासित राज्यों से आए मुख्यमंत्रियों भाजपा नेताओं और कार्यकर्ताओं का शपथ ग्रहण करके आभार जताया।

Crime against women will be controlled
The Chief Minister said that women safety has been a big issue in the state in the last years. Our government is committed to completely eradicate crimes against women to develop a sense of security among the women of the state.

He said that the security arrangements at public places should be tight so that the mother power of the state does not face any kind of problem. Along with this, anti-social and criminal elements should be identified and strict action should be taken against them, so that all crimes against women can be completely prevented.

The people of the state will get freedom from corruption
Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma said that the people of the state were suffering from corruption in the previous government. Now the public should get freedom from this problem. He said that the state government will work following the policy of zero tolerance against corruption. Not a single corrupt person will be able to escape the clutches of the law. Pending cases should be resolved quickly and the problems of every person coming to the offices should be resolved with sensitivity and respect.

SIT formed to investigate paper leak cases
CM said that incidents of paper leak have come to light on a large scale in the state in the last few years. This has broken the morale of the youth of the state. Also, their confidence in the institutions conducting the examinations has weakened. It has been decided to constitute SIT to investigate the paper leak cases that occurred in the last five years. With this, strict punishment will be given to the criminals who are playing with the future of the youth power of the state by committing heinous crimes like paper leak. Also, it will be ensured that no paper leak incident occurs in future.

Formation of Anti Gangster Task Force
The Chief Minister said that in the last 5 years, a large number of gangs and gangsters have flourished in the state. The common people were forced to live under the shadow of their terror. Due to their activities, law and order has broken down in the state. Eradication of organized crime is necessary to bring it back on track and reestablish peace and good governance in the state. For this, it has been decided to form a special task force (Anti Gangster Task Force) under the leadership of an ADGP level officer. Its objective will be to take effective action against all types of gangsters.

Public welfare schemes will reach the public
The Chief Minister said that under the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra, the reach of public welfare schemes will be ensured to all the beneficiaries in the state. Through Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra, the state government will work to empower all the eligible persons by raising their standard of living by connecting them with the schemes. Through the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra, all the people of the state who have been deprived of the benefits of government schemes till now will be benefited.
