राजस्थान में विधानसभा चुनाव का ऐलान और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के राजस्थान दौरे से पहले मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने कई बड़े और अहम फैसलों पर मुहर लगाई. गहलोत कैबिनेट की रविवार देर रात तक चली बैठक में 17 से ज्यादा फसलों पर मुहर लगाई गई.

राव गोगादेवजी और शहीद रूपाजी करपाजी के नाम पर महाविद्यालय
बैठक में राजकीय कन्या महाविद्यालय सेखाला जिला-जोधपुर ग्रामीण का नामकरण राव गोगादेवजी राजकीय कन्या महाविद्यालय सेखाला जिला - जोधपुर ग्रामीण करने का निर्णय भी लिया गया. इस निर्णय से सर्परक्षक लोकदेवता गोगाजी के प्रति सर्वसमाज की आस्था व जनभावना का सम्मान होगा. साथ ही, राजकीय महाविद्यालय बेंगू, जिला-चित्तौड़गढ़ का नामकरण शहीद रूपाजी करपाजी राजकीय महाविद्यालय बेंगू जिला चित्तौड़गढ़ करने का निर्णय लिया गया. इस निर्णय से बेंगू किसान आंदोलन में शहीद रूपाजी करपाजी के प्रति स्थानीय जनभावना का सम्मान होगा. इसी प्रकार राजकीय जनजाति आवासीय विद्यालय भेडोली का नामकरण स्वामी श्री जय शिवानन्द महाराज राजकीय जनजाति आवासीय विद्यालय भेडोली किए जाने का निर्णय लिया गया.

इंदिरा मायाराम के नाम से विद्यालय
मंत्रिमंडल ने राजकीय बालिका उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय बगरू का नामकरण इंदिरा मायाराम राजकीय बालिका उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय बगरू और राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय शेवाड़ा (तहसील शिवगंज, सिरोही) का नामकरण श्री सार्दुलसिंहजी दाता राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय रोवाड़ा करने का निर्णय लिया है.

राजयोग एज्युकेशन एंड रिसर्च फाउण्डेशन को होगा भूमि आवंटन
राजयोग एज्युकेशन एंड रिसर्च फाउण्डेशन को प्राचीन भारतीय राजयोग प्रशिक्षण एवं अनुसंधान केन्द्र के लिए भूमि आवंटित की जाएगी. मंत्रिमंडल ने राजस्थान आवासन मंडल की प्रताप नगर, सांगानेर आवासीय योजना में रियायती दर पर आवंटित करने का निर्णय लिया है. इससे मानव जाति का सामाजिक एवं आध्यात्मिक उत्थान हो सकेगा. नवगठित जिलों के सीमा पुनर्निवारण के लिए राजस्व मंत्री अधिकृत मंत्रिमंडल ने नवगठित कतिपय जिलों की सीमाओं के पुनर्निर्धारण के सम्बन्ध में प्राप्त ज्ञापनों के निस्तारण के लिए राजस्व मंत्री को अधिकृत किया है.

राजस्थान प्राकृत भाषा एवं साहित्य अकादमी की होगी स्थापना
मंत्रिमंडल ने राजस्थान प्राकृत भाषा एवं साहित्य अकादमी की स्थापना करने की स्वीकृ ति देते हुए सम्बन्धित विधान एवं मैमोरेण्डम ऑफ एसोसिएशन का अनुमोदन किया है. अकादमी की स्थापना होने से जैन भाषा के साहित्यों को संरक्षण प्राप्त होगा. साथ ही प्राकृत भाषा के उच्चस्तरीय ग्रन्थों पाण्डुलिपियों, साहित्य कोष, शब्दावली आदि की निर्देशिका तैयार होगी, जिससे इस भाषा के सम्बन्ध में आमजन को जानकारी प्राप्त होगी एवं प्राकृत भाषा समृद्ध होगी.

विभिन्न सेवाओं में बढ़ाया वेतनमान
राजस्थान प्रशासनिक सेवा, राजस्थान लेखा सेवा, राजस्थान पुलिस सेवा, राजस्थान वन सेवा एवं राजस्थान बीमा सेवा संवर्ग में वेतनमान बढाया जाएगा. इन सेवाओं में हायर सुपर टाइम स्केल पदों के वर्तमान पेलेवल एल-23 को बढ़ाकर एल-24 किया जाएगा. इसके लिए मंत्रिमंडल ने राजस्थान सिविल सेवा (पुनरीक्षित वेतन) नियम 2017 में संशोधन के प्रस्ताव का अनुमोदन किया है. गांधी अध्ययन केंद्र सोसायटी के प्रारूप का अनुमोदन मंत्रिमंडल ने महात्मा गांधी विद्यापीठ गांधी अध्ययन केंद्र सोसायटी के प्रारूप का अनुमोदन किया है. इससे संस्थान का सोसायटी एक्ट में पंजीकरण कर नवीन संस्थान कीस्थापना का मार्ग प्रशस्त होगा. यह केंद्र टॉक रोड स्थित सेंट्रल पार्क कनक भवन में संचालित हो रहा है.

College in the name of Rao Gogadevji and Shaheed Rupaji Karpaji
In the meeting, it was also decided to name the Government Girls College Sekhala District-Jodhpur Rural as Rao Gogadevji Government Girls College Sekhala District-Jodhpur Rural. With this decision, the faith and sentiments of the entire society towards snake protector folk deity Gogaji will be respected. Also, it was decided to name the Government College, Bengu, District Chittorgarh as Shaheed Rupaji Karpaji Government College, Bengu, District Chittorgarh. With this decision, the local sentiments towards martyr Rupaji Karpaji in the Bengu farmer movement will be respected. Similarly, it was decided to name the Government Tribal Residential School, Bhedoli as Swami Shri Jai Shivanand Maharaj Government Tribal Residential School, Bhedoli.

The Cabinet has decided to name Government Girls Higher Secondary School Bagru as Indira Mayaram Government Girls Higher Secondary School Bagru and Government Higher Secondary School Shewada (Tehsil Shivganj, Sirohi) as Shri Sardulsinghji Data Government Higher Secondary School Rowada.

Land will be allotted to Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation.
Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation will be allotted land for the Ancient Indian Rajyoga Training and Research Centre. The Cabinet has decided to allot at concessional rate in Pratap Nagar, Sanganer Housing Scheme of Rajasthan Housing Board. This will lead to social and spiritual upliftment of mankind. Revenue Minister authorized for redefinition of boundaries of newly formed districts: The Cabinet has authorized the Revenue Minister to dispose of the memorandums received regarding redefinition of boundaries of certain newly formed districts.

Rajasthan Prakrit Language and Literature Academy will be established
The Cabinet has approved the establishment of Rajasthan Prakrit Language and Sahitya Academy and approved the related legislation and Memorandum of Association. With the establishment of the academy, literature in Jain language will get protection. Along with this, a directory of high level texts, manuscripts, literary corpus, glossary etc. of Prakrit language will be prepared, through which the general public will get information regarding this language and Prakrit language will be enriched.

Pay scale increased in various services
The pay scale will be increased in Rajasthan Administrative Service, Rajasthan Accounts Service, Rajasthan Police Service, Rajasthan Forest Service and Rajasthan Insurance Service cadre. The present pay level L-23 of Higher Super Time Scale posts in these services will be increased to L-24. For this, the Cabinet has approved the proposal to amend the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules 2017. Approval of the draft of Gandhi Study Center Society: The Cabinet has approved the draft of Mahatma Gandhi Vidyapeeth Gandhi Study Center Society. This will pave the way for the establishment of a new institute by registering the institute in the Society Act. This center is being operated in Central Park Kanak Bhawan located on Talk Road.
