काले रंग के नकाब के अंदर जो शख्स है, उसकी उम्र 28 साल है और उसका नाम अनिल कुमार मीणा है । अनिल के कारण 6 साल की एक मासूम बच्ची बेहद गंभीर हालत में जयपुर के सबसे बड़े अस्पताल में इलाज ले रही है । बच्ची जेके लोन अस्पताल में भर्ती है। अनिल ने बच्ची के साथ जो किया ऐसा तो जानवर भी नहीं करते, अनिल को राजस्थान के दौसा जिले की कोतवाली पुलिस ने अरेस्ट किया है।

शादी में आया था पूरा परिवार...
दरअसल 6 दिसंबर की रात को कोतवाली इलाके में स्थित एक होटल में शादी समारोह में शामिल होने के लिए धौलपुर जिले में रहने वाला एक परिवार आया था । परिवार में तीन बेटियां जिनकी उम्र 6 साल 8 साल और एक उससे छोटी थी। शादी के दौरान देर ज्यादा होने के कारण बच्चियों थक कर सो गई । ऐसे में उनकी मां ने उन्हें होटल के ही एक कमरे में सुला दिया, हालांकि मां उनकी लगातार निगरानी कर रही थी।

गहरी नींद में थी बच्ची-दरिंदे ने तभी कर डाला रेप
देर रात जब मेहमानों के जाने का समय हुआ , तो अनिल कुमार मीणा भी वहीं मौजूद था। वह भी जाने की तैयारी कर रहा था ।‌इस दौरान जब बच्ची अंदर कमरे में रह गई तो अनिल ने उसके रिश्तेदारों को कहा कि वह बच्ची को लेकर आता है , आप लोग अन्य सामान लेकर चलिए। लेकिन अनिल के मन में कुछ और ही चल रहा था। वह बच्ची को बेसमेंट में बने हुए एक कमरे में ले गया। बच्ची गहरी नींद में थी। वहीं पर उसने उसके साथ रेप किया और उसे अचेत हालत में ही ऊपर ले आया और परिवार के हवाले कर दिया।

परिवार समझा बेटी सोई है...लेकिन बात कुछ और थी
परिवार को लगा बच्ची थकने के कारण सो रही है, लेकिन जब कुछ देर में सारी घटना का खुलासा हुआ तो घर वालों के रोंगटे खड़े हो गए । उन्होंने तुरंत इसकी सूचना पुलिस को दी और बाद में पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज करके जांच पड़ताल की । बच्ची को फिलहाल जयपुर के जेके लोन अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। जो अनिल मीणा को गिरफ्तार किया गया है, वह खुद भी दो बेटियों का पिता है । एक बेटी की उम्र दो साल है और दूसरी बेटी की उम्र 3 साल है।
