राजस्थान की महिला सिपाही से दुष्कर्म मामला: दारोगा ने बनाया वीडियो, ब्लैकमेल करके रुपये मांगे

नई दिल्ली की सीआरपीएफ बटालियन में तैनात एक महिला सिपाही से दुष्कर्म का मामला सामने आया है। आरोप है कि श्रीनगर जेके-61 बटालियन का दारोगा सिपाही ने चारबाग के एक होटल में एक महिला सिपाही को ले जाकर उसे नशा देकर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया।

फिर उसने उसके साथ बेसुध कर दी और उसकी खिलाफ वीडियो क्लिप बनाई। दारोगा ने इस वीडियो क्लिप के आधार पर उसे ब्लैकमेल करना शुरू कर दिया। जब पीड़िता ने इसका इंकार किया, तो उसे सोशल मीडिया पर वीडियो क्लिप को वायरल करने की धमकी दी गई। मामले में नाका थाना पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ केस दर्जकर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

चारबाग के होटल में रुके 22 वर्षीय पीड़िता ने पुलिस को दी तहरीर में बताया कि वह राजस्थान के माधोपुर की रहने वाली है और वह नई दिल्ली में सीआरपीएफ महिला बटालियन में सिपाही तैनात है। पीड़िता ने बताया कि जुलाई 2023 में वह छुट्टी लेकर श्रीनगर से घर लौट रही थी और इस समय उसकी मुलाकात दारोगा विप्लव पांडेय से हुई थी।

दारोगा ने उससे चारबाग रेलवे स्टेशन के पास होटल में मिलने की बात की और उसे वहां ले जाया। दारोगा ने उसकी आईडी से कमरा बुक करवाया और इसके बाद उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया और उसकी खिलाफ वीडियो क्लिप बनाई। उसने ब्लैकमेल करके उससे रुपये लिए और उसको नौकरी से निकालने की धमकी देकर भाग निकला।

The 22-year-old victim, who was staying in a hotel in Charbagh, told the police in her complaint that she is a resident of Madhopur, Rajasthan and is a constable posted in the CRPF Women's Battalion in New Delhi. The victim told that in July 2023, she was returning home from Srinagar after taking leave and at this time she met Inspector Viplav Pandey.

The inspector asked him to meet him at a hotel near Charbagh railway station and took him there. The inspector booked the room using her ID and then raped her and made a video clip against her. He took money from him by blackmailing him and threatened to fire him from his job and ran away.
