बीकनेर जिले के लूणकरनसर में दो चचेरे भाइयों के बीच हुई एक दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना की रिपोर्ट है। सोमवार को एक भाई का शव नहर में मिला और मंगलवार को दूसरे भाई का शव भी उसी नहर से निकाला गया।

रविवार की दोपहर में लूणकरनसर से निकल रही इंदिरा गांधी नहर के किनारे बामनवाली गांव में दो बच्चे, मुकेश और पृथ्वी, खेल रहे थे। एक भाई को पैर फिसलने के कारण नहर में गिर गया और दूसरा भी उसे बचाने के लिए नहर में कूद गया। दोनों ही डूब गए थे। इसके बाद से एसडीआरएफ की टीम दोनों युवकों को तलाश रही थी।

सोमवार की शाम, इसमें बारह साल के मुकेश का शव मिल गया लेकिन 14 साल के पृथ्वी का शव नहीं मिला। मंगलवार को फिर से नहर में तलाशी अभियान जारी रखा गया और इस दौरान पृथ्वी का भी शव मिल गया।

Unfortunate case of two cousin brothers drowning in a canal, body of the other brother also found

An unfortunate incident has been reported between two cousin brothers in Lunkaransar, Bikaner district. On Monday, the body of one brother was found in the canal and on Tuesday, the body of another brother was also taken out from the same canal.

On Sunday afternoon, two children, Mukesh and Prithvi, were playing in Bamanwali village on the banks of the Indira Gandhi Canal coming out of Lunkaransar. One brother fell into the canal due to his feet slipping and the other also jumped into the canal to save him. Both of them had drowned. Since then the SDRF team was searching for both the youths.

On Monday evening, the body of twelve year old Mukesh was found but the body of 14 year old Prithvi was not found. The search operation was continued in the canal again on Tuesday and during this, Prithvi's body was also found.
