राजस्थान में भजन लाल सरकार के मंत्रिमंडल का विस्तार हो चुका है। कुल 22 नेताओं ने मंत्री पद की शपथ ली है। इसमें 12 कैबिनेट मंत्री, 5 राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) और 5 राज्य मंत्री हैं। हैरानी की बात ये है कि भजन लाल सरकार में बाबा बालकनाथ समेत 3 भगवाधारियों में से एक को भी जगह नहीं दी गई है। जबकि बाबा बालकनाथ तो सीएम पद की रेस में भी थे।

सियासी गलियारों में चर्चारों का बाजार गरम
सियासी गलियारों में इस बात की खूब चर्चा है कि भजन लाल सरकार में बाबा बालकनाथ, महंत प्रतापपुरी और बाल मुकुंदाचार्य को कोई जगह नहीं दी गई है। चुनाव के बाद ये तीनों ही नेता खूब चर्चा में थे। बाबा बालकनाथ तो सीएम पद की रेस में थे। जब उन्हें सीएम नहीं बनाया गया तो लोगों को लगा कि उन्हें मंत्री पद मिलेगा, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ। इसके अलावा चर्चा इस बात की भी है कि सिर्फ एक गुर्जर विधायक जवाहर सिंह बेडम को राज्यमंत्री का दर्जा मिला है। 

कौन हैं बाबा बालकनाथ?
बाबा बालकनाथ पहले अलवर से सांसद थे। उन्हें राजस्थान चुनाव में तिजारा सीट से कैंडीडेट बनाया गया था, जिसमें उन्होंने जीत हासिल की। बालकनाथ ने अपने प्रतिद्वंदी और कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी इमरान खान को करीब 10,707 मतों से हराया था। 

विधानसभा चुनाव में जीत के बाद से ही बाबा बालकनाथ को राजस्थान के सीएम पद का दावेदार माना जा रहा था। उन्हें राजस्थान का योगी आदित्यनाथ भी कहा जाता है। लेकिन राज्य में जब सीएम का ऐलान हुआ तो सत्ता की चाबी भजन लाल शर्मा को सौंप दी गई। बालकनाथ को डिप्टी सीएम भी नहीं बनाया गया।

बीजेपी आलाकमान के इस फैसले के बाद ये चर्चा होने लगी कि बाबा बालकनाथ को कोई अहम मंत्रालय दिया जा सकता है। लेकिन आज जब राजस्थान में सरकार के मंत्रिमंडल का विस्तार हुआ, तो उसमें बालकनाथ का नाम नहीं था। इसके बाद से सियासी गलियारों में इस बात की खूब चर्चा हो रही है।

कब बने थे पहली बार सांसद?
साल 2019 के लोकसभा चुनावों में अलवर से कांग्रेस के दिग्गज नेता भंवर जितेंद्र सिंह को हराकर बाबा बालकनाथ पहली बार सांसद बने थे। कांग्रेस के दिग्गज नेता को करारी पटखनी देने के बाद ही 'बाबा' के नाम को राजनीति के गलियारे में बंपर उछाल मिला।  हालही में बालकनाथ उस वक्त चर्चा में आए थे, जब उन्होंने राजस्थान पुलिस के डीएसपी को थाने में घुसकर धमका दिया था।

बीजेपी कार्यकर्ता को हिरासत में लेने से नाराज सांसद ने डीएसपी से कहा था- मेरा नाम याद रखना। मेरी सूची में तीन लोग हैं, एक तो यहां के विधायक, पुराने थानेदार और अब आप भी मेरी लिस्ट में हैं।  बाबा बालकनाथ की आसपास के क्षेत्र में काफी अच्छी पकड़ हैं और वे लोगों में अपने हिंदुत्व एजेंडे को लेकर भी काफी प्रचलित हैं।

The cabinet of Bhajan Lal government has been expanded in Rajasthan. A total of 22 leaders have taken oath as ministers. It has 12 Cabinet Ministers, 5 Ministers of State (Independent Charge) and 5 Ministers of State. The surprising thing is that not even one of the three saffron bearers including Baba Balaknath has been given a place in the Bhajan Lal government. Whereas Baba Balaknath was also in the race for the post of CM.

The market for discussions is hot in political circles.
There is a lot of discussion in the political circles that no place has been given to Baba Balaknath, Mahant Pratappuri and Bal Mukundacharya in the Bhajan Lal government. After the elections, these three leaders were in the news a lot. Baba Balaknath was in the race for the post of CM. When he was not made the CM, people thought that he would get a ministerial post, but it did not happen. Apart from this, there is also discussion that only one Gurjar MLA Jawahar Singh Bedam has got the status of Minister of State.

Who is Baba Balaknath?
Baba Balaknath was earlier an MP from Alwar. He was made a candidate from Tijara seat in Rajasthan elections, which he won. Balaknath had defeated his rival and Congress candidate Imran Khan by about 10,707 votes.

Since his victory in the assembly elections, Baba Balaknath was being considered a contender for the post of CM of Rajasthan. He is also called Yogi Adityanath of Rajasthan. But when the CM was announced in the state, the keys of power were handed over to Bhajan Lal Sharma. Balaknath was not even made Deputy CM.

After this decision of the BJP high command, discussions started that Baba Balaknath could be given some important ministry. But today when the government cabinet was expanded in Rajasthan, Balaknath's name was not there in it. Since then this matter is being discussed a lot in political circles.

When did you become MP for the first time?
Baba Balaknath became MP for the first time by defeating veteran Congress leader Bhanwar Jitendra Singh from Alwar in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. It was only after giving a crushing defeat to the veteran Congress leader that the name of 'Baba' got a boost in the political circles. Recently Balaknath came into limelight when he entered the police station and threatened the DSP of Rajasthan Police.

Angered by the detention of a BJP worker, the MP had told the DSP – Remember my name. There are three people in my list, one is the MLA here, the old police station officer and now you are also in my list. Baba Balaknath has a good hold over the surrounding area and is also very popular among the people for his Hindutva agenda.
