राजस्थान शिक्षा संघ ने एक शिष्ट मंडल के तत्वों के साथ एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक का आयोजन, श्री राकेश ढल्ला से मिलकर डीपीसी के संदर्भ में विस्तृत वार्ता की गई

बीकानेर, 11 मार्च 2024: राजस्थान शिक्षा संघ (प्रगतिशील) ने एक शिष्ट मंडल के तत्वों के साथ एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक का आयोजन किया। इस बैठक में श्री राकेश ढल्ला (जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी, डीपीसी, निदेशालय बीकानेर) से मिलकर डीपीसी के संदर्भ में विस्तृत वार्ता की गई।

इस बैठक में प्राथमिक ध्यान उन समान आसमान विषयों पर लगाया गया, जिनमें दोनों के अध्यापकों को शामिल किया गया है। यहां उल्लेखनीय है कि पूर्व सरकार ने इसकी अनुमति दी थी और उस हिसाब से अध्यापक भी अब भी उसके लिए पात्र रहेंगे।

इसके साथ ही, बैठक में वरिष्ठ अध्यापकों के लिए विषय अनुसार वित्तीय लाभों को संबंधित दिया गया है। उन विषयों की सूची बाद में जारी की जाएगी।

इस बैठक में एक महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दा उठाया गया कि वे अध्यापक जो किसी अन्य विषय में वित्तीय लाभ नहीं प्राप्त कर रहे हैं, उन्हें उनके मूल विषय में लाभ प्रदान किया जाना चाहिए।

इस संदर्भ में, जिला अध्यक्ष आनंद पारीक ने आपत्ति जताई कि कार्मिक विभाग के आदेश में विवादपूर्ण तत्व शामिल हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जब सरकार सभी अध्यापकों को सभी विषयों के लिए पात्र मान रही है, तो अध्यापकों को अपने मूल विषय में आने पर सम्मानित किया जाना चाहिए।

इस बैठक में उपस्थित थे अनंद पारीक, यतीश वर्मा, गोविंद भार्गव, अब्दुल बहाव, और अन्य संगठन के सदस्य।

Bikaner, March 11, 2024: Rajasthan Education Association (Progressive) organized an important meeting with elements of a delegation. In this meeting, a detailed discussion was held with Shri Rakesh Dhalla (District Education Officer, DPC, Directorate Bikaner) regarding DPC.

The primary focus in this meeting was on common topics in which teachers from both sides were included. It is noteworthy here that the previous government had allowed this and accordingly teachers will also still be eligible for it.

Along with this, subject wise financial benefits for senior teachers were given in the meeting. The list of those subjects will be released later.

An important issue raised in this meeting was that those teachers who are not getting financial benefits in any other subject should be provided benefits in their original subject.

In this context, District President Anand Pareek objected that the order of the Personnel Department contains controversial elements. He said that when the government is considering all teachers eligible for all subjects, then teachers should be honored when they come to their original subject.

Anand Pareek, Yatish Verma, Govind Bhargava, Abdul Bahav, and other members of the organization were present in this meeting.
