राजस्थान में एक बार फिर से पुलिस पर बड़ा हमला किया गया है. सिरोही के स्वरूपगंज में बदमाशों ने एक कांस्टेबल को चाकू मारकर उसकी हत्या कर डाली. कांस्टेबल की हत्या की सूचना के बाद पुलिस महकमे में हड़कंप मच गया. आरोपियों की धरपकड़ के लिए पुलिस की आठ टीमें गठित कर उनकी तलाश की जा रही है. कुछ बदमाशों को पकड़ लिया गया है. पुलिस के आलाधिकारी पूरे मामले की मॉनिटरिंग में लगे हैं. वहीं कांस्टेबल की मौत से उसके परिजनों में कोहराम मचा हुआ है. पुलिस महकमे में भी मातम छाया हुआ है.

पुलिस के अनुसार कांस्टेबल की हत्या की यह गंभीर वारदात सिरोही जिले के स्वरूपगंज थाना इलाके में शुक्रवार देर रात को हुई. हत्या का शिकार हुआ पुलिस कांस्टेबल निरंजन सिंह स्वरूपगंज थाने में तैनात था. महाशिवरात्रि के अवसर पर उसकी इलाके के लौटाना गांव में आयोजित मेले में ड्यूटी लगी हुई थी. वहां देर रात करीब 12.30 बजे दो गुटों में झगड़ा हो गया था.

इस पर ड्यूटी पर तैनात निरंजन सिंह उस झगड़े को शांत करवाने वहां पहुंचा था. वह दोनों गुटों से समझाइश कर रहा था. इसी दौरान बदमाशों ने उस पर चाकू से हमला कर दिया. इससे चाकू का एक वार निरंजन के गर्दन पर लगा. इससे उसकी गर्दन की नसें कट गई. अत्यधिक खून बहने से कांस्टेबल निरंजन सिंह की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई. उसके बाद बदमाश वहां से भाग छूटे.

कांस्टेबल की हत्या की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस महकमे में हड़कंप मच गया और आलाधिकारी मौके पर दौड़े. उन्होंने निरंजन के शव को वहां से उठवाकर स्वरूपगंज के सरकारी अस्पताल की मोर्चरी में रखवाया. बाद में आरोपियों की धरपकड़ के लिए हाथोंहाथ आठ टीमों को गठन किया गया. रातभर पुलिस आरोपियों को दबोचने के लिए दौड़ती रही. बताया जा रहा है कि पुलिस ने कुछ बदमाशों को डिटेन कर लिया है. अन्य की तलाश की जा रही है.

According to the police, this serious incident of murder of a constable took place late on Friday night in Swaroopganj police station area of Sirohi district. Police constable Niranjan Singh, who was the victim of murder, was posted at Swaroopganj police station. On the occasion of Mahashivratri, he was on duty in the fair organized in Lautana village of his area. There was a fight between two groups at around 12.30 in the night.

Niranjan Singh, who was on duty, had reached there to calm down the fight. He was consulting with both the groups. During this time the miscreants attacked him with a knife. Due to this the knife hit Niranjan on the neck. Due to this the veins in his neck were cut. Constable Niranjan Singh died on the spot due to excessive bleeding. After that the miscreants ran away from there.

As soon as the news of the constable's murder was received, there was panic in the police department and senior officers ran to the spot. He got Niranjan's body picked up from there and kept in the mortuary of the government hospital of Swaroopganj. Later, eight teams were immediately formed to arrest the accused. The police kept running throughout the night to nab the accused. It is being told that the police have detained some miscreants. Others are being searched.
