चुनाव प्रचार में शोर आज शाम पांच बजे थमेगा, अब डोर-टू-डोर जनसम्पर्क पर पाबंदी

बीकानेर। विधानसभा आम चुनाव 2023 के लिए वोट मांगने का शोर गुरुवार शाम पांच बजे थम जाएगा। इसके बाद किसी तरह की आम सभा नहीं होगी और वाहन रैली भी नहीं निकाली जा सकेगी। कांग्रेस और भाजपा सहित सभी राजनीतिक पार्टियों के प्रत्याशी जी-जान से चुनाव प्रचार में जुटे हुए हैं। 

अब चुनाव प्रचार थमने के बाद डोर-टू-डोर जनसम्पर्क करेंगे लेकिन पांच या पांच से अधिक लोग एकत्र नहीं हो सकेंगे। मतदान की समाप्ति के लिए नियत किए गए समय के साथ समाप्त होने वाले 48 घंटे की समय अवधि को साइलेंस पीरियड घोषित किया गया है। 

इसके तहत 23 नवंबर शाम 6 बजे से मतदान समाप्ति तक रैली, जुलूस, सार्वजनिक सभाओं व लाउडस्पीकर पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा। सीआरपीसी की धारा 144 लगा दी गई है। मतदान केंद्र के 100 मीटर के दायरे में किसी भी प्रकार का प्रचार-प्रसार नहीं हो सकेगा। चुनाव ड्यूटी में लगे पुलिस अधिकारियों और अन्य कर्मचारियों के अतिरिक्त कोई भी व्यक्ति मतदान के दिन मतदान केंद्र से 200 मीटर की परिधि के अंदर मोबाइल फोन, सेल फोन या वायरलेस का उपयोग नहीं करेगा। चुनाव परिणाम के बाद विजय जुलूस पर भी पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंध रहेगा। 

मतदान दिवस के दिन मतदान केंद्र के 100 मीटर के क्षेत्र में कोई राजनीतिक पार्टी, उम्मीदवार, व्यक्ति किसी भी प्रकार के विस्फोटक पदार्थ, रासायनिक पदार्थ, आग्नेय शस्त्र अस्त्र जैसे रिवाल्वर पिस्टल इत्यादि व छूरी, चाकू जैसे धारदार हथियार लेकर प्रवेश नहीं कर सकेंगे।

Noise in election campaign will stop at 5 pm today, now ban on door-to-door public relations

Bikaner. The noise of seeking votes for the Assembly General Elections 2023 will stop at 5 pm on Thursday. After this, there will be no general meeting and no vehicle rally will be taken out. Candidates of all political parties including Congress and BJP are busy campaigning whole-heartedly.

Now after the election campaign stops, door-to-door public relations will be done but five or more people will not be able to gather. The time period of 48 hours commencing with the time fixed for conclusion of polling has been declared as silence period.

Under this, there will be a ban on rallies, processions, public meetings and loudspeakers from 6 pm on November 23 till the end of voting. Section 144 of CrPC has been imposed. No publicity of any kind will be allowed within a radius of 100 meters of the polling station. No person, except police officers and other employees on election duty, shall use mobile phone, cell phone or wireless within a radius of 200 meters from the polling station on the day of polling. There will be a complete ban on victory processions after the election results.

On the day of polling, no political party, candidate, person will be allowed to enter the 100 meter area of the polling station with any kind of explosive substance, chemical substance, firearms like revolver, pistol etc. and sharp weapons like knives, etc.
