अगर सोचिए बहन-बेटियों की रक्षक और दरिदों से बचाने वाले पुलिसवाले ही जब भक्षक बन जाएं तो क्या होगा। पुलिस की खाकी वर्दी को शर्मसार कर देने वाला ऐसा ही एक दरिंदगी की घटना राजस्थान के दौसा जिले से सामने आई है। जहां एक पुलिस सब इंस्पेक्टर ने चार साल की बच्ची के साथ रेप किया। इतना ही नहीं जब मासूम के पिता शिकायत करने थाने गए तो उनके साथ मारपीट करते हुए एसआई ने हाथ तोड़ दिया।

दरअसल, यह घटना दौसा जिले के राहूवास थाने इलाके की है। जहां शुक्रवार शाम भूपेंद्र सिंह नाम का पड़ोसी पुलिस इंसपेक्टर चार साल की बच्ची को बहला-फुसलाकर चॉकलेट देने के नाम पर अपने कमरे में ले गया दरिंदगी की। कुछ देर बात जब बच्ची रोते हुए अपनी मां के पास पहुंची तो वह समझ नहीं पाई की बेटी क्यों रो रही है। लेकिन जब मासूम ने आरोपी की करतूत बताई तो मां के होश उड़ गए। बच्ची के कपड़े देखे तो वह खून से लथपथ थे।

पुलिसवाले को सड़क पर डंडों से बुरी तरह पीटा

बता दें कि जब इस घटना क बार में आसपास के लोगों को पता तो लोगों में आक्रोश फैल गया और थाने का घेराव किया। भीड़ के थाने पहुंचते ही बवाल हो गया। पुलिस तो पुलिसवाले को सड़क पर घसीट कर लाया गया और डंडों से बुरी तरह पीटा गया। इस दौरान महिलाएं भी लाठी लेकर पिटाई करते नजर आईं। आलम यह था कि पुलिस को एसआई को भीड़ से छुड़ाने में पसीने आ गए। वहीं इस्पेक्टर को गिरफ्तारकर लिया है। इतना ही नहीं प्रशासन और सरकार ने एक्शन लेते हुए पूरे राहुवास थाने को निलंबित कर दिया है।

ऐसे हैवान पुलिसवाले की करतूत आई सामने

बच्ची के पिता जयपुर में एक पुलिस थाने में सिपाही हैं। वे गुरुवार देर रात काम पर आए थे और शुक्रवार सवेरे काम से वापस घर लौटे थे। उसके बाद सो गए। दोपहर में परिवार ने बताया कि चार साल की बेटी गायब है। किसी ने बताया कि वह एक आदमी के साथ देखी गई थी। पता चला कि वह एसआई है और उसका नाम भूपेन्द्र सिंह है। उसे राहुवास थाने में काम करने वाले एएसआई छोटे लाल के क्वाटर में जाते हुए देखा गया। भीड़ वहां पहुंची तो वहां पर बवाल हो गया। बच्ची रोती हुई खून से लथपथ मिली।

बीजेपी नेताओं ने किया विरोध...परिवार को 1 करोड़ का मिले मुआवजा

पीड़िता को पास के अस्पातल में भर्ती कराया गया है। वहीं राहुवास की महिला डॉक्टर ने बच्ची का चेकअप किया है। बच्ची की जांच के लिए दौसा जिला हॉस्पिटल के डॉक्टर्स का मेडिकल बोर्ड गठित किया गया है। बच्ची का मेडिकल दौसा हॉस्पिटल में ही होगा। इस घटना के बाद बीजेपी के तमाम नेता विरोध में सांसद डॉ. किरोड़ी लाल मीणा और भाजपा नेता रामबिलास मीणा पीड़ित परिवार से मिलने पहुंचे हैं। परिवार ने सरकार से एक करोड़ के मुआवजे की मांग की है साथ ही आरोपी पुलिस को वाले को फांसी देने की मांग की। पुलिस ने जांच शुरू कर दी गई है और आरोपी को गिरफ्तार भी कर लिया गया है।
