अंतरराष्ट्रीय ऊंट उत्सव में कार्यक्रम में हुई अव्यवस्थाओं और धरने की वजह से बिगड़ा कार्यक्रम,उत्सव में हलचल,मीडियाकर्मी भी नाराज अब होगा क्या?

अंतरराष्ट्रीय ऊंट उत्सव में कार्यक्रम में हुई अव्यवस्थाओं और धरने की वजह से बिगड़ा कार्यक्रम,उत्सव में हलचल,मीडियाकर्मी भी नाराज अब होगा क्या?

अंतरराष्ट्रीय ऊंट उत्सव के तहत करणी सिंह स्टेडियम में आयोजित कार्यक्रम के दौरान हुई अव्यवस्थाओं व धरने से कार्यक्रम का जायका बिगड़ गया। शनिवार शाम आयोजित कार्यक्रम में कवरेज कर रहे मीडिया व सोशल मीडिया कर्मियों को भीड़ का हिस्सा बताकर मंच के पास से हटाने की कोशिश हुई। इसके लिए कार्यक्रम भी रोका गया। 

इससे कुछ मीडियाकर्मी नाराज़ हुए। पर्यटन विभाग की तैयारियों में चूक सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम के दौरान भी दिखी। इस दौरान मंच पर लगी एलईडी स्क्रीन का एक हिस्सा मंच के पीछे गिर गया। मंच के पीछे मौजूद कलाकार हताहत हुए। एक युवती के सिर पर एलईडी गिरी। भारी-भरकम एलईडी गिरने की वजह से उसके सिर, कान व कंधे पर अंदरूनी चोटें लगी। असंवेदनशीलता की हद तब हुई जब उसे संभालने की बजाय पर्यटन विभाग के कर्मचारी कार्यक्रम का आनंद लेने चले गए। चिकित्सक की व्यवस्था भी नहीं की जा सकी। 

आखिर 20 मिनट बाद पहुंचे परिजन युवती को अस्पताल लेकर गए। वहीं मिस्टर बीकाणा, मिसेज मरवण, मिस मरवण व ढ़ोला-मरवण प्रतियोगिता भी विवादों के घेरे में रही। निर्णय को लेकर पक्षपात के आरोप लगे। हालांकि निर्णायकों में एक ही स्थानीय निर्णायक था, शेष विदेशी शैलानी थे। 10-12 प्रतिभागियों ने निर्णय से असहमति जताते हुए मंच पर धरना लगा दिया। इनमें किसी ने मिस मरवण के विजेताओं तो किसी ने मिस्टर बीकाणा, मिसेज मरवण व ढ़ोला-मरवण के विजेताओं को लेकर कमोबेश विरोध जताया। 

इसके अतिरिक्त शुक्रवार को धरणीधर में आयोजित साफा प्रतियोगिता में पक्षपात के आरोप लगाए गए। कहा कि जिनको जिताना था, उन्हें अच्छे साफे दिए गए, शेष को खराब साफे दिए। मिस मरवण की प्रथम विजेता को लेकर पहले से सैटिंग  का आरोप लगा। द्वितीय विजेता पर रूल तोड़ने का आरोप लगा। मिसेज मरवण की विजेता पर भी रूल तोड़ने का आरोप लगा। कहा कि प्रैक्टिस में नहीं आई फिर भी विजेता बना दिया। 

मिस्टर बीकाणा के एक विजेता पर भी रूल तोड़ने का आरोप लगा। ऐसा ही आरोप ढ़ोला-मरवण के विजेताओं पर लगा। किसी ने तलवार का विरोध किया तो किसी ने प्रोप का। हालांकि विजेताओं ने कहा कि प्रोप जैसा कुछ इस्तेमाल ही नहीं किया गया। क्रिएटिविटी दिखाई गई थी। बीकानेर में हुई ग़लत प्रथा की शुरुआत, ऐसे तो आयोजक ही हट जाएंगे पीछे:- ऊंट उत्सव में हुए धरने ने बीकानेर की परंपरा को तोड़ दिया है। विरोध जताना अधिकार है, लेकिन धरना उचित नहीं। ऊंट उत्सव में विदेशी सैलानी आते हैं।

 ख़बरें भी विदेशों तक पहुंचती है। ऐसे में हम धरना प्रदर्शन कर विरोध जताते हैं तो हम अपने ही बीकानेर की सभ्यता-संस्कृति के साथ खिलवाड़ करते हैं। अगर ऐसे ही चला तो प्रशासन हो या निजी आयोजक, ऐसे आयोजन करने से डरेंगे। आयोजकों को चाहिए कि वें लगातार सुधार की ओर बढ़ें। तो वहीं प्रतिभागियों की भी यह जिम्मेदारी है कि वह मंच का सम्मान करें। हालांकि चुनिंदा प्रतिभागियों ने ही धरना किया लेकिन बीकानेर की सभ्यता के लिए धरने की परंपरा हानिकारक है।

 अब होगा क्या? :- कुछ प्रतिभागियों के विरोध की वजह से प्रशासन ऐसी प्रतियोगिताओं को बंद करने का निर्णय लेने पर भी मजबूर हो सकता है। बीती रात हुए धरने से पर्यटन विभाग को वापिस करणी सिंह स्टेडियम लौटना पड़ा। जबकि रविवार को भी ऊंट उत्सव जारी है। पक्षपात के आरोप भी लगे। जबकि पर्यटन विभाग ने कहा कि सिर्फ एक निर्णायक ही स्थानीय था, शेष सभी विदेशी सैलानी थे। कोई निर्णायक किसी प्रतिभागी को जानता नहीं था। वहीं प्रतिभागियों को भी टैग नंबर दिए गए थे। प्रतियोगिता के समय किसी का नाम नहीं पुकारा गया था।

Finally the family members arrived after 20 minutes and took the girl to the hospital. At the same time, Mr. Bikana, Mrs. Marvan, Miss Marvan and Dhola-Marvan competitions were also surrounded by controversies. There were allegations of bias regarding the decision. Although there was only one local judge among the judges, the rest were foreign sailors. 10-12 participants staged a sit-in protesting against the decision. Among these, some expressed more or less opposition to the winners of Miss Marwan, while others expressed more or less opposition to the winners of Mr. Bikana, Mrs. Marwan and Dhola-Marwan.

Apart from this, allegations of bias were made in the Safa competition organized in Dharanidhar on Friday. Said that those who wanted to win were given good tickets and the rest were given bad tickets. There were allegations of pre-setting regarding the first winner of Miss Marwan. The second winner was accused of breaking the rules. Mrs. Marwan's winner was also accused of breaking the rules. Said that she did not come in practice but still made her the winner.

One of the winners of Mr. Bikana was also accused of breaking the rules. A similar allegation was leveled against the conquerors of Dhola-Marwan. Some opposed the sword and some the prop. However, the winners said that nothing like a prop was used. Creativity was shown. A wrong practice has started in Bikaner, only the organizers will step back like this:- The protest during the Camel Utsav has broken the tradition of Bikaner. It is a right to protest, but it is not appropriate to protest. Foreign tourists come to the camel festival.

News also reaches foreign countries. In such a situation, if we protest by protesting, we are playing with the civilization and culture of our own Bikaner. If things continue like this, then administration or private organisers, will be afraid of organizing such events. Organizers should continuously move towards improvement. So it is also the responsibility of the participants to respect the stage. Although only selected participants staged the dharna, the tradition of dharna is harmful for the civilization of Bikaner.

What will happen now? :- Due to opposition from some participants, the administration may be forced to decide to close such competitions. Due to the protest held last night, the Tourism Department had to return to Karni Singh Stadium. Whereas the camel festival continues on Sunday also. There were also allegations of bias. While the tourism department said only one judge was a local, the rest were foreign tourists. No judge knew any participant. The participants were also given tag numbers. No one's name was called during the competition.
