 राजधानी जयपुर में एक महिला से रेप का मामला सामने आया है। महिला का आरोप है कि वह तलाकशुदा है और बीकानेर में पुलिस लाइन तैनात ASI ने मंदिर में शादी कर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया। अब आरोपी एएसआई उसे अपना नहीं रहा है। पीड़िता ने परेशान होकर एएसआई के खिलाफ झोटवाड़ा थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। झोटवाड़ा थाने के सीआई किशनलाल विश्नोई मामले की जांच कर रहे है।

पुलिस ने बताया कि झोटवाड़ा थाना क्षेत्र निवासी एक महिला ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है। महिला ने शिकायत में बताया कि फरवरी-2023 में उसका पति से तलाक हो गया। इसके बाद बीकानेर में तैनात ASI प्रेम सिंह जादौन उसे एक सामाजिक कार्यक्रम के दौरान बातचीत हुई थी।

बातचीत के दौरान ASI प्रेम सिंह ने महिला को खुद की पत्नी के नहीं होने और उस से शादी करने की बात कही। इसके बाद दोनों ने मंदिर में जाकर शादी कर ली। शादी में आरोपी ASI प्रेम सिंह की दो बेटियां और पीड़िता के दो बच्चे भी शामिल हुए। इसके बाद आरोपी ASI प्रेम सिंह उसे बीकानेर में ले गया। यहां पर आरोपी ASI प्रेम सिंह ने उसे एक किराए के मकान में रखा। इसके बाद दोनों के बीच विवाद हो गया।

पीड़िता का आरोप है कि आरोपी ASI प्रेम सिंह ने उसे फर्जी दस्तावेज दिखा कर शादी के 4 माह तक बीकानेर में रखकर उसका रेप किया। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर पीड़िता का आज मेडिकल कराया जाएगा। इसके बाद पीड़िता के 164 के बयान कोर्ट में दर्ज होंगे। आरोपी को पकड़ने के लिए पुलिस टीम को बीकानेर भेज कर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है।

Police said that a woman resident of Jhotwara police station area has lodged a report. The woman told in the complaint that she got divorced from her husband in February 2023. After this, ASI Prem Singh Jadaun, posted in Bikaner, had a conversation with him during a social program.

During the conversation, ASI Prem Singh told the woman about not having a wife and marrying her. After this both of them went to the temple and got married. Two daughters of accused ASI Prem Singh and two children of the victim also attended the wedding. After this, accused ASI Prem Singh took him to Bikaner. Here accused ASI Prem Singh kept him in a rented house. After this there was a dispute between the two.

The victim alleges that accused ASI Prem Singh raped her by showing her fake documents and kept her in Bikaner for 4 months after marriage. Police have registered the case and the victim will undergo medical examination today. After this, 164 statements of the victim will be recorded in the court. To arrest the accused, a police team has been sent to Bikaner and investigation into the case has been started.
