सीएम भजन लाल शर्मा तक पहुंची गहलोत के एक और मंत्री की शिकायत, बमनिया बोले- 'मुझे फर्क नहीं पड़ता'

बांसवाड़ा विधायक और पूर्ववर्ती कांग्रेस सरकार में जनजाति विकास राज्य मंत्री अर्जुन सिंह बमनिया के खिलाफ उदयपुर और बांसवाड़ा संभाग के भाजपा नेताओं ने मोर्चा खोल दिया है। बीजेपी नेताओं ने मुख्यमंत्री भजन लाल शर्मा से मुलाकात कर जनजाति विकास विभाग (TDD) और सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग (DSJE) में हुए भारी भ्रष्टाचार और कमीशनखोरी के आरोप लगाते हुए इसकी उच्च स्तरीय जांच कमेटी गठित कर जांच करने की मांग की है।

'मोटे कमीशन का खेल खेला है'
मुख्यमंत्री को दिए शिकायत में बताया कि टीडीडी विभाग के निर्माण कार्य स्वच्छ विभाग से कराए गए, जो एक एनजीओ जैसा है. विभाग का काम उन्मूलन कार्य का है. लेकिन इस विभाग को 2019-23 तक निर्माण कार्य दिए, जिसकी कोई निविदा नहीं निकली. बीएसआर दर पर करोड़ों के निर्माण कार्य प्रदेशभर में कराए. यह सभी नियम विरुद्ध है. जबकि राज्य सरकार की और से निर्माण कार्य के लिए पीडब्ल्यूडी, आरएसआरडीसी, आरडीपीआर, पीएचईडी में सिविल डिपार्टमेंट द्वारा कराया जाता है. फिर भी स्वच्छ विभाग के माध्यम से बीएसआर दर पर काम अपने चहेतों को दिए. मोटे कमीशन का खेल खेला है. कई फर्मों में मंत्री का अप्रत्यक्ष भागीदारी भी रही है.

- खासतौर पर जेपीए- जगदीश प्रसाद अग्रवाल, पन्नाधाय सिक्योरिटी, नागेंद्र राय प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, भूतपूर्व सैनिक कल्याण समिति बांसवाड़ा जैसी फर्म शामिल हैं.
- JPA फर्म को पीएचईडी डिपार्टमेंट से करोड़ों के कार्य मिले जो बिना मिलीभगत के संभव नहीं है. TDD विभाग में स्टूडेंट्स के विकास के लिए हर ब्लॉक में 4 से 5 हॉस्टल संचालित हैं. उनमें भोजन, कपड़े स्टेशनरी के लिए विभाग स्तर पर टेंडर होते हैं. इसमें भी चहेतों को टेंडर देकर भ्रष्टाचार किया गया है.

- समाज कल्याण विभाग में अतिरिक्त कार्यभार देकर सामाजिक सुरक्षा अधिकारी हेमांगी निनामा को सहायक निदेशक बनाया गया. अनुप्रति कोचिंग योजना में करोड़ों का भ्रष्टाचार सामने आने पर मंत्री के पुत्र विकास बामनिया और पीए जयेश पुरोहित ने अधिकारियों से वसूल कर कुछ पैसा जमा कराया और कुछ अब भी बाकी है. विभिन्न विभागों में मैन पावर लगाने के लिए पन्नाधाय सिक्योरिटी और नागेंद्र राय फर्म को ठेके दिए. इन फर्म ने अपने कार्मिकों का आज तक पीएफ नहीं जमा कराया. मंत्री ने पद का दुरुपयोग करते हुए स्वयं और अपने बेटे की फर्म बनाकर प्रदेशभर में खान का आवंटन कराया.

शहर की कुक्कुट शाला का मामला भी उठाया
स्थानीय नेताओं ने शहर की कुक्कुट शाला का चर्चित मुद्दा भी सीएम के सामने रखा। उन्होंने बताया कि कुक्कुट शाला के नाम से पशुपालन विभाग को जमीन आवंटित थी. स्टेडियम निर्माण के बहाने यह जमीन बिल्डर को बेच दी और सस्ती जमीन दूसरी जगह अधिग्रहित कर ली. इसके अलावा शहर में खांचा भूमि आवंटन, ऊंचे भवनों के निर्माण और भूमि रूपांतरण में फर्जीवाड़े की जांच करने की मांग की है. 

आरोपों पर क्या बोले पूर्व मंत्री बामणिया?
वहीं इस मामले में पूर्व मंत्री और बांसवाड़ा विधायक अर्जुन सिंह बमनिया ने कहा है कि पूर्व मंत्री धनसिंह रावत अपनी हार से मानसिक अवसाद में हैं और वह हार को सहन नहीं कर पाने के कारण शिकायतें करते रहते हैं। वह कितनी भी जांच करा ले कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता।

Whereas the construction work on behalf of the state government is done by the civil department in PWD, RSRDC, RDPR, PHED. Still, he gave work at BSR rate to his favorites through the Swachh Department. Have played the game of big commission. The minister has also had indirect involvement in many firms.

- Especially firms like JPA- Jagdish Prasad Agarwal, Pannadhay Security, Nagendra Rai Private Limited, Ex-Servicemen Welfare Committee Banswara are included.
- JPA firm got work worth crores from PHED department which is not possible without collusion. In TDD department, 4 to 5 hostels are run in every block for the development of students. There are tenders at department level for food, clothes and stationery. In this also corruption has been done by giving tenders to favourites.
