बीकानेर में धोखाधड़ी का मामला, जमीन बेचने के बहाने से 13 लाख रुपए के धोखाधड़ी, मुकदमा दर्ज 

बीकानेर। जमीन बेचने के नाम पर साढ़े 13 लाख रुपए की धोखाधड़ी का मामला सामने आया है। इस संबंध में गांव सींथल निवासी भवानीशंकर पुत्र प्रभुदान ने नापासर पुलिस थाने में दो नामजद व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है।

 परिवादी ने रिपोर्ट में बताया कि घनश्याम पेडि़वाल पुत्र सुगनचंद व मूलदास पुत्र सुखदास निवासी जयमलसर द्वारा आपराधिक षड्यंत्र रचकर उसको जमीन बेचने के नाम पर धोखाधड़ी से साढ़े 13 लाख रुपए हड़प लिये। पुलिस ने परिवादी की रिपोर्ट पर आरोपितों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी।

Bikaner. A case of fraud of Rs 13.5 lakh in the name of selling land has come to light. In this regard, Bhavanishankar son of Prabhudan, resident of village Sinthal, has filed a case against two named persons in Napasar police station.

The complainant told in the report that Ghanshyam Pedival son of Suganchand and Muldas son of Sukhadas resident of Jaimalsar hatched a criminal conspiracy and fraudulently embezzled Rs 13.5 lakh in the name of selling the land to him. Based on the report of the complainant, the police registered a case against the accused and started investigation.
