राजस्थान चुनावों में CM भजनलाल ने खर्चे 31.51 लाख, 32 विधायकों का ऑनलाइन कैंपेन में आया लाखों का बिल
राजस्थान विधानसभा चुनाव 2023 को लेकर हर बार की तरह नेताओं के खर्चे पर ADR की रिपोर्ट सामने आ गई है जिससे जानकारी मिली है कि इस बार हर MLA ने अपने प्रचार-प्रसार में औसतन 22.53 लाख रुपए खर्च किए हैं. वहीं वर्तमान सरकार के मंत्रियों के खर्चे को देखें तो सबसे ज्यादा खर्चा हीरालाल नागर (37 लाख) तो सबसे कम किरोड़ीलाल मीणा ने 9.75 लाख रुपए खर्च किए हैं.
इसके अलावा विधायकों ने अपने खर्च का 9% चंदा पार्टियों से, 78% अपनी जेब से और 13% दूसरे सॉर्स से मिलना बताया है. वहीं इन विधानसभा चुनावों में पहली बार 200 में से 32 विधायकों ने सोशल मीडिया पर कैंपेन में लाखों रुपए खर्च होने का ब्यौरा चुनाव आयोग को सौंपा है.
सीएम और पूर्व सीएम ने कितना खर्चा किया?
ADR की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक चुनावों में CM भजनलाल शर्मा ने 32.51 लाख रुपए खर्च किए तो वहीं पूर्व CM अशोक गहलोत का चुनाव प्रचार में 26 लाख का खर्चा हुआ. इसके अलावा दिग्गज चेहरों में वसुंधरा राजे ने 17.52 लाख, नेता प्रतिपक्ष टीकाराम जूली ने 30.96 लाख तो पूर्व डिप्टी सीएम सचिन पायलट ने चुनाव प्रचार में 13.03 लाख रुपए खर्च करना बताया है. इसके अलावा आरएलपी प्रमुख हनुमान बेनीवाल ने अपना चुनाव खर्च 17.30 लाख बताया है.
मंत्रियों ने कितना पैसा खर्च किया?
वहीं डिप्टी सीएम दीया कुमारी ने इस चुनाव में अपना खर्च 16.36 लाख और प्रेम चंद्र बैरवा ने 14.97 लाख रुपए बताया है. इसके अलावा मंत्रियों में हीरालाल नागर ने सबसे ज्यादा 37 लाख तो सबसे कम चुनाव कृषि मंत्री डॉ. किरोड़ीलाल मीणा ने खर्च बताया है. किरोड़ी मीणा ने चुनाव आयोग को बताया है कि उन्होंने केवल 9.75 लाख रुपए में ये चुनाव लड़ा है.
41 विधायकों ने नहीं लिया पार्टी से कोई पैसा
वहीं 199 विधायकों ने बिना स्टार प्रचारकों, स्टार प्रचारकों के साथ रैलियों, जुलूस और बैठकों में पैसा खर्च करने के बारे में जानकारी दी है. वहीं 144 विधायकों ने घोषित किया है कि उन्होंने स्टार प्रचारकों के साथ रैली, जुलूस और बैठक में पैसा खर्च किया है. इसके अलावा विधायकों को चुनाव खर्च का 9 प्रतिशत चंदा पार्टियों से, 78 प्रतिशत अपनी जेब से और 13 प्रतिशत दूसरे स्रोतों से मिलना बताया है. वहीं 158 विधायकों ने जानकारी दी है कि उन्हें उनकी पार्टी से चंदा या दान मिला है जबकि 41 विधायकों का कहना है कि उन्हें पार्टी से कोई चंदा नहीं मिला है.

Like every time, the ADR report on the expenses of the leaders has come out regarding the Rajasthan Assembly elections 2023, which has revealed that this time every MLA has spent an average of Rs 22.53 lakh in his campaign. If we look at the expenditure of ministers of the present government, the highest expenditure has been made by Hiralal Nagar (37 lakhs) and the least by Kirodilal Meena (Rs 9.75 lakhs).
Apart from this, the MLAs have said that 9% of their expenses come from donations from parties, 78% from their own pockets and 13% from other sources. At the same time, for the first time in these assembly elections, 32 out of 200 MLAs have submitted to the Election Commission the details of spending lakhs of rupees in the campaign on social media.
How much did the CM and former CM spend?
According to the ADR report, CM Bhajanlal Sharma spent Rs 32.51 lakh in the elections, while former CM Ashok Gehlot spent Rs 26 lakh in the election campaign. Apart from this, among the prominent faces, Vasundhara Raje has reported spending Rs 17.52 lakh, Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie has spent Rs 30.96 lakh and former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot has reported spending Rs 13.03 lakh in the election campaign. Apart from this, RLP chief Hanuman Beniwal has declared his election expenditure as Rs 17.30 lakh.
How much money did the ministers spend?
Whereas Deputy CM Diya Kumari has declared her expenditure in this election as Rs 16.36 lakh and Prem Chandra Bairwa has declared her expenditure as Rs 14.97 lakh. Apart from this, among the ministers, Hiralal Nagar has declared the highest expenditure of Rs 37 lakh and Agriculture Minister Dr. Kirodilal Meena has declared the lowest expenditure. Kirori Meena has told the Election Commission that he has contested this election for only Rs 9.75 lakh.
41 MLAs did not take any money from the party
Whereas 199 MLAs have given information about spending money in rallies, processions and meetings without star campaigners and with star campaigners. Whereas 144 MLAs have declared that they have spent money in rallies, processions and meetings with star campaigners. Apart from this, MLAs have been told to get 9 percent of their election expenses as donations from parties, 78 percent from their own pockets and 13 percent from other sources. Whereas 158 MLAs have informed that they have received donations or donations from their party, while 41 MLAs have said that they have not received any donations from the party.
