बीकानेर: शिक्षा विभाग में लगातार एक के बाद एक फरमान जारी किए जा रहे हैं. शिक्षा मंत्री की तरफ से जारी किए गए आदेश से कई शिक्षकों को ठेस पहुंच रही है. कई मामलों में तो शिक्षक की गलती भी नहीं है और उन्हें केवल एक ज्ञापन के माध्यम से सजा दे दी गई. मामले की जांच भी नहीं हुई और शिक्षक दोषी करार दे दिया गया और इस कारण वह निलंबित भी हो गया. वहीं अब इस मामले में नया मोड़ सामने आया है, लड़की ने कोर्ट में शपथ पत्र दाखिल करके कहा है कि इसमें पूरी गलती मेरी है.

दरअसल, हाल ही में कोटा के खजूरी से मामला खजूरी से सामने आया था, जिसमें दो शिक्षकों को निलंबित कर दिया गया, जबकि एक शिक्षक पर कार्रवाई की गई. उसकी पोस्टिंग हुए महज अभी 4 महीने हुए हैं. यह मामला 2019 का है.

शिक्षक फिरोज खान ने क्या कहा? 
शिक्षा विभाग के आदेश के खिलाफ अब कई टीचर लामबंद होने जा रहे हैं. खजूरी के निलंबित शिक्षक फिरोज खान ने बताया कि खजूरी गांव में 12 टीचर्स का स्टाफ हैं और वह पिछले 5 साल से वहां पर बच्चों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा दे रहे हैं, लेकिन हाल ही में एक मामला ऐसा आया जिसमें उनके पूरे करियर पर ही दाग लगा दिया.

फिरोज खान ने कहा कहा कि मिर्जा मुजाहिद 8 साल से वहां पढ़ा रहे हैं जबकि कभी भी किसी भी टीचर पर कोई आरोप प्रत्यारोप नहीं लगा. वहीं शबाना चार माह से वहां पढ़ा रही है, उसका तो इस मामले से दूर तक कोई नाता भी नहीं है. जबकि मैं खुद 5 साल से वहां पढ़ा रहा हूं, हम सभी कक्षा 1 से 5वीं तक के बच्चों को पढ़ाते हैं, इस मामले से हमारा कोई नाता नहीं है. केवल राजनीतिक रूप से हमें फंसाया जा रहा है.

क्या है पूरा मामला
फिरोज ने कहा कि वर्ष 2019 में कक्षा दसवीं के पेपर भरे जा रहे थे और इस पेपर के दौरान जो बालिका थी उसने अपने पेपर में जाति के कॉलम में इस्लाम लिख दिया. जबकि उसका नाम मुस्लिम जैसा ही मिलता जुलता है और इसी नाम की अन्य मुस्लिम छात्राएं भी थीं. यह एक लिपिकीय त्रुटि थी. जिससे हमारा कोई लेना-देना नहीं है. हम कक्षा एक से पांचवी तक प्राइमरी बच्चों को पढ़ाते हैं और उन्हीं के पेपर से संबंधित कार्य हमें दिया जाता है, लेकिन वर्ष 2019 में कक्षा दसवीं के पेपर भरे जा रहे थे और इसी दौरान बालिका ने एक भूल कर दी और उसने अपने जाति के कॉलम में इस्लाम लिख दिया.

बच्चे आपस में एक दूसरे के फॉर्म को देखकर भरते हैं शायद वही गलती उस बालिका से हुई, जिससे हमारा कोई लेना-देना नहीं है. जिसने फार्म चेक किया यह उसकी गलती है. इसकी जांच होनी चाहिए और दोषियों को सजा मिले, लेकिन केवल लड़की मुस्लिम लड़के के साथ चली गई और इसका दोषी हमें ठहराया जा रहा है.

टिचर्स के ऊपर लगे लव जिहाद के आरोप 
फिरोज खान ने बताया कि 5 फरवरी 2024 को वह लड़की किसी मुस्लिम लड़के के साथ चली गई. पुलिस ने उन्हें दस्तयाब भी किया और कोर्ट में पेश किया, जहां से उस लड़की ने मुस्लिम लड़के के साथ ही जाना बताया और अपने बयान में भी यही बात कही. लडकी ने इस पूरे मामले को गलत बताया है. टीचर्स ने कहा कि हमारे ऊपर लव जिहाद स्कूल में नमाज पढ़ने और धर्मांतरण जैसे आरोप लगाए गए हैं, जो बेबुनियाद है.

वर्ष 2022 में यह लड़की यहां से 12वीं पास करके चली गई, जिसका अब इस मामले से कोई लेना-देना नहीं था, लेकिन लड़की के माता-पिता ने जबरन एक ज्ञापन शिक्षा मंत्री मदन दिलावर को दिया और उसी ज्ञापन की बिनाह पर इतनी बड़ी कार्यवाही कर दी गई, जो पूरी तरह से गलत है.

बाकी दस्तावेजों में नहीं है कोई गलती
फिरोज खान ने बताया कि स्कूल के रजिस्टर में उस लड़की का नाम, उसकी जाति, माता-पिता का नाम, पता, जाति प्रमण पत्र और जो भी उसके दस्तावेज हैं. उन सभी में कोई गलती नहीं है. केवल स्कूल के फॉर्म में ही उसने यह गलती की थी, जो एक लिपिकीय भूल है. जिस शिक्षक ने फार्म जांचे यह उसकी गलती हो सकती है. इस मामले से हमारा कोई लेना-देना नहीं है. क्योंकि हम तो केवल कक्षा 1 से पांचवी तक के बच्चों को ही पढ़ते हैं. जबकि यह गलती कक्षा दसवीं के फॉर्म में हुई है.

लड़की के परिवार ने टिचर पर लगाए आरोप 
टीचर मिर्जा मुजाहिद ने बताया कि केवल राजनीतिक रूप से मोहरा बनाते हुए मुस्लिम टीचर्स को परेशान किया जा रहा है. उन्होंने कहा कि स्कूल में 12 टीचर पढ़ाते हैं और हम सालों से साथ हैं. कोई भी टीचर इस बात से सहमत नहीं है कि वहां नमाज पढ़ाई जाती है. उन्होंने आगे कहा कि लड़की के माता-पिता केवल इस बात से परेशान हैं कि उनकी लड़की एक मुस्लिम लड़के के साथ चली गई. टीचर ने बताया कि वह लड़की हमारे स्कूल में पढ़ती थी. इसी कारण यह सारा मामला जानबूझकर बनाया गया, जिससे हमारा कोई लेना देना नहीं है.

तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ लड़की के माता-पिता ने आरोप लगाया है कि वह कम उम्र की है और एक कार मैकेनिक व्यक्ति पर उसके अपहरण का आरोप लगाया है. पुलिस स्टेशन में प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज की गई है, जिसकी जांच की जा रही है. महिला के पिता ने भी शिक्षकों पर आरोप लगाया है. उन्होंने कहा कि यह शिक्षकों की साजिश है. शिक्षकों ने उनकी बेटी को बहला फुसलाकर भगाया गया, धर्म परिवर्तन करने के लिए कहा और यह सब योजनाबद्ध तरीके से हुआ.

स्कूल के दो शिक्षकों को किया गया निलंबित 
21 फरवरी को बारां जिले में शिक्षा मंत्री मदन दिलावर की जनसुनवाई के दौरान सर्व हिंदू समाज ने एक ज्ञापन दिया था. उसके बाद इस मामले में यह कार्रवाई की गई है. कोटा जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी ने स्कूल के तीन शिक्षकों फिरोज खान और मिर्जा मुजाहिद को निलंबित कर दिया और शबाना के मामले की जांच की जा रही है. बीकानेर में शिक्षा विभाग मुख्यालय में इन शिक्षकों को उपस्थिति दर्ज कराने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं. 

जानकारी के मुताबिक खजुरी राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय खजूरी में 15 शिक्षक में से 12 हिंदू और 3 मुस्लिम हैं. यहां करीब 250 बच्चें अध्ययन करते हैं. सभी आपस में सद्भावनापूर्ण रहते है और कौमी एकता के कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित करते हैं. हाली में 26 जनवरी को भी एक ऐसा ही कार्यक्रमआयोजित किया गया था. यहां 75 बच्चें मुस्लिम हैं बाकी हिंदू हैं.
 
लड़की ने स्टांप पर दिया शपथ पत्र 
इस पूरे मामले में लड़की ने भी कोर्ट में एक शपथ पत्र सौंपा है. जिसमें कहा गया है कि यह गलती मेरी है. 10वीं का फॉर्म भरते समय मुझसे ही गलती से जाति में इस्लाम लिखा गया. लड़की ने शपथ पत्र में लिखा कि इसकी जिम्मेदारी मेरी स्वयं की है. इस मामले में सीबीओ राम अवतार रावल ने बताया कि इस मामले में जांच की जाएगी. पूरा मामला उच्चाधिकारियों की संज्ञान में है, तीनों शिक्षकों को निलंबित कर बीकानेर ले जाया गया है.

What did teacher Firoz Khan say?
Now many teachers are going to mobilize against the order of the Education Department. Firoz Khan, a suspended teacher of Khajuri, said that there is a staff of 12 teachers in Khajuri village and he has been giving quality education to the children there for the last 5 years, but recently a case came which tarnished his entire career. .

Firoz Khan said that Mirza Mujahid has been teaching there for 8 years while no allegation has ever been leveled against any teacher. Whereas Shabana has been teaching there for four months, she has no connection whatsoever with this matter. While I myself have been teaching there for 5 years, we all teach children from class 1 to 5, we have no connection with this matter. We are only being implicated politically.

what is the whole matter
Firoz said that in the year 2019, class 10th papers were being filled and during this paper, the girl wrote Islam in the caste column in her paper. Whereas her name is similar to Muslim and there were other Muslim girls with the same name. This was a clerical error. With which we have nothing to do. We teach primary children from class 1 to class 5 and the work related to their papers is given to us, but in the year 2019, class 10 papers were being filled and during this time the girl made a mistake and wrote in the caste column. I wrote Islam.

Children fill the forms after looking at each other, perhaps the same mistake was made by that girl, with whom we have nothing to do. It is the fault of the person who checked the form. This should be investigated and the culprits should be punished, but only the girl went away with the Muslim boy and we are being blamed for this.

Love Jihad allegations against teachers
Firoz Khan told that on February 5, 2024, the girl went away with a Muslim boy. The police also searched them and presented them in the court, from where the girl told that she had gone with the Muslim boy and said the same in her statement. The girl has said this whole matter is wrong. Teachers said that allegations like offering namaz and religious conversion have been made against us in Love Jihad School, which are baseless.

In the year 2022, this girl left from here after passing 12th, which now had nothing to do with this matter, but the girl's parents forcibly gave a memorandum to the Education Minister Madan Dilawar and on the basis of the same memorandum, such a big action was taken. It has been done, which is completely wrong.

There is no mistake in the remaining documents
Firoz Khan told that the school register contains the girl's name, her caste, parents' names, address, caste certificate and all her documents. There is no mistake in all of them. He had made this mistake only in the school form, which is a clerical error. It could be the mistake of the teacher who checked the forms. We have nothing to do with this matter. Because we only educate children from class 1 to class 5. Whereas this mistake has happened in the class 10th form.

Girl's family accuses teacher
Teacher Mirza Mujahid said that Muslim teachers are being harassed only to act as political pawns. He said that 12 teachers teach in the school and we have been together for years. No teacher agrees that Namaz is offered there. He further said that the girl's parents are only upset that their daughter eloped with a Muslim boy. The teacher told that the girl used to study in our school. That is why this whole matter was created deliberately, with which we have nothing to do.

On the other hand, the girl's parents have alleged that she is underage and have accused a car mechanic of kidnapping her. A first information report has been lodged at the police station, which is being investigated. The woman's father has also accused the teachers. He said that this is a conspiracy of teachers. The teachers lured their daughter away, asked her to convert, and all this happened in a planned manner.

Two teachers of the school were suspended
On February 21, during the public hearing of Education Minister Madan Dilawar in Baran district, Sarva Hindu Samaj had given a memorandum. After that this action has been taken in this matter. Kota District Education Officer suspended three teachers of the school, Firoz Khan and Mirza Mujahid, and Shabana's case is being investigated. Instructions have been given to these teachers to register their presence at the Education Department Headquarters in Bikaner.

According to the information, out of 15 teachers in Khajuri Government Higher Secondary School, Khajuri, 12 are Hindu and 3 are Muslim. About 250 children study here. Everyone lives in harmony with each other and also organizes programs for communal unity. A similar program was organized in Halli on 26 January also. Here 75 children are Muslims and the rest are Hindus.
 
The girl gave an affidavit on stamp
The girl has also submitted an affidavit in the court regarding this entire matter. In which it is said that this is my mistake. While filling the 10th class form, I had mistakenly written Islam in the caste category. The girl wrote in the affidavit that it is her own responsibility. In this matter, CBO Ram Avtar Rawal said that investigation will be done in this matter. The whole matter is in the cognizance of higher officials, all three teachers have been suspended and taken to Bikaner.
