JEN भर्ती परीक्षा 2020 में SOG को बड़ी सफलता, कुख्यात पेपर लीक माफिया जगदीश बिश्नोई को दबोचा

गहलोत राज में हुए पेपर लीक मामलों को लेकर प्रदेश की भजनलाल सरकार सत्ता में आने के बाद से लगातार एक्शन मोड में है। अब राजस्थान में JEN भर्ती 2020 पेपर लीक मामले को लेकर बड़ा एक्शन लिया है। ATS और SOG ने गुरुवार दोपहर को संयुक्त कार्रवाई करते हुए पेपर लीक के मास्टमाइंट जगदीश विश्नोई को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।

इससे पहले गिरफ्तार 2 मुख्य आरोपियों के जयपुर, दौसा और भरतपुर में 14 से ज्यादा ठिकानों पर गुरुवार सुबह SOG की टीम ने दबिश दी। इसमें पेपर लीक के मास्टरमाइंड हर्षवर्धन कुमार मीणा (पटवारी) के दौसा-महवा और जयपुर, भरतपुर में 7 से ज्यादा ठिकाने शामिल हैं। स्कूल टीचर राजेंद्र कुमार यादव के आवास सहित उसके साथी के ठिकानों पर भी छापेमारी हुई। हर्षवर्धन के पास 5.71 करोड़ की और राजेंद्र की 15 करोड़ प्रॉपर्टी मिली। दौसा में एक बाबा के आश्रम में 4 घंटे कार्रवाई चली।

SOG-ASP नरेन्द्र मीणा के नेतृत्व में टीम ने गुरुवार सुबह दौसा के आगरा रोड स्थित एक बाबा के अस्थाई डेरे पर दबिश दी। टीम ने मास्टरमाइंड हर्षवर्धन की निशानदेही पर गोविंददेवजी मंदिर के सामने स्थित आवासीय स्कीम में बने अस्थाई आश्रम में सर्च किया। पुलिस जाप्ते के साथ पहुंची टीम ने आश्रम परिसर में गहनता से सर्च किया।

पेपर लीक करने वाली गैंग का सरगना है जगदीश विश्नोई
एसओजी के एडीजी वीके सिंह ने बताया कि आरोपी जगदीश विश्नोई करीब 3 साल से फरार चल रहा था। जगदीश विश्नोई पेपर लीक करने वाली गैंग का सरगना है। आरोपी जगदीश पूर्व में पेपर लीक और एक दर्जन से अधिक मामलों में पहले गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है। वह जिला सांचौर दांता पुलिस थाना का निवासी है। इस गैंग में हर्षवर्धन पटवारी, राजेंद्र कुमार यादव अध्यापक के साथ-साथ कई अन्य शातिर अपराधी भी शामिल है।

पेपर के बदले लिए थे 10 लाख रुपए
जगदीश विश्नोई अपनी गैंग के साथ मिलकर पेपर लीक करने का कार्य “ऑर्गेनाईज्ड वे” में लंबे समय से कर रहा है। जगदीश विश्नोई ने शहीद मेजर दिग्विजयसिंह सुमाल राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय खातीपुरा, जयपुर में अपने एक सहयोगी को भेजकर गैंग के सदस्य इस स्कूल के अध्यापक राजेन्द्र कुमार यादव की मदद से पेपर का फोटो करवाकर पेपर को स्कूल से बाहर निकलवाया था। जगदीश विश्नोई ने इसके बदले में राजेन्द्र कुमार यादव को 10 लाख रुपए दिए थे।

जगदीश विश्नोई ने उक्त प्रश्न पत्र अपनी गैंग के सदस्य हर्षवर्धन मीणा के पास व्हाटसअप के जरिए भिजवाया था। जगदीश विश्नोई व हर्षवर्धन ने करोड़ों रुपए लेकर अभ्यर्थियों को पेपर पढ़वाया। जगदीश विश्नोई करीब डेढ़ दशक से ज्यादा समय से पेपर लीक करने के अपराध को अंजाम दे रहा है। एसआईटी टीम ने बुधवार को जगदीश विश्नोई को जवाहर कला केन्द्र जयपुर से दस्तयाब किया था जिसे बाद पूछताछ गुरुवार दोपहर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

एएसपी नरेन्द्र मीणा ने बताया कि सप्ताहभर पहले पेपर लीक के मास्टरमाइंड समेत कई आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया था। जिनसे पूछताछ चल रही है, जिसके आधार पर उनके ठिकानों पर सर्च किया जा रहा है। कोर्ट से जारी सर्च वारंट लेकर पहुंचे हैं, टीम द्वारा गहनता से तलाशी ली जा रही है। पेपर लीक से जुडा कोई संदिग्ध दस्तावेज या सामग्री मिलती है तो कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

कई जगह चल रही कार्रवाई
बता दें कि एसओजी ने पिछले दिनों कार्रवाई करते हुए पटवारी हर्षवर्धन समेत 4 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया था। एसओजी की टीमें अब पटवारी हर्षवर्धन के दौसा, महवा और जयपुर स्थित कई ठिकानों पर सर्च कर रही है। मामले में स्कूल टीचर राजेन्द्र कुमार यादव के आवास सहित उसके साथी के ठिकानों पर भी छापेमारी हुई है। ऐसे में पेपर लीक गिरोह से जुडे संदिग्धों में खलबली मची हुई है।

ATS and SOG, in a joint action on Thursday afternoon, arrested the mastermind of the paper leak, Jagdish Vishnoi.

Earlier, on Thursday morning, SOG team raided more than 14 locations of the two main accused arrested in Jaipur, Dausa and Bharatpur. This includes more than 7 locations of paper leak mastermind Harshvardhan Kumar Meena (Patwari) in Dausa-Mahva and Jaipur, Bharatpur. The residence of school teacher Rajendra Kumar Yadav and his associate's residence were also raided. Harshvardhan's property worth Rs 5.71 crore and Rajendra's property worth Rs 15 crore were found. The action lasted for 4 hours in a Baba's ashram in Dausa.

Under the leadership of SOG-ASP Narendra Meena, the team raided the temporary camp of a Baba located on Agra Road, Dausa on Thursday morning. On the behest of mastermind Harsh Vardhan, the team searched in the temporary ashram built in the residential scheme located in front of Govinddevji temple. The police team that arrived with Japte searched the ashram premises thoroughly.

Jagdish Vishnoi is the leader of the paper leaking gang.
SOG ADG VK Singh said that accused Jagdish Vishnoi was absconding for about 3 years. Jagdish Vishnoi is the leader of the paper leaking gang. Accused Jagdish has been previously arrested in paper leak and more than a dozen cases. He is a resident of district Sanchore Danta police station. This gang includes Harshvardhan Patwari, teacher Rajendra Kumar Yadav along with many other vicious criminals.

10 lakh rupees were taken in exchange for the paper
Jagdish Vishnoi along with his gang has been doing the work of leaking papers in an “organized way” for a long time. Jagdish Vishnoi sent one of his associates to Martyr Major Digvijay Singh Sumal Government Higher Secondary School, Khatipura, Jaipur, got the paper photographed with the help of gang member Rajendra Kumar Yadav, a teacher of this school, and got the paper thrown out of the school. Jagdish Vishnoi had given Rs 10 lakh to Rajendra Kumar Yadav in return.

Jagdish Vishnoi had sent the said question paper to his gang member Harshvardhan Meena through WhatsApp. Jagdish Vishnoi and Harsh Vardhan took crores of rupees and made the candidates read the paper. Jagdish Vishnoi has been committing the crime of paper leaking for more than one and a half decade. The SIT team had arrested Jagdish Vishnoi from Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur on Wednesday and after questioning, he was arrested on Thursday afternoon.

ASP Narendra Meena said that a week ago many accused including the mastermind of the paper leak were arrested. Those who are being interrogated are being searched on the basis of which their locations are being searched. They have arrived with the search warrant issued from the court, the team is conducting a thorough search. If any suspicious document or material related to the paper leak is found, action will be taken.

Action going on at many places
Let us tell you that SOG had recently taken action and arrested 4 people including Patwari Harshvardhan. SOG teams are now searching at many locations of Patwari Harshvardhan located in Dausa, Mahwa and Jaipur. In this case, raids have been conducted at the residence of school teacher Rajendra Kumar Yadav and also at the places of his associate. In such a situation, there is panic among the suspects associated with the paper leak gang.
