बीकानेर; अवैध निर्माण पर नगर निगम आयुक्त के आदेश पर बिन्नाणी बिल्डिंग में सीज 

बीकानेर,कोयला गली में स्थित बिन्नाणी बिल्डिंग में बिना निगम की स्वीकृति के निर्माण कराया जा रहा था, नगर निगम आयुक्त के निर्देश पर आज पूरी बिल्डिंग को सीज करने की कार्रवाई की गई। निगम ने इस संबंध में पूर्व में नोटिस जारी किया था जिसकी पालना नहीं होने पर आज निगम ने सीज की कार्रवाई की है।

नगर निगम आयुक्त केशरलाल मीणा ने बताया कि उक्त बिल्डिंग की दूसरी मंजिल में निगम की बिना स्वीकृति के ही अवैध रूप से निर्माण कराया जा रहा था। इसकी सूचना मिलने पर शिव कुमार सोनी के नाम नोटिस जारी किया गया था, लेकिन उसकी कोई पालना नहीं हुई। इसके बाद आज सुबह सात बजे से ही भवन को सीज कर दिया गया है। आयुक्त ने बताया कि यदि इसमें जिनके पास न्यायालय के आदेश होंगे, तो वो अपना प्रतिष्ठान खोल सकेगा। आदेश में स्पष्ट है कि यदि सीज को खुद.बुर्द किया जाता है, तो संबंधित के खिलाफ अपराधिक प्रकरण दर्ज किया जाएगा।

नगर निगम की ओर से जारी किया गए सीज के नोटिस के अनुसार आगामी आदेशों तक यह भवन सजी रहेगा। इससे पूर्व सुबह आयुक्त के निर्देश पर उपायुक्त (द्वितीय) सुभाष कुमार के नेतृत्व में एक दल का गठन किया गया था। इसमें राजस्व निरीक्षक आकांक्षा पंाडे, पूनमचंद नाई, सहायक राजस्व निरीक्षक रविन्द्र, कनिष्ठ सहायक गणेशाराम भुकर शामिल रहे।

नगर निगम का दस्ता आज सुबह करीब सात बजे ही पलिस जाब्ते के साथ कोयला गली मेें पहुच गया। निगम की टीम पहुंचते ही पूरी बिल्डिंग को सीज करने की कार्रवाई में जुट गई।

Bikaner; Seizure in Binnani Building on the orders of Municipal Corporation Commissioner on illegal construction.

Construction was being done in Binnani Building located in Koyla Gali, Bikaner without the approval of the Corporation. Today, on the instructions of the Municipal Corporation Commissioner, action was taken to seize the entire building. The Corporation had earlier issued a notice in this regard, due to non-compliance of which today the Corporation has taken seizure action.

Municipal Corporation Commissioner Kesharlal Meena said that illegal construction was being done in the second floor of the said building without the approval of the corporation. On receiving this information, a notice was issued in the name of Shiv Kumar Soni, but it was not followed. After this, the building has been sealed from 7 am today. The Commissioner said that if the person has a court order, he will be able to open his establishment. It is clear in the order that if the seizure is self-destructed, a criminal case will be registered against the person concerned.

According to the seizure notice issued by the Municipal Corporation, this building will remain occupied till further orders. Earlier in the morning, on the instructions of the Commissioner, a team was formed under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner (II) Subhash Kumar. Revenue Inspector Akanksha Pandey, Poonamchand Barber, Assistant Revenue Inspector Ravindra, Junior Assistant Ganesharam Bhukar were included in this.

The Municipal Corporation squad reached Koyla Gali along with police personnel at around seven in the morning today. As soon as the corporation team arrived, they started taking action to seize the entire building.
