विधानसभा चुनावों में कांग्रेस की पराजय के बाद से कार्यकर्ताओं और पदाधिकारियों में उदासी छाई है। इसी बीच बीकानेर कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता नित्यानंद पारीक ने आज यहां एक प्रेस बयान जारी कर बताया है कि अपनी बात को बेकाक ढंग से रखा है। साथ ही यह बताने का प्रयास किया है कि आखिर किसी कारण पार्टी की सरकार फिर से प्रदेश में रिपीट नहीं हो सकी। नित्यानंद पारीक ने अपने बयान में साफतौर पर बेकाबी से कहा है कि सत्ता व संगठन में तालमेल नहीं होने के कारण कांग्रेस सरकार रिपीट नहीं कर पाई।

रिवाज कायम रहने के कारण हर बार कांग्रेस सत्ता में आने के बाद संगठन से तालमेल नहीं रखती। संगठन से जुड़े लोगों को नजरअंदाज किया जाता है जिसके कारण जमीनी कार्यकर्ता हताश वह निराश होकर मुस्तेदी के साथ बूथ स्तर पर मन से काम नहीं कर पाता है। नित्यानंद पारीक ने कहा कि इस चुनाव परिणाम से कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता आहत है और अचंभित भी है। पारीक ने कहा है कि पार्टी सत्ता में आने के बाद सुधारात्मक रवैया नहीं रखती संगठन के लोगों को नजर अंदाज करने से जमीनी स्तर के कार्यकर्ता निराश हो जाते है। पारीक ने कहा है कि हर बार राजस्थान के नेता हाई कमान को ऊपर तक सही फीडबैक नहीं पहुंचाते जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप आज के नतीजे सामने है।

फायदे से जुड़े लागो को अहमित देकर संगठन के कार्यकर्ताओं को नजरअंदाज किया जाता रहा है। तमाम गलत फीडबैक आलाकमान कमान तक पहुंच कर कांग्रेस को निरंतर कमजोर किया गया। टिकट बंटवारे में हर बार प्रभारी सह प्रभारी भेजकर नाटकबाजी की गई। बाद में वही पुराने चेहरों को टिकट देकर विकल्प के रूप में नए चेहरों को कोई मौका नहीं दिया। ग्राउंड रिपोर्ट पर सुधारात्मक कदम नहीं उठाने, कार्यकर्ताओं की ऊपेक्षा के कारण बूथ लेवल तक का कार्यकर्ता कांग्रेस से खिसक गया है । हालत यह है कि कांग्रेस को चुनाव में कार्यकर्ता हायर करने पड़ रहे हैं।

नए सिरे से सकारात्मक कदम उठाने की दरकार…

पारीक ने सुझाव रखते हुए कहा कि वर्तमान परिस्थितियों में कांग्रेस आला कमान को राजस्थान में सुधारात्मक कदम उठाकर संगठन को नए सिरे से मजबूत करने की आवश्यकता है। फिर से जमीनी स्तर के कार्यकर्ताओं को और वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेताओं के सलाह पर बूथ लेवल तक के कार्यकर्ताओं को नए सिरे से जोडऩे की जरूरत है। पारीक ने कहा कि वो उम्मीद करते है कि कांग्रेस हाई कमान इस दिशा में सकारात्मक प्रयास करेंगे।

Due to tradition, Congress does not maintain coordination with the organization every time it comes to power. People associated with the organization are ignored due to which the grassroots workers become dejected and are unable to work diligently and promptly at the booth level. Nityanand Pareek said that Congress workers are hurt and surprised by this election result. Pareek has said that the party does not take a corrective attitude after coming to power and the grassroots level workers get disappointed due to ignoring the people of the organization. Pareek has said that every time the leaders of Rajasthan do not provide correct feedback to the high command, as a result of which today's results are visible.

The workers of the organization have been ignored by giving importance to the people related to profit. Congress was continuously weakened by all the wrong feedback reaching the high command. During ticket distribution, drama was created every time by sending in-charge and co-in-charge. Later, by giving tickets to the same old faces, no opportunity was given to the new faces as an alternative. Due to not taking corrective steps on the ground report and neglect of the workers, even the booth level workers have slipped away from the Congress. The situation is such that Congress has to hire workers for the elections.

There is a need to take fresh positive steps…

While giving suggestion, Pareek said that in the present circumstances, the Congress high command needs to strengthen the organization afresh by taking corrective steps in Rajasthan. Again, there is a need to engage the grassroot level workers afresh and on the advice of senior Congress leaders, workers up to the booth level. Pareek said that he hopes that the Congress High Command will make positive efforts in this direction.
