पेपर लीक में पकड़े गए आरोपियों के 14 ठिकानों पर SOG की छापेमारी, जयपुर-दौसा में चल रहा सर्च

राजस्थान में जूनियर इंजीनियर भर्ती  परीक्षा का पेपर लीक  करने वाले आरोपियों के ठिकानों पर गुरुवार सुबह से स्पेशल ऑपरेशंस ग्रुप की छापेमारी चल रही है. पकड़े गए आरोपी हर्षवर्धन मीणा और राजेंद्र यादव समेत अन्य आरोपियों के ठिकानों व रिश्तेदारों के अड्डों पर एसओजी की 14 टीमों ने एकसाथ दबिश दी है. इस वक्त भी जयपुर के करधनी, वैशाली नगर, झोटवाड़ा और चित्रकूट इलाके में कार्रवाई एसओजी की टीमें सर्च कर रही हैं. ये सर्च जयपुर और दौसा में चल रहा है.

डीआईजी ने किया था खुलासा
एटीएस एवं एसओजी के डीआईजी वीके सिंह  ने हाल ही में खुलासा करते हुए बताया था कि 2020 में राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड  द्वारा आयोजित कराई गई कनिष्ठ अभियंता भर्ती परीक्षा का पेपर हायर सैकेंडरी स्कूल खातीपुरा के थर्ड ग्रेड टीचर राजेंद्र कुमार यादव  ने लीक किया था. इससे पहले पटवारी हर्षवर्धन मीणा को जेईएन भर्ती परीक्षा 2020 का पेपर लीक करने वाला मास्टरमाइंड समझा जा रहा था. इसीलिए राजस्थान पुलिस ने उसकी गिरफ्तारी पर 50 हजार रुपये का इनाम भी रखा था. पुलिस का जल्द ही कामयाबी भी मिल गई और हर्ष के साथ उसका साथी राजू यादव भी नेपाल बॉर्डर से गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया. जब पुलिस ने दोनों आरोपियों से पूछताछ की तो पता चला कि पटवारी को परीक्षा का पेपर वॉट्सऐप के जरिए मिला था, जिसे उसने करीब ढाई करोड़ रुपये में आगे दलालों और अभ्यर्थियों को बेच दिया था. उस वक्त पुलिस समझ गई कि हर्ष सिर्फ एक मोहरा है. इस पेपर लीक का असली मास्टरमाइंड अभी फरार है.

50 लाख में पटवारी को बेचा पेपर
पूछताछ के दौरान हर्ष ने पुलिस को पेपर लीक की पूरी कहानी विस्तार से बता दी. उसने बताया कि 6 दिसंबर 2020 को भर्ती परीक्षा होनी थी. लेकिन इससे पहले ही राजेंद्र कुमार यादव अपने एक सहयोगी की मदद से स्कूल के स्टॉग रूम में दाखिल हो गया. इस दौरान उसने वहां रखे प्रश्न पत्र के लिफाके में बड़ी ही सफाई से चिरा लगाकर उसमें से पेपर निकाल लिया, और फिर उसका फोटो खींचकर पटवारी हर्ष को वॉट्सऐप पर भेज दिया. इसके बदले में उसने 50 लाख रुपये लिए. काम पूरा होने के बाद यादव ने बड़ी ही सफाई के साथ पेपर को वापस लिफाफे में डालकर उसे अपने स्थान पर रख दिया और स्टॉग रूम से बाहर निकलकर फरार हो गया.

23 साल से एक ही स्कूल में है राजेंद्र
हर्ष और राजू की निशानदेही पर पुलिस ने आरोपी शिक्षक राजेंद्र और उसके सहयोगी साथी शिवरतन मोटा को भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया. इन चारों आरोपियों को मिलाकर अब तक इस मामले में कुल 24 गिरफ्तारी हुई हैं. डीआईजी ने बताया कि भर्ती परीक्षा के पेपर स्कूल के स्टॉग रूम में दो घंटे पहले पहुंच गए थे. राजेंद्र स्टॉग रूम का इंचार्ज था. इसीलिए चाबी भी उसी के पास थी. इसी का फायदा उठाकर उसने पेपर लीक कर दिया, जिस कारण एग्जाम शुरू होने से पहले ही परीक्षा का वो पेपर सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल होने लगा. जांच में सामने आया कि राजेंद्र यादव खातीपुरा के राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय में पिछले 23 साल से कार्यरत है. मई 2010 में उसका एक बार ट्रांसफर जरूर हुआ था, लेकिन वो 3 महीने बाद ही इसी स्कूल में वापस आ गया था. पुलिस को शक है कि इस दौरान भी उसने पेपर लीक कराए होंगे. फिलहाल पुलिस आरोपियों से पूछताछ करते हुए आगे की कार्रवाई कर रही है.

SOG raids 14 locations of accused caught in paper leak, search going on in Jaipur-Dausa

Special Operations Group is conducting raids on the locations of the accused who leaked the Junior Engineer Recruitment Exam paper in Rajasthan since Thursday morning. 14 SOG teams have simultaneously raided the hideouts and relatives of the arrested accused Harshvardhan Meena and Rajendra Yadav and other accused. Even at present, SOG teams are conducting searches in Kardhani, Vaishali Nagar, Jhotwara and Chitrakoot areas of Jaipur. This search is going on in Jaipur and Dausa.

DIG had revealed
ATS and SOG DIG VK Singh had recently revealed that the paper of Junior Engineer Recruitment Examination conducted by Rajasthan Staff Selection Board in 2020 was leaked by Rajendra Kumar Yadav, third grade teacher of Higher Secondary School Khatipura. Earlier, Patwari Harshvardhan Meena was considered to be the mastermind behind leaking the paper of JEN Recruitment Exam 2020. That is why Rajasthan Police had also kept a reward of Rs 50 thousand on his arrest. Police soon got success and along with Harsh, his associate Raju Yadav was also arrested from Nepal border. When the police interrogated both the accused, it was found that Patwari had received the exam paper through WhatsApp, which he further sold to brokers and candidates for about Rs 2.5 crore. At that time the police understood that Harsh was just a pawn. The real mastermind of this paper leak is still absconding.

Paper sold to Patwari for Rs 50 lakh
During interrogation, Harsh told the entire story of the paper leak to the police in detail. He told that the recruitment examination was to be held on 6 December 2020. But before this, Rajendra Kumar Yadav, with the help of one of his colleagues, entered the storeroom of the school. During this time, he very carefully made a slit in the question paper envelope kept there, took out the paper from it, and then clicked its photo and sent it to Patwari Harsh on WhatsApp. In return he took Rs 50 lakh. After the work was completed, Yadav very neatly put the paper back in the envelope, kept it in its place and ran away from the stog room.

Rajendra has been in the same school for 23 years.
On the information of Harsh and Raju, the police also arrested the accused teacher Rajendra and his associate Shivratan Mota. Including these four accused, a total of 24 arrests have been made in this case so far. The DIG said that the recruitment examination papers had reached the school's storage room two hours ago. Rajendra was in charge of the store room. That's why he also had the key. Taking advantage of this, he leaked the paper, due to which the exam paper started going viral on social media even before the exam started. Investigation revealed that Rajendra Yadav has been working in Government Higher Secondary School, Khatipura for the last 23 years. He was transferred once in May 2010, but he returned to the same school only after 3 months. Police suspect that he may have leaked the papers during this period also. At present the police is interrogating the accused and taking further action.
