राजस्थान में भजनलाल की वित्तमंत्री दीया कुमारी आज विधानसभा में सरकार का पहला अंतरिम बजट प्रस्तुत करेंगी। इस अंतरिम बजट में सरकार नई भर्तियों, डीजल-पेट्रोल पर वैट कम करने समेत कई बड़ी घोषणाएं कर सकती हैं। जबकि पिछली सरकार की योजनाओं के बारे में अहम घोषणाएं हो सकती हैं। इसके अलावा कर्मचारियों के लिए ओल्ड पेंशन स्कीम रहेगी या नहीं, इस बारे में भी सरकार के रूख का पता चलेगा। माना यह भी जा रहा है कि सरकार लोकसभा चुनाव के मद्देनजर युवाओं के लिए बंपर भर्तियों का ऐलान कर सकती है। 

दीया कुमारी आज 11 बजे अहम घोषणाएं करेंगीं। माना जा रहा है कि वित्तमंत्री दीया कुमारी अपने लेखानुदान भाषण में 100 दिवसीय कार्ययोजना में अभी तक किए कार्य और पीएम मोदी द्वारा बताई चार जातियों से जुड़ी घोषणा कर सकती हैं। उप मुख्यमंत्री दीया कुमारी आज सुबह 11 बजे विधानसभा में वित्त वर्ष 2024-25 की पहली तिमाही यानी जून तक के लिए लेखानुदान सदन के पटल पर मंजूरी के लिए रखेंगीं।

इस दौरान केंद्र की तर्ज पर दीया कुमारी भी 45 मिनट से 60 मिनट तक मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा के निर्देश पर बनाई 100 दिवसीय कार्ययोजना के तहत 7 फरवरी तक के 45 दिन में किए गए कार्यों का उल्लेख करेंगीं। इसके साथ ही प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा बताई गई चार जाति, जिनमें गरीब, किसान, महिला और युवा शामिल हैं। इन चारों को लेकर एक-एक अहम योजना की घोषणा की जा सकती है। किसानों के लिए ब्याज मुक्त फसली ऋण के लिए 30 हजार करोड़ रुपए का प्रावधान किया जा सकता है। 

राज्य द्वारा बोनस की घोषणा संभव है। केंद्र द्वारा जारी समर्थन मूल्य में राज्य द्वारा बोनस की घोषणा संभव है। महिलाओं के लिए लखपति दीदी जैसी केंद्र की योजना का प्रदेश में विस्तार किया जा सकता है। युवाओं के लिए विभिन्न विभागों में भर्ती की घोषणा और गरीबों के लिए राजस्थान अनुग्रह भुगतान योजना के तहत अहम घोषणा की जा सकती है। इसके लिए अलावा शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, सड़क, ऊर्जा, पेयजल जिसमें ईआरसीपी योजना के लिए वित्तीय प्रावधान किया जा सकता है। दरअसल लोकसभा चुनाव के चलते राज्य सरकार ने भी केंद्र की तर्ज पर लेखानुदान लेने का फैसला किया था।

It is also believed that the government may announce bumper recruitment for the youth in view of the Lok Sabha elections.

Diya Kumari will make important announcements today at 11 am. It is believed that in her Vote on Account speech, Finance Minister Diya Kumari can make announcements related to the work done so far in the 100-day action plan and the four castes mentioned by PM Modi. Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari will table the Vote on Account for the first quarter of the financial year 2024-25 i.e. till June in the Assembly at 11 am today for approval.

During this, on the lines of the Centre, Diya Kumari will also mention for 45 to 60 minutes the work done in the 45 days till February 7 under the 100-day action plan made on the instructions of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. Along with this, the four castes mentioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi include poor, farmers, women and youth. One important scheme can be announced regarding these four. A provision of Rs 30 thousand crore can be made for interest free crop loans for farmers.

It is possible to announce bonus by the state. It is possible to declare bonus by the State in the support price released by the Centre. Central schemes like Lakhpati Didi for women can be expanded in the state. Important announcements can be made under the announcement of recruitment in various departments for the youth and Rajasthan Ex-gratia Payment Scheme for the poor. Apart from this, financial provision can be made for education, health, roads, energy, drinking water etc. for ERCP scheme. In fact, due to the Lok Sabha elections, the state government had also decided to take vote on account on the lines of the Centre.
