राजस्थान के एक IAS और एक IPS की मुश्किलें बढ़ी, केंद्र ने मुकदमा चलाने की दी मंजूरी, जानें अब क्या हो सकता

राजस्थान कैडर के एक आईएएस और एक आईपीएस अधिकारी के खिलाफ केंद्र सरकार ने मुकदमा चलाने की अनुमति दे दी है। आईएएस अधिकारी का नाम नीरज के. पवन है जो कि वर्तमान में बांसवाड़ा संभाग के संभागीय आयुक्त पद पर कार्यरत हैं जबकि दूसरे आईपीएस अधिकारी का नाम मनीष अग्रवाल हैं जो कि पिछले 3 साल से सस्पेंड चल रहे हैं। इन दोनों अफसरों के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार के मामले लंबित थे और अभियोजन स्वीकृति के इंतजार में थे। अब केंद्र सरकार ने इन दोनों अफसरों के विरुद्ध मुकदमा चलाने की मंजूरी दे दी गई है।

घूस मामले में गिरफ्तार हुआ था आईपीएस मनीष अग्रवाल
उत्तर प्रदेश के रहने वाले मनीष अग्रवाल 2010 बैच के आईपीएस हैं। पहले उन्हें जम्मू कश्मीर कैडर मिला था लेकिन बाद में राजस्थान की एक महिला अधिकारी से शादी करके उन्होंने अपना कैडर जम्मू कश्मीर से राजस्थान करवा लिया था। जुलाई 2020 में इन्हें दौसा जिले का एसपी लगाया था। उन दिनों दिल्ली मुम्बई एक्सप्रेस वे का कार्य हो रहा था जो दौसा से होकर गुजर रहा था। एक्सप्रेस वे का निर्माण करने वाली कंपनी से निर्माण की एवज में घूस लेने के मामले में एसीबी ने दो आरएएस अफसरों और कुछ दलालों को गिरफ्तार किया था। घूस के इसी मामले में दौसा के तत्कालीन एसपी मनीष अग्रवाल को भी गिरफ्तार किया गया था। जेल जाने के बाद से मनीष अग्रवाल सस्पेंड चल रहे हैं। अब उनके खिलाफ मुकदमा चलाने की अनुमति मिली है।

नीरज के पवन की मुश्किलें बढ़ी
आईएएस नीरज के. पवन के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार का मामला वर्ष 2014-15 का है। भ्रष्टाचार का यह मामला राष्ट्रीय मानसिक स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम से जुड़ा हुआ है। इस कार्यक्रम के तहत प्रदेश के 6 जिलों में मनोरोग विशेषज्ञ, क्लीनिकल साइकोलॉजिस्ट, साइकेट्रिक सोशल वर्कर, साइकेट्रिक नर्स, मॉनिटरिंग एंड ई-वैल्यूएशन ऑफिसर, केस हिस्ट्री असिस्टेंट और कम्यूनिटी नर्स के पदों पर भर्तियां होनी थी आरोप है कि नीरज के पवन ने फर्जी तरीके से रिश्तेदारों और चहेतों को नौकरियां दे दी थी। इस मामले में एसीबी ने 3 पूर्व अधिकारियों सहित 5 जनों को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है। कुल 56 लोगों को नौकरियां दी गई थी जिनमें 25 के दस्तावेज फर्जी पाए गए थे। यानी वे पात्रता के समकक्ष नहीं थे, इसके बावजूद उन्हें नौकरियां दे दी गई। इस मामले में अब नीरज के पवन के खिलाफ मुकदमा चलेगा।

Problems of one IAS and one IPS of Rajasthan increased, Center gave approval to prosecute, know what can happen now

The Central Government has given permission to prosecute an IAS and an IPS officer of Rajasthan cadre. The name of the IAS officer is Neeraj K. Pawan is currently working on the post of Divisional Commissioner of Banswara division while the name of the other IPS officer is Manish Aggarwal who is under suspension for the last 3 years. Corruption cases were pending against these two officers and the prosecution was awaiting approval. Now the Central Government has given approval to prosecute these two officers.

IPS Manish Aggarwal was arrested in bribery case
Manish Aggarwal, resident of Uttar Pradesh, is a 2010 batch IPS. Earlier he had got Jammu and Kashmir cadre but later after marrying a woman officer from Rajasthan, he got his cadre transferred from Jammu and Kashmir to Rajasthan. In July 2020, he was appointed SP of Dausa district. In those days, the work of Delhi Mumbai Expressway was going on which was passing through Dausa. The ACB had arrested two RAS officers and some brokers in connection with the case of taking bribe in exchange for the construction of the expressway. The then SP of Dausa Manish Aggarwal was also arrested in the same bribery case. Manish Aggarwal is under suspension since going to jail. Now permission has been granted to prosecute him.

Neeraj's Pawan's troubles increased
IAS Neeraj K. The corruption case against Pawan is of the year 2014-15. This case of corruption is related to the National Mental Health Programme. Under this program, recruitment was to be done on the posts of Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatric Social Worker, Psychiatric Nurse, Monitoring and E-Evaluation Officer, Case History Assistant and Community Nurse in 6 districts of the state. It is alleged that Neeraj K Pawan used fraudulent means. Had given jobs to relatives and loved ones. In this case, ACB has arrested 5 people including 3 former officers. A total of 56 people were given jobs out of which documents of 25 were found to be fake. That is, they were not equal to the eligibility, yet they were given jobs. Now a case will be filed against Neeraj's Pawan in this case.
