बीकानेर। आत्महत्या के लिए दुष्प्रेरित करने का मामला सामने आया है। इस मामले में गंगाशहर पुलिस थाने में मृतक के पिता ने ससुराल पक्ष पर आरोप लगाते हुए मामला दर्ज करवाया है। मृतक का नाम माधोसिंह है, जो भोमिया जी मंदिर के पास सुजानदेसर के रहने वाले हैं। मामले में मृतक के पिता ने मृतक की पत्नी पुष्पा कंवर, ससुर जुगल, नरपत, और राम चौधरी के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया है। प्रार्थी ने बताया कि उसके बेटे लालङ्क्षसह का विवाह करीब 13 वर्ष पहले आरोपी पुष्पा कंवर के साथ हुआ था। 

प्रार्थी के अनुसार पुत्रवधू शादी के बाद से ही उसके बेटे को नाजायज रूप से तंग परेशान करती थी और उसे अलग होने के लिए कहती थी। प्रार्थी ने बेटे और बहु को अलग कमरा देने के बाद भी पुष्पा कंवर की परेशानी का समाधान नहीं हुआ। प्रार्थी के अनुसार पुष्पा कंवर लगातार जयपुर में रहने वाले राम चौधरी से मोबाइल पर बात करती थी, जिसकी कई बार शिकायत उसके परिवार से की गई, लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। 

प्रार्थी के अनुसार 10 मार्च को आरोपी एकराय होकर उसके घर पर आए और उसके बेटे के साथ मारपीट की ओर धमकी दी कि अगर पुष्पा को नहीं रखा तो मार देंगे। जिसके बाद 13 मार्च को प्रार्थी के बेटे लाल सिंह ने लाल ओढऩी से फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली। प्रार्थी ने आरोपियों पर आरोप लगाया है कि इनके परेशान करने के कारण उसके बेटे ने फांसी लगा ली। पुलिस ने प्रार्थी की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर मुकदमा दर्ज किया है और जांच शुरू की गई है।

In this case, the father of the deceased has filed a case against the deceased's wife Pushpa Kanwar, father-in-law Jugal, Narpat, and Ram Chaudhary. The applicant told that his son Lal Singh was married to accused Pushpa Kanwar about 13 years ago.

According to the applicant, the daughter-in-law used to harass her son illegally since the time of marriage and asked him to separate. Even after the applicant gave separate rooms to her son and daughter-in-law, Pushpa Kanwar's problem was not resolved. According to the applicant, Pushpa Kanwar used to constantly talk to Ram Choudhary, who lives in Jaipur, on mobile, about which several complaints were made to his family, but no action was taken.

According to the applicant, on March 10, the accused unanimously came to his house and threatened to beat up his son and say that if he did not keep Pushpa, they would kill him. After which, on March 13, the applicant's son Lal Singh committed suicide by hanging himself with a red scarf. The applicant has accused the accused that his son hanged himself due to their harassing him. Police have registered a case based on the applicant's report and investigation has been started.
