हत्या के मामले में इनामी आरोपी को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया, 20 हजार रुपए का इनाम घोषित

हनुमानगढ़ जिले की टाउन थाना पुलिस ने हत्या कर शव जलाने के प्रकरण में वांछित 20 हजार रुपए के इनामी अभियुक्त को गिरफ्तार किया है। इस प्रकरण में पुलिस को इनामी अभियुक्त की करीब डेढ़ साल से तलाश थी। टाउन पुलिस के अनुसार गुरदयाल सिंह, पुत्र गुरचरण सिंह कम्बोज, निवासी हाउसिंग बोर्ड कॉलोनी, जंक्शन ने 23 सितंबर 2022 को मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया था

 कि उसके पुत्र हरविन्द्र सिंह को घर से ले जाने के बाद उसके मामा देवेन्द्र सिंह, काला सिंह, मामी मनप्रीत कौर, मनदीप कौर, कुलवंत सिंह, साहब सिंह, सिंगारा सिंह, सतेन्द्र सिंह, बूटा सिंह, लाभ सिंह, लवप्रीत सिंह उर्फ लवली, करनैल सिंह, जसपाल सिंह वगैरा सूरेवाला गांव में बूटा सिंह के खेत में ले गए। लाठियों, गंडासियों और कृपाण से वार कर हरविन्द्र सिंह का कत्ल कर दिया।

साक्ष्य मिटाने के उद्देश्य से सिंगारा सिंह सबसे पहले शव को अपनी ढाणी में ले गया और शव को खुर्द-बुर्द करने का प्रयास किया। आस-पास के लोगों की हलचल होने के कारण आरोपी शव को गांव अमरपुरा थेड़ी के शमशान घाट में ले गए और आग लगाकर शव को जला दिया।

 थाना प्रभारी के अनुसार मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की। इस मामले में मृतक के मामा कालासिंह, देवेन्द्रसिंह पुत्र दर्शनसिंह वगैरा निवासी अमरपुरा थेहड़ी वगैरा को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में जेल भिजवा दिया। एसपी डॉ. राजीव पचार की ओर से इस प्रकरण में वांछित आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए 20-20 हजार रुपए का इनाम घोषित किया गया है। इस पर एक टीम का गठन कर वांछित आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के प्रयास शुरू किए गए।

टीम की ओर से मानवीय सूचना और तकनीकी साक्ष्यों से 20 हजार रुपए के इनामी आरोपी यशपाल उर्फ जसपाल (48) पुत्र केवल सिंह कम्बोज निवासी ढाणी चक 10 एचएमएच, भद्रकाली रोड, रोही अमरपुरा थेहड़ी को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। आरोपी यशपाल प्रकरण दर्ज होने के बाद से ही फरार चल रहा था।

In this case, the police was searching for the accused with a reward for about one and a half years. According to the Town Police, Gurdial Singh, son of Gurcharan Singh Kamboj, resident Housing Board Colony, Junction had filed the case on 23 September 2022.

That after taking away her son Harvinder Singh from home, his maternal uncle Devendra Singh, Kala Singh, maternal aunt Manpreet Kaur, Mandeep Kaur, Kulwant Singh, Saheb Singh, Singara Singh, Satendra Singh, Buta Singh, Labh Singh, Lovepreet Singh alias Lovely, Karnail Singh, Jaspal Singh etc. were taken to Buta Singh's farm in Surewala village. Harvinder Singh was killed by attacking him with sticks, swords and sabers.

With the aim of destroying the evidence, Singara Singh first took the body in his dhani and tried to dismember it. Due to the commotion of people nearby, the accused took the body to the cremation ground of village Amarpura Thedi and burnt the body by setting it on fire.

According to the station in-charge, a case was registered and investigation started. In this case, the deceased's maternal uncle Kala Singh, Devendra Singh son of Darshan Singh, resident of Amarpura Thehadi etc. were arrested and sent to jail in judicial custody. On behalf of SP Dr. Rajiv Pachar, a reward of Rs 20,000 each has been announced for the arrest of the accused wanted in this case. On this, a team was formed and efforts were started to arrest the wanted accused.

Through human information and technical evidence, the team has arrested accused Yashpal alias Jaspal (48), son of Kewal Singh Kamboj, resident of Dhani Chak 10 HMH, Bhadrakali Road, Rohi Amarpura Thehri, carrying a reward of Rs 20 thousand. Accused Yashpal was absconding since the case was registered.
