चलता फिरता ठेका, व्हिस्की ऑन व्हील नाम से ऑनलाइन शराब की डोर टू डोर सप्लाई करने वाली गैंग के बदमाश को जवाहर सर्किल थाना पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया है। पूछताछ में पता चला कि फूड सप्लाई की आड़ में डोर टू डोर शराब की सप्लाई का नेटवर्क खड़ा कर रखा है। गैंग में करीब 25 लोग शामिल हैं, जो 24 घंटे शराब की सप्लाई करते हैं। गैंग के लोग 24 घंटे में करीब 1.70 लाख रुपए कीमत की शराब सप्लाई कर देते हैं। गैंग के सरगना ने ऑनलाइन डिमांड के साथ ऑनलाइन पेमेंट का सिस्टम बना रखा है। गैंग के लोग एक-दूसरे से मिलते नहीं है और पूछताछ भी नहीं कर सकते। पूरा नेटवर्क डिजिटल तरीके से कार्य कर रहा है।

थानाधिकारी दलबीर सिंह ने बताया कि आरोपी भवानी सिंह निवासी मांडोता सीकर को अवैध रूप से डोर टू डोर शराब की सप्लाई करते मंगलवार रात को गिरफ्तार किया है। उससे 2 मोबाइल फोन, शराब सप्लाई के उपयोगी में ली जा रही बाइक और करीब 7 हजार रुपए कीमत की शराब व बीयर जब्त की है। उन्होंने बताया कि रात को शराब पीकर झगड़े करने वालों की शिकायत मिली। इस पर पूछताछ में घर पर ही शराब सप्लाई करने की जानकारी मिली। इसके बाद स्टिंग ऑपरेशन कर पालिका बाजार मालवीय नगर में शराब की सप्लाई करवाई गई।

सप्लायर भवानी को तय स्थान पर आते ही सप्लाई करते गिरफ्तार कर लिया। उसके एक मोबाइल में पिछले 8 महीने की शराब खरीद की डिटेल मिली है। भवानी ने गैंग को सीकर हाल वैशाली नगर निवासी भानू प्रताप द्वारा संचालित करना बताया है। शराब सप्लाई को लेकर भानू प्रताप की गैंग का दूसरी गैंग से जवाहर सर्किल इलाके में 3 महीने पहले झगड़ा हुआ था, जिसमें फायरिंग भी हुई थी। गैंग का जवाहर सर्किल, मालवीय नगर, जगतपुरा का नेटवर्क अजय मीणा संभालता है।

1.70 लाख की शराब प्रतिदिन की सप्लाई
पुलिस को भवानी से जानकारी मिली है कि गैंग में करीब 25 लोग शामिल हैं, जो 24 घंटे शराब की सप्लाई का काम करते हैं। वे करीब 1.70 लाख रुपए कीमत की शराब सप्लाई कर देते हैं। शराब कहां से लाकर सप्लाई की जाती है इसकी जानकारी सप्लायर को नहीं मिलती है। वे वॉटसऐप पर अपनी लोकेशन भेजकर शराब मंगवाते हैं। शराब की सप्लाई लग्जरी कारों में पिट्टू बैग में डिमांड के अनुसार शराब की बोतलें रखकर ऑनलाइन रुपए लेकर की जाती है।

वॉट्सऐप कॉल पर ऑर्डर मिलने पर सप्लाई
गैंग से जुड़े लोग वॉट्सऐप कॉल पर ऑर्डर मिलने के बाद शराब की सप्लाई करते हैं। वे शराब की कीमत भी ऑनलाइन ही लेते हैं। नेटवर्क में जुड़े ज्यादातर ग्राहक स्थायी हैं, जो कीमती शराब मंगवाते हैं। सप्लायर भी डिमांड के अनुसार ब्रांड रखते हैं।

ठेकों पर लग्जरी कार में शराब खरीदने वालों को मोबाइल नंबर देकर बनाया नेटवर्क
पुलिस पूछताछ में सामने आया कि गैंग से जुड़े बदमाश पॉश इलाके में शराब की दुकानों पर लग्जरी कारों में शराब खरीदने आने वाले लोगों से फोन नंबर की अदला-बदली कर डोर टू डोर शराब सप्लाई करना बताते हैं। फोन नंबर मिलने के बाद नेटवर्क से जुड़े बदमाश ग्राहक को उसकी पसंद के बारे में पूछताछ करते हैं। साथ ही वे सप्लाई के तरीके के बारे में बताते हैं।

Police officer Dalbir Singh said that the accused Bhawani Singh, resident of Mandota Sikar, was arrested on Tuesday night while illegally supplying liquor door to door. Two mobile phones, a bike being used for liquor supply and liquor and beer worth about Rs 7 thousand have been seized from him. He told that complaints were received about people fighting after drinking alcohol at night. During investigation, information was received about supplying liquor at home. After this, a sting operation was conducted and liquor was supplied in Palika market Malviya Nagar.

Supplier Bhavani was arrested while making supplies as soon as she reached the appointed place. Details of liquor purchases for the last 8 months were found in one of his mobile phones. Bhavani has told that the gang is run by Bhanu Pratap, resident of Sikar Hall, Vaishali Nagar. Bhanu Pratap's gang had a fight with another gang in Jawahar Circle area 3 months ago over the supply of liquor, in which firing also took place. People associated with the gang supply liquor after receiving orders through WhatsApp calls. They also charge the price of liquor online. Most of the customers connected to the network are permanent, who order expensive liquor. Suppliers also keep the brands as per the demand.

Network created by giving mobile numbers to those who buy liquor in luxury cars on contracts
Police interrogation revealed that the miscreants belonging to the gang are exchanging phone numbers with the people who come to buy liquor in luxury cars at liquor shops in posh areas and tell them to supply liquor door to door. After getting the phone number, the miscreants connected to the network inquire about the customer's preferences. They also tell about the method of supply.
