कांग्रेस के राज्यसभा सांसद धीरज साहू के ठिकानों पर इनकम टैक्स की रेड पड़ी तो वह धनकुंबेर निकले। उनके ठिकानों से 200 करोड़ रुपए कैश मिले। नोटों की गिनती करने में कई घंटे लग गए।

आयकर विभाग 6 दिसंबर से ओडिशा और झारखंड में साहू के कई ठिकानों पर छापेमारी कर रहा है। शुक्रवार को भी छापेमारी जारी है। इस दौरान 200 करोड़ रुपए से अधिक बरामद किए गए हैं। साहू के ठिकाने से नोटों की गड्डियां इतनी अधिक निकली कि पैसे का पहाड़ खड़ा हो गया।

नोट इतने अधिक थे कि उन्हें गिनने के लिए मशीनें मंगाई गईं। अधिक लोड पड़ने से पैसे गिनने वाली मशीनें खराब हो गईं। आयकर विभाग के सूत्रों के अनुसार ओडिशा में बौध डिस्टिलरी प्राइवेट लिमिटेड से जुड़े परिसरों पर छापेमारी जारी रहेगी। यहां से नकदी बरामद की गई थी। इसके साथ ही संबलपुर, बोलांगीर, टिटिलागढ़, बौध, सुंदरगढ़, राउरकेला और भुवनेश्वर में भी साहू के ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की जा रही है।

पीएम मोदी बोले- पाई-पाई लौटानी पड़ेगी

धीरज साहू के ठिकानों पर छापेमारी के दौरान मिले नोटों के भंडार की खबर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर शेयर किया है। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने लिखा, "देशवासी इन नोटों के ढेर को देखें और फिर इनके नेताओं के ईमानदारी के 'भाषणों' को सुनें। जनता से जो लूटा है, उसकी पाई-पाई लौटानी पड़ेगी, यह मोदी की गारंटी है।"

नोट गिनने के लिए लगाने पड़े बैंककर्मी

साहू के ठिकानों से जब्त रुपयों की गिनती बैंककर्मियों के साथ इनकम टैक्स विभाग के तीस से अधिक अधिकारियों ने की। नोट गिनने के लिए आठ से अधिक गिनती मशीनों का इस्तेमाल किया गया। नोटों से भरे लगभग 150 पैकेट बोलांगीर में भारतीय स्टेट बैंक की मुख्य शाखा में ले जाए गए हैं।

भाजपा सांसद दीपक प्रकाश ने साहू के ठिकाने से मिले नोटों की तस्वीर सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर किया। उन्होंने एक्स पर पोस्ट किया, "पिछले 70 सालों में गरीब खड़ा ताक रहा अपनें सूने दालान से। नोटों के बंडल निकल रहे कांग्रेस के मोहब्बत की दुकान से।" उन्होंने एक अन्य पोस्ट में लिखा, “यह तो कांग्रेस के सिर्फ एक सांसद के यहां पड़े छापे में बरामद नगद की तस्वीरें है। सोचिए कि 70 साल से देश को खोखला करने वाले और कितने होंगे। हम जब हेमंत सरकार में हो रहे हजारों करोड़ों के घोटाले की बात करते हैं तो वह महज आंकड़ा नहीं हकीकत होता है जिसका छोटा उदाहरण फिर सामने है।”

When Income Tax raid was conducted on the premises of Congress Rajya Sabha MP Dheeraj Sahu, he was found to be a wealthy person. Rs 200 crore cash was found from their hideouts. It took several hours to count the notes.

The Income Tax Department has been raiding several locations of Sahu in Odisha and Jharkhand since December 6. The raid continues on Friday also. During this period, more than Rs 200 crore have been recovered. So many bundles of notes were found from Sahu's hideout that a mountain of money was formed.

There were so many notes that machines were called in to count them. Money counting machines broke down due to overloading. According to Income Tax Department sources, raids will continue on the premises associated with Boudh Distillery Private Limited in Odisha. Cash was recovered from here. Along with this, raids are also being conducted at Sahu's hideouts in Sambalpur, Bolangir, Titilagarh, Boudh, Sundergarh, Rourkela and Bhubaneswar.

PM Modi said – every penny will have to be returned

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has shared the news of the stock of notes found during the raid on Dheeraj Sahu's premises on social media platform X. Along with this, he wrote, "The countrymen should look at the pile of these notes and then listen to the honest 'speeches' of their leaders. Every penny of what has been looted from the public will have to be returned, this is Modi's guarantee."

Bank workers had to be deployed to count notes

The money seized from Sahu's hideouts was counted by more than thirty officials of the Income Tax Department along with bank employees. More than eight counting machines were used to count the notes. Around 150 packets filled with notes have been taken to the main branch of State Bank of India in Bolangir.

BJP MP said - Bundles of notes are coming out from Congress's love shop

BJP MP Deepak Prakash shared the picture of the notes found from Sahu's hideout on social media. He posted on Twitter, "For the last 70 years, the poor have been standing and staring from their empty corridors. Bundles of currency notes are coming out of Congress's shop of love." He wrote in another post, “These are pictures of the cash recovered in the raid at the house of only one Congress MP. Imagine how many more would be there who would hollow out the country in the last 70 years. When we talk about the scam worth thousands of crores taking place in the Hemant government, it is not just a figure but a reality, a small example of which is again in front.
