प्रधानमंत्री की बीकानेर यात्रा को देखते हुए 19 नवंबर रात 10 बजे से 21 नवंबर प्रातः 10 बजे तक रहेगा प्रतिबंध
ड्रोन कैमरा, यूएवी , हॉट एयर बैलून इत्यादि उड़ाने पर प्रतिबंध हेतु निषेधाज्ञा लागू
प्रधानमंत्री की बीकानेर यात्रा को देखते हुए 19 नवंबर रात 10 बजे से 21 नवंबर प्रातः 10 बजे तक रहेगा प्रतिबंध
बीकानेर, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी सोमवार को बीकानेर आएंगे. राजस्थान विधानसभा चुनाव 2023 में पार्टी प्रत्याशियों की समर्थन में प्रचार के लिए प्रधानमंत्री बीकानेर में रोड शो करेंगे. बीकानेर के जूनागढ़ फोर्ट से शहर के गोकुल सर्किल तक प्रधानमंत्री का करीब साढ़े चार किलोमीटर से लंबा रोड शो होगा. प्रधानमंत्री के दौरे को लेकर पुलिस प्रशासन ने भी सुरक्षा के खास इंतजाम किए हैं.
भाजपा के प्रदेश प्रभारी अरुण सिंह ने रविवार को पत्रकारों को जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री करीब 5 बजे बीकानेर पहुंचेंगे और उसके बाद रोड शो शुरू होगा, जो करीब दो से ढाई घंटे तक चलेगा. प्रधानमंत्री की रोड शो में दो विधानसभा क्षेत्र बीकानेर पूर्व और बीकानेर पश्चिम कवर होंगे. प्रभारी अरुण सिंह ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री के दौरे को लेकर स्थानीय भाजपा कार्यकर्ता और आमजन में उत्साह है. बताया जा रहा है कि रोड शो के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री का रथ अलग होगा और रोड शो दूसरे वाहनों में जिले के सातों विधानसभा क्षेत्र से भाजपा प्रत्याशी और अन्य नेता शामिल होंगे.
दौरे को देखते हुए कलेक्टर ने लगाया ये प्रतिबंध: जिला मजिस्ट्रेट भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने प्रधानमंत्री के दौरे को देखते हुए बिना किसी सक्षम स्वीकृति और सहमति के किसी भी प्रकार के यूएवी, ड्रोन कैमरा, हॉट एयर बैलून इत्यादि उड़ाने पर प्रतिबंध हेतु निषेधाज्ञा लागू की है. आदेश अनुसार प्रधानमंत्री की प्रस्तावित बीकानेर यात्रा के मध्येनजर कानून व्यवस्था और शांति बनाए रखने के लिए यह निरोधात्मक कार्रवाई की गई है. यह आदेश 19 नवंबर रात 10 बजे से 21 नवंबर प्रातः 10 बजे तक जिले के संपूर्ण सीमा क्षेत्र (नगरीय और ग्रामीण) में प्रभावी रहेगा. इस आदेश की पालना करने और अवहेलना नहीं करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं. यदि कोई व्यक्ति इन आदेशों का उल्लंघन करते पाया गया, तो उसके विरुद्ध भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 188 के तहत अभियोजन की कार्रवाई की जाएगी.

The Prime Minister will hold a road show in Bikaner to campaign in support of party candidates in the Rajasthan Assembly elections 2023. There will be a four and a half kilometer long road show of the Prime Minister from Junagarh Fort in Bikaner to Gokul Circle in the city. The police administration has also made special security arrangements regarding the Prime Minister's visit.
While giving information to the journalists on Sunday, BJP state in-charge Arun Singh said that the Prime Minister will reach Bikaner at around 5 o'clock and after that the road show will start, which will last for about two to two and a half hours. The Prime Minister's road show will cover two assembly constituencies, Bikaner East and Bikaner West. In-charge Arun Singh said that there is enthusiasm among the local BJP workers and the general public regarding the Prime Minister's visit. It is being told that during the road show, the Prime Minister's chariot will be separate and BJP candidates and other leaders from all the seven assembly constituencies of the district will participate in other vehicles in the road show.
Collector imposed this ban in view of the visit: In view of the visit of the Prime Minister, District Magistrate Bhagwati Prasad Kalal has imposed a prohibitory order to ban flying any type of UAV, drone camera, hot air balloon etc. without competent approval and consent. . According to the order, this preventive action has been taken to maintain law and order and peace in view of the Prime Minister's proposed visit to Bikaner. This order will be effective in the entire border area (urban and rural) of the district from 10 pm on November 19 to 10 am on November 21. Instructions have been given to follow this order and not disobey it. If any person is found violating these orders, then prosecution action will be taken against him under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
