बीकानेर पश्चिम से कांग्रेस के प्रत्याशी डॉ.बुलाकी दास कल्ला ने गुरुवार को अपना नामांकन पत्र दाखिल किया। डॉ.कल्ला ने अपना पर्चा दोपहर 12.22 बजे भरा। इस दौरान आदर्श आचार संहिता की पालना करते हुए डॉ.कल्ला महज पांच लोगों के साथ ही उपखंड़ अधिकारी के समक्ष पहुंचे। इसमें नामांकन के दौरान डॉ.कल्ला के साथ बाबू जयशंकर जोशी, गौरीशंकर व्यास, मकसूद अहमद और एडवोकेट महिन्द्र नारायण पुरोहित मौजूद रहे। पर्चा दाखिल करने के बाद डॉ.कल्ला मीडिया से रूबरू हुए। उन्होंने गहलोत सरकार की योजनाओं के बारे में बात की। कहा सात गारंटी योजना के दम पर कांग्रेस फिर से सत्ता में आएगी।

प्राथमिकता में रहेगा बीकानेर नामांकन भरने के बाद डॉ.बीडी कल्ला पब्लिक पार्क स्थित इंदिरा गांधी पार्क में कार्यकर्ताओं को संबोधित किया। इस मौके पर उन्होंने कहा कि राजस्थान में गहलोत सरकार ने कई सौगातें दी है। इसमें फ्री राशन, सौ यूनिट बिजली मुफ्त, पांच सौ रूपए में गैस सिलेण्डर सहित सात गारंटी योजनाएं है, जिससे आमजन को राहत मिल रही है। डॉ.कल्ला ने कहा कि यह सही है कि राज्य सरकार में मंत्री होने के नाते पूरे प्रदेश में विकास कार्य कराया है, लेकिन जिस क्षेत्र के बीकानेर से वो चुनकर विधानसभा में पहुंचे है, तो यह निश्चित है बीकानेर तो उनके लिए प्राथमिकता में ही रहेगा। डॉ.कल्ला ने कहा कि कांग्रेस के शासन काल में हर बार ही प्रदेश का चहुमुंखी विकास होता है। बात यदि बीकानेर जिले की करें तो, इस बार रिकार्ड तोड़ विकास बीकानेर जिले में कराया गया है। इसमें शिक्षा, बिजली-पानी, पर्यटन, सडक़ सहित क्षेत्रों में विकास कार्य उनके कार्य काल में कराए गए है।

लड़ेंगे साथ-जीतेंगे साथ इंदिरा गांधी प्रतिमा पार्क में डॉ.कल्ला के साथ शहर अध्यक्ष और पूर्व विधानसभा प्रत्याशी यश्पाल गहलोत भी मौजूद रहे। इस दौरान कल्ला ने कहा कि चुनाव भी साथ लडेंगे और जीतेंगे भी साथ ही। कार्यक्रम में शहर अध्यक्ष यशपाल गहलोत कार्यकर्ताओं से संवाद किया। उन्होंने कांग्रेस संगठन के पदाधिकारियों और बीकानेर के गणमान्य लोगों के साथ बीकानेर के सर्वांगीण विकास के संकल्प को लेकर जयघोष किया। साथ ही देश के सभी स्वतंत्रता सैनानियों और देशभक्तों को नमन करते हुए कहा कि जिनको बदौलत देश को आजादी मिली और आज इस लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था को रचने में अपना योगदान दिया। भारत माता की जय। वंदे मातरम् ।
