 बीकानेर। शहर में बस ठहराव को लेकर चिन्हित किए गए स्थलों पर तय समय से अधिक समय तक बस रूकती है तो उसका चालान किया जाएगा। चालान को लेकर बस स्टॉप पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगेंगे। जिनकी प्रभावी मॉनिटरिंग अभय कमांड सेंटर से की जाएगी। तय बस स्टॉप के अलावा शहर में अवैध रूप से चल रहे पिकअप और ड्रॉप पॉइंट को भी हटाया जाएगा। मेजर पूर्ण सिंह सर्किल से रानी बाजार तक स्पीड लिमिट 30 किमी/घंटा के साइन बोर्ड लगाए जाएंगे। हाइवे पर खड़े ट्रकों को हटाने के लिए ट्रैफिक पुलिस द्वारा विशेष अभियान चलाया जाएगा। परिवहन विभाग द्वारा प्राइवेट बसों के बाहर दर सूची लगाई जाएगी।

ये निर्णय जिला कलक्टर भगवती प्रसाद की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में हुई जिला स्तरीय सड़क सुरक्षा समिति की मासिक बैठक में लिए गए। जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि शहर में बस ठहराव को लेकर चिन्हित किए गए बस स्टॉप पर बसें लंबे समय तक खड़ी रहती है। 5 मिनट से ज्यादा समय तक खड़ी रहने वाली बसों का सीसीटीवी कैमरों के जरिए नजर रखते हुए चालान किए जाएं। 

साथ ही कहा कि म्यूजियम चौराहे के आसपास सरकारी आवास के बाहर बसों का अवैध ठहराव रहता है इसे पुलिस और परिवहन विभाग संयुक्त रूप से कार्रवाई करते हुए रोकें। जिला कलेक्टर ने म्यूजियम चौराहे पर डेयरी बूथ को आगामी 7 दिन में हटाने के निर्देश दिए। जिला कलेक्टर ने सभी बस स्टॉप पर शैल्टर और सीसीटीवी कैमरा जल्द लगाने के निर्देश दिए।

जिला कलेक्टर ने आईरेड पर 12 केस संबंधित थानाधिकारियों द्वारा अपडेट नहीं करने को गंभीर मानते हुए जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक को डीओ लेटर लिखने और थानाधिकारियों द्वारा थाना क्षेत्र में एक्सीडेंट कम करने को लेकर किए गए प्रयासों को लेकर पत्र लिखने के निर्देश दिए। डीटीओ नोखा के बैठक में लगातार अनुपस्थित रहने पर कारण बताओ नोटिस देने के भी जिला कलेक्टर ने निर्देश दिए। करणीसर फाटक समेत हाइवे पर खड़ें ट्रकों को रोकने के लिए ट्रैफिक पुलिस को अभियान चलाने और गाड़ी जब्ती की कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। 

हाइवे पर यातायात नियमों की पालना को लेकर जिला कलेक्टर ने जिले के टोल प्लाजा पर दो ट्रैफिक पुलिस कर्मियों को रेंडमली चेकिंग करने के निर्देश दिए। यातायात नियमों की पालना नहीं करने वालों को रोककर 15 मिनट की यातायात जागरूकता फिल्म दिखाई जाएगी।

हाइवे पर वाहन चालकों की आंखों की जांच को लेकर चिकित्सा विभाग द्वारा लगाए शिविर में जिन ड्राइवरों की आंखें कमजोर पाई गई। उनकी मॉनिटरिंग को लेकर संबंधित ड्राइवर का वाहन नंबर नोट करते हुए दुबारा जिले में प्रवेश पर चश्मा नहीं लगा होने पर ट्रक को रोककर ड्राइवर को पहले चश्मा बनवा कर लाने के बाद ही ट्रक ले जाने की अनुमति प्रदान करने के निर्देश दिए।

 जिला कलेक्टर ने यूआईटी के अधिकारियों को उनकी जमीन पर लगे अवैध हॉर्डिंग हटाने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही कहा कि यूआईटी की जमीन पर कहीं कब्जा हुआ तो संबंधित जेईएन इसके लिए जिम्मेदार होगा। भामटसर टोल प्लाजा पर टॉयलेट में बिजली, पानी कनेक्शन नहीं होने समेत बदतर स्थिति को लेकर इसे जल्द ठीक करवाने के निर्देश दिए। 

यूआईटी के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि शहर में बस ठहराव को लेकर चिन्हित किए गए स्थानों पर गुरूवार को बस स्टॉप के साइन बोर्ड लगा दिए जाएंगे। बैठक में जिला स्तरीय सड़क सुरक्षा समिति के सदस्यगण उपस्थित रहे।

  Bikaner. If the bus stops for more than the stipulated time at the points marked for bus stoppage in the city, it will be challaned. CCTV cameras will be installed at bus stops for issuing challans. Whose effective monitoring will be done from Abhay Command Centre. Apart from the fixed bus stops, illegal pickup and drop points operating in the city will also be removed. Speed limit sign boards of 30 km/hr will be installed from Major Purna Singh Circle to Rani Bazar. A special campaign will be conducted by the traffic police to remove trucks parked on the highway. The rate list will be put outside private buses by the Transport Department.

These decisions were taken in the monthly meeting of the District Level Road Safety Committee held in the Collectorate Auditorium on Wednesday under the chairmanship of District Collector Bhagwati Prasad. The District Collector said that buses remain standing for a long time at the bus stops marked in the city. Challans should be issued to buses parked for more than 5 minutes by monitoring them through CCTV cameras.

He also said that there is illegal parking of buses outside the Government House around Museum Square, this should be stopped by joint action of Police and Transport Department. The District Collector gave instructions to remove the dairy booth at Museum intersection in the next 7 days. The District Collector gave instructions to immediately install shelters and CCTV cameras at all bus stops.

Considering the non-updation of 12 cases on IRED by the concerned police station officers as serious, the District Collector directed him to write a DO letter to the District Superintendent of Police regarding the efforts made by the police station officers to reduce accidents in the police station area. The District Collector also gave instructions to give show cause notice to DTO Nokha for his continuous absence in the meeting. Instructed the traffic police to run a campaign to stop the trucks parked on the highway including the Karnisar gate and take action to seize the vehicles.

Regarding following the traffic rules on the highway, the District Collector instructed two traffic police personnel to do random checking at the toll plazas of the district. Those who do not follow traffic rules will be stopped and a 15-minute traffic awareness film will be shown.

The drivers whose eyes were found weak in the camp organized by the Medical Department to check the eyes of drivers on the highway. Regarding their monitoring, while noting down the vehicle number of the driver concerned, if he did not have spectacles on entering the district, he stopped the truck and gave instructions to allow the driver to take the truck only after getting spectacles made first.

  The District Collector directed UIT officials to remove illegal hoardings installed on their land. Also said that if UIT land is encroached upon somewhere, the concerned JEN will be responsible for it. Regarding the worsening situation in the toilet at Bhamatsar Toll Plaza including no electricity and water connection, instructions were given to get it rectified soon.

UIT officials said that bus stop sign boards will be installed on Thursday at the places identified for bus stops in the city. Members of the district level road safety committee were present in the meeting.
