आठ साल के यश की मां की मौत कई साल पहले हो गई। कुछ साल बाद उसके पिता ने दूसरी शादी कर ली। मासूम यश को दूसरी मां मिल गई, लेकिन उस सौतेली मां का व्यवहार उसे पसंद नहीं आया। इसे लेकर वह अपने पिता के शिकायत करता था, जिससे पति-पत्नी के बीच लड़ाई झगड़े होते थे और यही झगड़े मासूम यश की मौत की वजह बन गए। 

पति ने पत्नी से कह दिया कि उसे (यश) मार दे, बाकी मैं देख लूंगा। दोनों पति-पत्नी ने मिलकर मासूम की हत्या की योजना बनाई। सौतेली मां ने मासूम यश को पानी से भरे टैंक में उलटा लटकाया और तब तक लटकाए रखा जब तक वह मर नहीं गिया। इस दिल झकझोर देने वाले हत्याकांड में पुलिस ने आरोपी माता-पिता को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। 

मामा ने दर्ज कराया था हत्या का केस 
दरअसल, यह दिल दहला देने वाला मामला डीग जिले के सदर थाना क्षेत्र के बरौली चौथ गांव का है। मृतक यश के मामा संतोष सिंह ने थाने में भांजे की हत्या का केस दर्ज कराया था। अपनी शिकायत में उसने सौतेली मां रमा और पिता दीवान सिंह पर यश की हत्या करने का आरोप लगाया था। 

हत्या के बाद से आरोपी मां फरार थी। जिसकी गिरफ्तारी के लिए एक टीम का गठन किया गया था। हत्याकांड के 24 घंटे में पुलिस ने आरोपी मां को आगरा से गिरफ्तार किया। उससे पूछताछ में पति दीवान की भूमिका भी सामने आई, जिसके बाद पुलिस ने उसे भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पूछताछ में आरोपी ने इस दिल दहला देने वाले हत्याकांड का खुलासा किया।   

पहले पति से रमा का हो चुका था तलाक 
पुलिस पूछताछ में आरोपी रमा ने बताया कि 2020 में उसका पति से तलाक हो गया था। वह एक बेटी की मां थी, जो उसके पति के साथ रहती थी। दीवान सिंह गाड़ी चलाने का काम करता था, 2021 में दोनों के बीच बातचीत शुरू हुई। दीवान ने उसे बताया कि 2016 में उसकी पत्नी की मौत हो गई थी। 

दोनों अकेले हैं, ऐसे में हम शादी कर लेते हैं। रमा दीवान से शादी करने के लिए तैयार थी, लेकिन उसने उसके सामने दो शर्त रखीं, एक यह कि वह मोबाइल फोन रखेगी और दूसरी यह कि वह अपनी बेटी से भी मिलने जाया करेगी। दीवान ने उसकी दोनों शर्त मान लीं, और 2021 में कोर्ट मैरिज कर ली।   

शादी से पहले रमा ने रखी थी दो शर्तें
दोनों की शादी के कुछ महीने बाद तक चीजें ठीक रहीं, लेकिन बाद में यश की वजह से लड़ाई झगड़े होने लगे। सौतेली मां रमा कहीं जाती तो यश अपने पिता को इसकी जानकारी दे देता था, यश ने मां रमा के ज्यादा फोन चलाने की शिकायत पिता से की तो उसने पत्नी के साथ मारपीट की। कई बार रमा ने भी यश की शिकायत कर उसे पिटवाया। यश को लेकर लगातार हो रहे झगड़ों से परेशान होकर दोनों ने उसे मारने की योजना बना ली। दीवान ने रमा से कहा कि तू उसे मार दे, बाकि सब मैं देख लूंगा। 

हत्या कर फरार हुई सौतेली मां  
योजना के तहत 17 फरवरी को दीवान गाड़ी लेकर चला गया। इसके बाद रमा ने यश से कहा कि टैंक से पानी ले आओ। लेकिन, टैंक में पानी कम था, यश का हाथ वहां तक नहीं पहुंच पा रहा था। रमा वहां पहुंची और यश से कहा कि मैं तुम्हें पैर पकड़कर लटका देती हूं, तुम पानी निकाल लेना। सौतेली मां के इरादे नहीं भाप पाया मासूम उसकी बातों में आ गए। रमा ने पैर पकड़कर उसे उलटा लटकाया और पानी में डुबो दिया।

 पानी में मुंह डूबने के कारण यश तड़पता रहा, लेकिन सौतेली मां रमा के हाथ नहीं कांपे, वह उसको तब तक लटकाए रही जब तक उसके शरीर में हलचल बंद नहीं हो गई। यश के मरने के बाद रमा ने उसे टैंक फैंका और लगाकर फरार हो गई। योजना के तहत 18 फरवरी को दीवान सिंह अपने पड़ोसी को बुलाकर घर लाया और टैंक में बच्चे का शव दिखाया। जिसके बाद पुलिस को सूचना दी गई। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेकर पीएम कराया और परिजनों को सौंप दिया।  

पुलिस को किया गुमराह
मामले को लेकर पुलिस ने उस समय पिता से पूछताछ की तो उसने अलग ही कहानी सुनाई थी। पिता दीवान सिंह ने पुलिस को बताया था कि यश ने दोपहर में कॉल कर कहा कि वह गोवर्धन परिक्रमा करने जा रहा है। उसकी पत्नी भी घर पर नहीं थी। रात को यश नहीं आया तो मुझे लगा तक वह परिक्रमा करने ही गया है। लेकिन, सुबह उसका शव टैंक में पड़ा मिला। उधर, यश के मामा संतोष ने सौतेली मां और पिता पर ही हत्या करने के आरोप लगाए थे। पुलिस ने दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया तो पूछताछ में घटना का खुलासा हुआ।

Eight year old Yash's mother died many years ago. A few years later his father remarried. Innocent Yash got another mother, but he did not like the behavior of that stepmother. He used to complain to his father about this, which led to fights between the husband and wife and these fights became the reason for the death of innocent Yash.

The husband told his wife to kill him (Yash) and he would take care of the rest. Both the husband and wife together planned to murder the innocent child. The stepmother hung innocent Yash upside down in a tank filled with water and kept him hanging until he died. The police have arrested the accused parents in this heart-wrenching murder case.

Uncle had filed a case of murder
Actually, this heart-wrenching case is of Barauli Chauth village of Sadar police station area of Deeg district. Santosh Singh, maternal uncle of deceased Yash, had filed a case of murder of his nephew in the police station. In his complaint, he had accused his stepmother Rama and father Diwan Singh of murdering Yash.

The accused mother was absconding after the murder. A team was formed for his arrest. Within 24 hours of the murder, the police arrested the accused mother from Agra. During her interrogation, the role of her husband Diwan also came to light, after which the police arrested him too. During interrogation, the accused revealed this heart-wrenching murder.

Rama was divorced from her first husband
During police interrogation, accused Rama told that she was divorced from her husband in 2020. She was the mother of a daughter, who lived with her husband. Diwan Singh used to work as a car driver, talks started between the two in 2021. Dewan told him that his wife had died in 2016.

Both are single, so we get married. Rama was ready to marry Dewan, but he put two conditions before her, one was that she would keep the mobile phone and the second was that she would also visit her daughter. Dewan accepted both her conditions, and got the court marriage done in 2021.

Things remained fine for a few months after their marriage, but later fights started happening because of Yash. Whenever step mother Rama went somewhere, Yash used to inform his father about it, when Yash complained to his father about mother Rama being on the phone too much, he beat his wife. Many times Rama also complained about Yash and got him beaten. Fed up with the constant fights over Yash, both of them planned to kill him. Diwan told Rama that you kill him, I will take care of the rest.

Step mother absconded after murder
As per the plan, on February 17, Diwan left with the car. After this Rama asked Yash to bring water from the tank. But, there was less water in the tank and Yash's hand was not able to reach there. Rama reached there and told Yash that I will hang you by holding your feet, you take out the water. The innocent boy could not understand the step mother's intentions and fell for her words. Rama hung him upside down by holding his feet and drowned him in water.

  Yash continued to suffer due to his face drowning in water, but stepmother Rama's hands did not tremble, she kept hanging him until his body stopped moving. After Yash died, Rama threw a tank at him and ran away. As part of the plan, on February 18, Diwan Singh called his neighbor and brought him home and showed him the child's body in the tank. After which the police was informed. Police reached the spot, took the body into custody and handed it over to the family members.

When the police interrogated the father regarding the matter, he told a different story. Father Diwan Singh had told the police that Yash called in the afternoon and said that he was going to do Govardhan Parikrama. His wife was also not at home. When Yash did not come at night, I thought he had gone for parikrama. But, in the morning his body was found lying in the tank. On the other hand, Yash's maternal uncle Santosh had accused his stepmother and father of murder. When the police arrested both the accused, the incident came to light during interrogation.
