युवक को अपहरित कर मारपीट के बाद, पत्नी से फोन पर पैसों की मांग और धमकियां

बीकानेर। उठाकर ले जाने व मारपीट करने का आरोप लगाते हुए सूरपुरा निवासी राजूराम जाट ने तीन पर नामजद व एक अन्य पर मामला दर्ज करवाया है। राजूराम जाट ने मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया कि वह सुरपुरा की उतरादी कांकड़ में स्थित खेत पर बनी ट्यूबवेल पर कृषि कार्य करता है और खेत में बनी ढाणी में ही निवास करता है। 

25 नवंबर की शाम को राशन का सामान लाने के लिए सुरपुरा गांव में आया हुआ था। राशन का सामान लेकर शाम को वह सुरपुरा स्थित खेत में बनी ढाणी के पास पहुंचा तो उसके पीछे दो मोटरसाइकिलों पर सवार होकर चार युवक पहुंचे, जिसमें गांव के ही राजाराम, मनोज भाम्भु, रामलाल व एक अन्य था। आते ही उसे खेत के फलसे से जबरदस्ती उठाकर मोटरसाइकिल के बीच में बैठा लिया और राशन का सामान छीनकर फेंक दिया। 

उसने हो हल्ला किया तो उसके मुंह पर कपडा बांध दिया और उसे जबरदस्ती बैठाकर ग्राम सुरपुरा में स्थित शराब के ठेके के पीछे की झाड़ियों में ले गए और उसके साथ लोहे के पाइप से मारपीट की और उसके जेब में रखे दस हजार रुपए और मोबाइल से छीन लिया और कहा कि 15 हजार रुपए और घर से मंगा नहीं तो आज तुझे जिंदा नहीं छोड़ेंगे। 

फिर उसके फोन से उसकी पत्नी के मोबाइल पर फोन करके उसे धमकी दी की 15 हजार रुपए लेकर आओ नहीं तो तुम्हारे पति को जिंदा जला देंगे। उसकी पत्नी ने पैसे देने से मना किया तो उसे फोन पर गंदी गालियां निकाली । उसे पकड़कर उठाकर सिंजगुरु की तरफ ले जाकर मारपीट की।

On the evening of 25th November, he had come to Surpura village to bring ration items. In the evening, when he reached near the Dhani built in the field at Surpura with ration items, four youths riding on two motorcycles arrived behind him, among whom were Rajaram, Manoj Bhambhu, Ramlal and another from the village. As soon as he arrived, he was forcefully picked up from the field and made to sit in the middle of the motorcycle and snatched away the ration items and threw them away.

When he started making noise, they tied a cloth over his mouth and forced him to sit and took him to the bushes behind the liquor vend located in village Surpura and beat him with an iron pipe and snatched ten thousand rupees from his pocket and his mobile phone. Took it and said that if you ask for 15 thousand more rupees from home otherwise we will not leave you alive today.

Then he called his wife's mobile phone and threatened her to bring Rs 15,000 or else they will burn your husband alive. When his wife refused to give him the money, he abused her on the phone. He caught hold of him, took him towards Sinjguru and beat him.
