डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। Rahul Gandhi in Parliament। देश के सबसे सुरक्षित कहे जाने वाले संसद भवन में बुधवार को बड़ी चूक का मामला सामना आया है। लोकसभा में दर्शक दीर्घा से दो युवक सागर शर्मा और मनोरंजन डी.सदन के भीतर कूदे और उन्होंने जूतों में छिपाकर ले जाए गए एक कलर स्मोक क्रैकर के जरिये हल्के पीले रंग का धुआं उड़ाकर पूरे देश को स्तब्ध कर दिया।

दोनों आरोपियों को सांसदों ने पकड़ा। इसके बाद दोनों को सुरक्षाकर्मियों के हवाले कर दिया गया। इस घटना को लेकर कई वीडियो और तस्वीरें सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रही है, इसी बीच कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी की एक तस्वीर भी वायरल हो रही है। जब यह घटना घटी तो उस दौरान राहुल गांधी सदन के अंदर मौजूद थे।

कांग्रेस नेता सुप्रिया श्रीनेत ने राहुल गांधी की तस्वीर सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर की है। फोटो शेयर करते हुए कैप्शन भी लिखा,"जब संसद में अफरातफरी फैली थी, जननायक सीना तानकर खड़े थे।"

तस्वीर में देखा जा सकता है कि राहुल गांधी खड़े होकर दर्शक दीर्घा की ओर देख रहे हैं, जहां दोनों आरोपियों ने सदन में प्रवेश किया था।

आरोपियों के खिलाफ UAPA के तहत मामला दर्ज
जानकारी के मुताबिक,  आरोपियों के खिलाफ स्पेशल सेल में 120B यानी आपराधिक साजिश रचने और यूएपीए (UAPA) लगाया है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, देर रात दिल्ली पुलिस ने शिकायत की फाइल तैयार कर कैबिनेट सचिव के पास भेज दी। वहां से अनुमति मिलने के बाद ही संबंधित धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज किया जाएगा।

तानाशाही नहीं चलेगी जैसे शब्दों का इस्तेमाल कर रहे थे युवक 
घटना के दौरान सदन में मौजूद सांसदों ने आपबीती बताई कि दोनों युवक तानाशाही नहीं चलेगी... जैसे शब्दों का इस्तेमाल कर रहे थे, लेकिन स्पष्ट नहीं सुनाई दे रहा था। दोनों युवक अपने जूते में कलर स्मोक लेकर गये थे। संसद में उत्पन्न परिस्थितियों ने कुछ पल के लिए 13 दिसंबर 2001 की घटना की याद दिला दी।

Case registered against the accused under UAPA
According to the information, Section 120B i.e. criminal conspiracy and UAPA have been imposed against the accused in the Special Cell. According to sources, late night Delhi Police prepared the complaint file and sent it to the Cabinet Secretary. Only after getting permission from there, a case will be registered under relevant sections.

The youth were using words like dictatorship will not work
The MPs present in the House during the incident narrated their ordeal that both the youths were using words like dictatorship will not work... but could not be heard clearly. Both the youths had carried colored smocks in their shoes. The circumstances arising in Parliament reminded for a moment the incident of 13 December 2001.
