48 साल की महिला को घर छोड़ने की बहाने किडनैप कर दो दिन तक बंधक बनाकर सामूहिक दुष्कर्म किया गया है। आरोपियों की चाल से बचकर महिला ने अपनी बहन के घर पहुंचकर घटित घटना की आपबीती सुनाई है। पीड़ित महिला ने बताया कि वह श्रीविजयनगर थाना क्षेत्र की रहने वाली है और वह मजदूरी का काम करती है।

कुछ दिन पहले वह घड़साना थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में अपनी बहन के घर आई हुई थी और वहीं रहकर खेत में नरमा चुगने का काम करती थी। 30 दिसंबर को वह नरमा चुगाई की मजदूरी 20,000 लेकर सुबह करीब 10 बजे श्रीविजयनगर जाने के लिए अपनी बहन के घर से निकली थी। महिला ने आरोप लगाया है कि गोविंद सिंह व महेंद्र ने उसे घडसाना ना छोड़कर चक 13 जेडब्ल्यूएम में अपने खेत में ले गए।

महिला ने बताया कि जब वह गांव के बस स्टैंड पर पहुंची तो उसी समय गोविंद सिंह पुत्र लाल सिंह बावरी निवासी जालवाली अपनी स्विफ्ट कार लेकर आया। गोविंद सिंह उसे घड़साना छोडऩे के लिए बोला। वह गोविंद सिंह को पहले से जानती थी इसलिए उस पर विश्वास कर उसकी गाड़ी में बैठ गई। उसकी गाड़ी में पहले से ही महेंद्र (60) पुत्र कपूर सिंह निवासी 3 एमएलडी भी बैठा हुआ था।

महिला ने आरोप लगाया है कि गोविंद सिंह व महेंद्र उसे घडसाना ना छोड़कर चक 13 जेडब्ल्यूएम में अपने खेत में ले गए और उसके बाद उसे नशीला पदार्थ पिलाया। नशीला पदार्थ पिलाने के बाद गोविंद सिंह और महेंद्र ने बेहोशी का फायदा उठाकर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया। जब होश आने पर महिला ने गोविंद सिंह और महेंद्र का विरोध किया तो गोविंद सिंह और महेंद्र ने उसके साथ मारपीट की और मजदूरी के 20,000 तथा गले में पहनी पांच सोने की मोहरे और डेढ़ तौले सोने की बालियां भी छीन ली।

महिला ने आरोप लगाया कि दोनों ने उसे मारने की धमकी दी और दोनों आरोपियों ने उसे अपनी ही ढाणी में बंधक बनाए रखा और 2 दिनों उसके साथ लगातार दुष्कर्म करते रहे। 2 जनवरी 2024 को मौका पाकर वह वहां से भाग निकली और अपनी बहन के घर चली गई। 4 जनवरी 2024 को उसने अपनी बहन को सारी घटना के बारे में बताया और फिर वह महिला अपने बेटे के साथ 5 जनवरी को घड़साना पुलिस थाने पहुंची और आरोपियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज करवाया है। पुलिस ने विभिन्न धाराओं में मामला दर्ज के मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है।

The victim woman told that she is a resident of Srivijaynagar police station area and she works as a labourer.

A few days ago, she had come to her sister's house in a village in Ghadsana police station area and used to stay there and work as a plucker in the fields. On December 30, she left her sister's house at around 10 in the morning with Narma Chugai's wages of Rs 20,000 to go to Srivijayanagar. The woman has alleged that Govind Singh and Mahendra did not leave Ghadsana and took her to their farm in Chak 13 JWM.

The woman told that when she reached the bus stand of the village, at the same time Govind Singh son of Lal Singh Bawri resident Jalwali came with his Swift car. Govind Singh asked him to leave Ghadasana. She already knew Govind Singh, so she trusted him and sat in his car. Mahendra (60), son of Kapoor Singh, resident of 3 MLD, was already sitting in his car.

The woman has alleged that Govind Singh and Mahendra did not leave Ghadsana but took her to their farm in Chak 13 JWM and then made her drink intoxicants. After intoxicating her, Govind Singh and Mahendra took advantage of her unconsciousness and raped her. When the woman protested against Govind Singh and Mahendra after regaining consciousness, Govind Singh and Mahendra beat her up and snatched Rs 20,000 as wages, five gold pieces and one and a half weight gold earrings worn around her neck.

The woman alleged that both of them threatened to kill her and both the accused kept her hostage in their own house and raped her continuously for 2 days. Finding an opportunity on January 2, 2024, she escaped from there and went to her sister's house. On January 4, 2024, she told her sister about the entire incident and then the woman along with her son reached Ghadsana police station on January 5 and registered a case against the accused. Police have registered a case under various sections and started investigating the matter.
