 भूकंप के तेज झटकों से हिली राजस्थान की धरती, रिक्टर स्केल पर 6.1 मापी गई तीव्रता

देश की राजधानी दिल्ली समेत NCR में गुरुवार दोपहर करीब 3 बजे भूकंप के तेज झटके महसूस किए गए हैं. इसका असर गुरुग्राम, फरीदाबाद और राजस्थान के भी कई शहरों में भी देखने को मिला है. जयपुर समेत कई शहरों में लोगों ने भूकंप के तेज झटके महसूस किए हैं. भूकंप का केंद्र अफगानिस्तान था और इसकी तीव्रता यहां 6.1 मापी गई है.

डर के कारण घरों से बाहर निकले लोग 
नेशनल सेंटर फॉर सीस्मोलॉजी ने बताया कि उत्तर भारत के कई राज्यों में ये भूकंप 2  बजकर 50 मिनट पर महसूस किया गया. इसकी तीव्रता 6.1 थी. भूकंप से लोगों में दहशत फैल गई, दिल्ली और राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में कई लोगों ने फर्नीचर हिलने की सूचना दी. वहीं जयपुर, भतरपुर समेत राजस्थान के कई जिलों से भी ऐसी ही सूचनाएं आईं. भूकंप के झटके महसूस होने के बाद लोग घरों से बाहर दौड़ पड़े और खुले मैदान में आकर जमा हो गए.  

किस तीव्रता का भूकंप कितना खतरनाक है
0 से 1.9 तीव्रता का भूकंप काफी कमजोर होता है.
2 से 2.9 तीव्रता का भूकंप रिक्टर स्केल पर हल्का कंपन करता है.
3 से 3.9 तीव्रता का भूकंप आने पर ऐसा लगता है जैसे कोई ट्रक आपके नजदीक से गुजर गया हो.
4 से 4.9 तीव्रता का भूकंप आने पर खिड़कियां टूट सकती हैं. साथ ही दीवारों पर टंगे फ्रेम गिर सकते हैं.
5 से 5.9 तीव्रता का भूकंप आने पर घर का फर्नीचर हिल सकता है.
6 से 6.9 तीव्रता का भूकंप आने पर इमारतों की नींव दरक सकती है.
7 से 7.9 तीव्रता का भूकंप खतरनाक होता है. इससे बिल्डिंग गिर जाती हैं और जमीन में पाइप फट जाती है.
8 से 8.9 तीव्रता का भूकंप काफी खतरनाक होता है. ये खूब तबाही मचाता है.
9 और उससे ज्यादा तीव्रता का भूकंप आने पर पूरी तबाही होती है. समुद्रों के नजदीक सुनामी तक आ जाती है.

Rajasthan's land shook due to strong earthquake, intensity measured 6.1 on Richter scale

Strong earthquake tremors were felt in NCR including the country's capital Delhi at around 3 pm on Thursday afternoon. Its effect has been seen in Gurugram, Faridabad and many cities of Rajasthan also. People have felt strong tremors of earthquake in many cities including Jaipur. The epicenter of the earthquake was Afghanistan and its intensity was measured at 6.1.

People came out of their homes due to fear
National Center for Seismology said that this earthquake was felt in many states of North India at 2.50 pm. Its intensity was 6.1. The earthquake spread panic among the people, many people in Delhi and National Capital Region reported shaking of furniture. Similar information also came from many districts of Rajasthan including Jaipur, Bhatarpur. After feeling the tremors of the earthquake, people ran out of their houses and gathered in the open field.

How dangerous is an earthquake of what intensity?
An earthquake of magnitude 0 to 1.9 is very weak.
An earthquake of magnitude 2 to 2.9 causes mild vibration on the Richter scale.
When an earthquake of 3 to 3.9 magnitude occurs, it feels as if a truck has passed near you.
Windows may break in case of an earthquake of 4 to 4.9 magnitude. Also, the frames hanging on the walls may fall.
If an earthquake of 5 to 5.9 magnitude occurs, the furniture in the house may move.
If an earthquake of 6 to 6.9 magnitude occurs, the foundation of buildings may crack.
An earthquake of magnitude 7 to 7.9 is dangerous. Due to this, buildings collapse and pipes in the ground burst.
An earthquake of magnitude 8 to 8.9 is very dangerous. It causes a lot of destruction.
An earthquake of intensity 9 and above causes complete devastation. Even tsunamis occur near the seas.
