नाबालिग लड़की से हैवानियत, पड़ोसी चाचा-भतीजे ने घर बुलाकर किया गैंगरेप

राजधानी जयपुर में एक नाबालिग लड़की से गैंगरेप का मामला सामने आया है। पड़ोसी चाचा-भतीजे ने काम के बहाने घर बुलाकर नाबालिग को नशीली कोल्ड ड्रिंक पिलाई। बेहोशी की हालत में दोनों आरोपियों ने उसके साथ गैंगरेप की वारदात को अंजाम दिया। इस दौरान आरोपियों ने मोबाइल में उसका अश्लील वीडियो बना लिया।

पीड़िता के होश आने पर विरोध करने पर आरोपियों ने उसका अश्लील वीडियो वायरल करने की धमकी दी। आरोपियों के चुंगल से छुटकर घर लौटने पर नाबालिग पीड़िता ने सुसाइड का प्रयास किया। पीड़िता की मां ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ भट्टाबस्ती थाने में गैंगरेप का मामला दर्ज करवाया है। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

पुलिस ने बताया- भट्टाबस्ती थाना क्षेत्र निवासी एक महिला ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है। महिला ने शिकायत में बताया कि पिछले 4 साल से आरोपी पड़ोसी से उनकी नाबालिग बेटी से बातचीत थी। आरोप है कि 1 नवंबर 2023 को आरोपी पड़ोसी ने नाबालिग बेटी को कॉल कर बहन को काम होने के बहाने घर बुलाया। शाम करीब 7 बजे नाबालिग बेटी के घर जाने पर पड़ोसी युवक घर पर मिला। बहन के बारे में पूछने पर कोई काम से बाहर जाने कहकर कुछ देर बैठने की कहा। कुछ देर में ही आरोपी पड़ोसी का भतीजा खाने-पीने का सामान और कोल्ड ड्रिंक लेकर घर आया।

आरोपी चाचा-भतीजा ने नाबालिग लड़की को पीने के लिए कोल्ड ड्रिंक ऑफर की। कोल्ड ड्रिंक में नशा मिला होने के कारण पीते ही नाबलिग बेहोश हो गई। बेहोशी की हालत में आरोपी चाचा-भतीजा ने उसके साथ गैंगरेप किया। इस दौरान आरोपियों ने मोबाइल में उसका अश्लील वीडियो बना लिया। नाबालिग के होश आने पर विरोध करने पर अश्लील वीडियो दिखाकर चुप करवा दिया। आरोपियों के चुंगल से छुटकर घर लौटने पर नाबालिग पीड़िता ने सुसाइड का प्रयास किया।

परिजनों के पूछने पर उसने पीड़िता ने आरोपी पड़ोसी चाचा-भतीजे की करतूत के बारे में बताया। बदनामी के डर से परिजन भी चुप रहे। आरोपियों ने अन्य किसी व्यक्ति को नाबालिग के अश्लील वीडियो बेचकर वायरल कर दिए। वीडियो वायरल होने पर बदनामी होने पर पीड़िता के परिजनों को पता चला। जिसके बाद पीड़िता की मां ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ भट्टाबस्ती थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई। पुलिस ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ गैंगरेप, पॉक्सो व आईटी एक्ट में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

A case of a minor girl has come to light in the capital Jaipur. Neighboring uncle and nephew called the minor to their home on the pretext of work and gave intoxicating cold drink to the minor. Both the accused committed the crime while she was unconscious. During this, the accused made an obscene video of her in their mobile.

When the victim protested after regaining consciousness, the accused threatened to make her obscene video viral. After returning home from the clutches of the accused, the minor victim attempted suicide. The victim's mother has registered a case against the accused at Bhattabasti police station. Police have registered the case and started investigation.

Police said- A woman resident of Bhattabasti police station area has lodged a report. The woman told in the complaint that her minor daughter was talking to the accused neighbor for the last 4 years. It is alleged that on November 1, 2023, the accused neighbor called the minor daughter and invited her sister home on the pretext of work. When the minor daughter went to her house around 7 pm, she found the neighboring youth at home. When asked about my sister, someone asked me to go out for work and asked me to sit for a while. Within some time, the nephew of the accused neighbor came home with food items and cold drinks.

The accused uncle and nephew offered cold drink to the minor girl. The minor became unconscious as soon as she drank the cold drink because it was laced with intoxicants. The accused uncle and nephew did it to her when she was unconscious. During this, the accused made an obscene video of her in their mobile. When the minor regained consciousness and protested, he was silenced by showing an obscene video. After returning home from the clutches of the accused, the minor victim attempted suicide.

When asked by family members, the victim told about the misdeeds of the accused neighbor uncle and nephew. The family members also remained silent due to fear of defamation. The accused sold the obscene videos of the minor to someone else and made them viral. The victim's family came to know about the defamation after the video went viral. After which the victim's mother lodged a report against the accused at Bhattabasti police station. The police have registered a report against the accused under POCSO and IT Act and started investigation.
