संसद की सुरक्षा में बड़ी चूक, लोकसभा कार्यवाही के दौरान दर्शक दीर्घा से कूदे 2 लोग, जूते से निकालकर छिड़की गैस
संसद की सुरक्षा में बड़ी चूक का मामला सामने आया है. लोकसभा की कार्यवाही के दौरान दो युवक दर्शक दीर्घा से कूद गए. ये दोनों शख्स एक बेंच से दूसरे बेंच पर भागने लगे. तभी एक शख्स ने जूते से निकालकर कोई पीले रंग की गैस स्प्रे कर दी. कार्यवाही में मौजूद सांसदों के मुताबिक, दोनों युवकों के हाथ में टियर गैस कनस्तर था. हालांकि, इन्हें सांसदों ने पकड़ लिया और सुरक्षाकर्मियों के हवाले कर दिया. लोकसभा की कार्यवाही को 2 बजे तक स्थगित कर दिया गया.
कार्यवाही में मौजूद सांसदों ने बताया कि शून्यकाल में बीजेपी सांसद खरगेन मुर्मू बोल रहे थे तभी एक व्यक्ति दर्शक दीर्घा से कूदा गया. वह पहले बैरियर से लटका और फिर सदन के अंदर छलांग लगा दी. इसके बाद दूसरा शख्स भी उसके पीछे सदन में कूद गया. संसद में अफरा तफरी मच गई. कुछ सांसद अनहोनी की आशंका से बाहर भागने लगे. कुछ सांसदों ने दोनों युवकों को पकड़ लिया. इसी बीच संसद के सुरक्षाकर्मी आ गए और दोनों को हिरासत में ले लिया. इन्हें संसद मार्ग पुलिस स्टेशन ले जाया गया है. दिल्ली पुलिस की एंटी टेरर यूनिट स्पेशल सेल पार्लियामेंट के अंदर हंगामा करने वाले लोगों से पूछताछ करने पहुंच गई है.
बताया जा रहा है कि जो दो लोग कार्यवाही के दौरान घुसे, उनमें एक का नाम सागर है. दोनों सांसद के नाम पर लोकसभा विजिटर पास पर आए थे. सांसद दानिश अली ने बताया कि दोनों लोग मैसूर से बीजेपी सांसद प्रताप सिम्हा के नाम पर लोकसभा विजिटर पास से आए थे.
शून्य काल के दौरान घुसे शख्स
कांग्रेस सांसद अधीर रंजन चौधरी ने कहा, जब शून्यकाल चल रहा था, दो युवक दर्शक गैलरी से कूदे और उनके द्वारा कुछ फेंका गया, जिससे गैस निकल रही थी. उन्हें सांसदों ने पकड़ लिया, सुरक्षाकर्मियों ने उन्हें बाहर निकाला. सदन दोपहर 2 बजे तक के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया. यह निश्चित रूप से एक सुरक्षा उल्लंघन है क्योंकि आज हम उन लोगों की पुण्य तिथि मना रहे हैं, जिन्होंने 2001 में अपने प्राणों की आहुति दी थी.
कांग्रेस सांसद कार्ति चिदंबरम ने कहा, अचानक करीब 20 साल के दो युवक दर्शक दीर्घा से सदन में कूद पड़े और उनके हाथ में कनस्तर थे. इन कनस्तर से पीला धुआं निकल रहा था. उनमें से एक अध्यक्ष की कुर्सी की ओर भागने का प्रयास कर रहा था. वे कुछ नारे लगा रहे थे. धुआं जहरीला हो सकता था. यह सुरक्षा का गंभीर उल्लंघन है.

A case of major lapse in the security of Parliament has come to light. During the proceedings of the Lok Sabha, two youths jumped from the audience gallery. These two people started running from one bench to another. Then a person took out some yellow gas from his shoe and sprayed it. According to the MPs present at the proceedings, both the youths had tear gas canisters in their hands. However, they were caught by the MPs and handed over to the security personnel. The proceedings of the Lok Sabha were adjourned till 2 o'clock.
MPs present in the proceedings told that BJP MP Khargen Murmu was speaking during zero hour when a person jumped from the audience gallery. He first hung from the barrier and then jumped inside the house. After this the other person also jumped into the house after him. There was chaos in the Parliament. Some MPs started running out fearing something untoward. Some MPs caught both the youths. Meanwhile, Parliament security personnel arrived and took both of them into custody. They have been taken to Sansad Marg Police Station. Anti Terror Unit Special Cell of Delhi Police has reached to interrogate the people who created ruckus inside the Parliament.
It is being told that the name of one of the two people who entered during the proceedings is Sagar. Both had come on Lok Sabha visitor pass in the name of MP. MP Danish Ali told that both the people had come from Lok Sabha Visitor Pass in the name of BJP MP from Mysore Pratap Simha.

Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Choudhary said, when zero hour was going on, two youths jumped from the spectator gallery and threw something, due to which gas was released. The MPs caught him and the security personnel took him out. The House was adjourned till 2 pm. This is definitely a security breach because today we are celebrating the death anniversary of those who sacrificed their lives in 2001.
Congress MP Karti Chidambaram said, suddenly two youths of about 20 years jumped into the House from the audience gallery and had canisters in their hands. Yellow smoke was coming out from these canisters. One of them was trying to run towards the Speaker's chair. They were raising some slogans. The smoke could have been poisonous. This is a serious breach of security.
