बिजनेसमैन की गोली मारकर हत्या,बिल्डिंग मैटेरियल का सामान उधार देने पर था विवाद

आज सुबह करीब 4 बजे बिजनेसमैन की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई। हमलावरों ने जान से मारने से पहले लाठी-डंडों से जमकर मारपीट की। पुलिस चौकी से महज डेढ़ सौ मीटर दूरी पर वारदात के बाद बदमाश भाग गए। बिजनेसमैन परिवार का इकलौता बेटा था।बिजनेसमैन युवक के पिता का कहना है कि उधार दिए रुपयों को लेकर विवाद पिछले कई सालों से चल रहा है। बदमाशों ने 2 साल पहले भी बेटे को जान से मारने की कोशिश की थी। मामला श्रीगंगानगर का है।

वारदात में जवाहर नगर इलाके के रहने वाले 33 साल विवेक शर्मा की मौत हुई है। उनके पिता हंसराज ने बताया कि उनका परिचित सरकारी हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती है। बेटा सुबह करीब 4 बजे उनकी तबीयत का पता करने सरकारी हॉस्पिटल गया था। मगर हॉस्पिटल से थोड़ी ही दूरी पर दो-तीन युवकों ने पहले बेटे से लाठी-डंडों से मारपीट की। उसके बाद दो गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी। मामले की सूचना पर सदर थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और बेटे को हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती करवाया, जहां इलाज के दौरान उसकी मौत हो गई।

उधार पर सामान देने के बाद हुआ था विवाद पिता ने बताया कि शहर में आनन्द विहार कॉलोनी के गेट के सामने उनका बिल्डिंग मैटेरियल का पुराना बिजनेस है। करीब आठ-दस साल पहले इंदिरा चौक इलाके के कुछ लोगों ने साढ़े तीन-चार लाख रुपए का सामान उधार लिया था। उन्होंने उधार चुकाने की बजाय कुछ युवकों को मेरे बेटे को धमकाने और मारने के लिए रुपए दे दिए।

चार साल पहले भी हुआ था हमला करीब चार साल पहले भी बिजनेसमैन और उसके पिता पर उनकी दुकान पर हमला किया गया था। पुलिस में मामला दर्ज होने के बाद करीब डेढ़ महीने बाद उनकी कोर्ट में गवाही होनी थी। उससे पहले ही उन्हें धमकी मिलना शुरू हो गया। इस बारे में जवाहर नगर पुलिस को भी लिखित में दिया गया था लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई।बिजनेसमैन युवक एमबीए तक पढ़ा था। पढ़ाई के बाद अपने पिता के बिजनेस को संभाल रहा था। वह परिवार का इकलौता बेटा था। उसकी एक बहन है।

Businessman shot dead, dispute over lending of building material

The businessman was shot dead at around 4 am today. The attackers beat him fiercely with sticks before killing him. The miscreants ran away after the incident, just 150 meters away from the police post. The businessman was the only son of the family. 33 year old Vivek Sharma, resident of Jawahar Nagar area, died in the incident. His father Hansraj told that his acquaintance is admitted in the government hospital. The son had gone to the government hospital at around 4 in the morning to inquire about his health. But at a short distance from the hospital, two-three youths beat the first son with sticks. After that he shot him twice and killed him. On receiving information about the matter, Sadar police station reached the spot and got the son admitted to the hospital, where he died during treatment.

There was a dispute after giving goods on loan. The father told that he has an old building material business in front of the gate of Anand Vihar Colony in the city. About eight-ten years ago, some people of Indira Chowk area had borrowed goods worth three and a half to four lakh rupees. Instead of repaying the loan, they gave money to some youths to threaten and kill my son.

There was an attack four years ago also. About four years ago also the businessman and his father were attacked at their shop. After the case was registered with the police, his testimony was to take place in the court after about one and a half months. Even before that he started receiving threats. Jawahar Nagar Police was also informed about this in writing but no action was taken. The businessman had studied till MBA. After studies, he was handling his father's business. He was the only son of the family. He has a sister.
