गोगामेड़ी हत्याकांड में शामिल सातों आरोपियों को जेल:NIA कोर्ट में पेश किया गया था, हथियार पहुंचाने वाला हिस्ट्रीशीटर अभी भी फरार

सुखदेव सिंह गोगामेड़ी हत्याकांड में शामिल सात बदमाशों को एनआईए कोर्ट ने जेल भेज दिया है। एनआईए ने सातों आरोपियों को आज कोर्ट में पेश किया था। जहां से सभी को 2 जनवरी तक जेल भेज दिया गया है।

दरअसल, एनआईए ने कोर्ट के आदेश पर चार दिन पहले ही इस हत्याकांड से जुड़ी केस डायरी और आरोपियों को अपने कब्जे में ले लिया था। इसके बाद गिरफ्तार सभी बदमाशों से एनआईए अपने स्तर पर सोडाला थाने में पूछताछ कर रही हैं।

टीम ने सोमवार को नितिन फौजी, रोहित राठौर, रामवीर जाट, सुमित, राहुल, भवानी उर्फ रोनी, उधम सिंह को एनआईए कोर्ट में पेश किया। पुलिस ने गोगामेड़ी की हत्या करने वाले 2 शूटर रोहित राठौड़ और नितिन फौजी के साथ ही उनका सहयोग करने वाले आरोपियों को भी पकड़ा है।

एडिशनल कमिश्नर के नेतृत्व में एसआईटी गठित
मामले की जांच के लिए एडीजी क्राइम दिनेश एमएन ने एडिशनल कमिश्नर कैलाश बिश्नोई के नेतृत्व में एसआईटी का गठन किया था। एसआईटी ने हत्या करने वाले शूटर मकराना के जूसरी निवासी रोहित राठौड़, हरियाणा के महेंद्रगढ़ निवासी नितिन फौजी, फरारी में सहयोग करने वाले रामवीर जाट, उधम सिंह और वारदात के पहले नितिन को पनाह देने के मामले में पूजा सैनी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। इसके साथ ही हत्या की साजिश में शामिल भवानी सिंह उर्फ रोनी, राहुल और सुमित को हरियाणा की जेल से प्रोडक्शन वारंट पर गिरफ्तार किया था।

हिस्ट्रीशीटर महेंद्र के पास AK-47 होने का अंदेशा
इस हत्याकांड के शूटरों तक हथियार पहुंचाने वाला कोटा के गुमानपुरा निवासी हिस्ट्रीशीटर महेंद्र उर्फ समीर हथियार लेकर फरार हो गया। जिसे पकड़ने के लिए संभावित ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की जा रही है। पुलिस को अंदेशा है कि महेंद्र के पास एके-47 भी हो सकती है, क्योंकि उसकी पत्नी पूजा सैनी के पास से पुलिस को एक फोटो मिली हैं, 

जिसमें उसके फ्लैट पर एके-47 रखी हुई है। यह एके-47 राजू ठेहट हत्याकांड के लिए मंगवाई गई थी। महेंद्र ने हत्याकांड के लिए हथियार और पैसे की व्यवस्था की थी। महेन्द्र ने परिचित युवती के बैंक खाते में चंडीगढ़ से किसी के जरिए 6 लाख रुपए मंगवाए थे। पुलिस ने महेंद्र पर 2 लाख रुपए का इनाम भी घोषित कर रखा है।

करणी सेना के अध्यक्ष को घर में घुसकर गोलियां मारी थीं
5 दिसंबर को दोपहर करीब 1:03 बजे 2 बदमाशों ने गोगामेड़ी पर गोलियां चलाईं, फिर भाग निकले थे। गोगामेड़ी को मेट्रो मास हॉस्पिटल ले जाया गया था, जहां डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया था। गोगामेड़ी के साथ घटना के दौरान मौजूद गार्ड अजीत सिंह गोली लगने से गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए थे। बदमाशों की फायरिंग में नवीन शेखावत की भी मौत हो गई थी। नवीन ही बदमाशों को गोगामेड़ी के घर ले गया था।

In fact, on the orders of the court, NIA had taken the case diary and the accused related to this murder into its custody four days ago. After this, NIA is interrogating all the arrested criminals at its level in Sodala police station.

The team presented Nitin Fauji, Rohit Rathore, Ramveer Jat, Sumit, Rahul, Bhavani alias Ronnie, Udham Singh in the NIA court on Monday. The police have arrested the two shooters who murdered Gogamedi, Rohit Rathod and Nitin Fauji, as well as the accused who supported them.

SIT formed under the leadership of Additional Commissioner
To investigate the case, ADG Crime Dinesh MN had constituted SIT under the leadership of Additional Commissioner Kailash Bishnoi. The SIT had arrested the murder shooter Rohit Rathore, a resident of Jusri, Makrana, Nitin Fauji, a resident of Mahendragarh, Haryana, Ramveer Jat, Udham Singh, who helped in the absconding, and Pooja Saini for giving shelter to Nitin before the incident. Along with this, Bhavani Singh alias Roni, Rahul and Sumit, who were involved in the murder conspiracy, were arrested on production warrant from Haryana jail.

History-sheeter Mahendra suspected to have AK-47
History-sheeter Mahendra alias Sameer, resident of Gumanpura, Kota, who supplied weapons to the shooters of this massacre, absconded with the weapons. To arrest him, raids are being conducted at possible locations. Police suspect that Mahendra may also have AK-47, because police have found a photo from his wife Pooja Saini.

In which AK-47 is kept in his flat. This AK-47 was ordered for the Raju Thehat murder case. Mahendra had arranged weapons and money for the murder. Mahendra had transferred Rs 6 lakh to the bank account of a girl he knew through someone from Chandigarh. Police have also declared a reward of Rs 2 lakh on Mahendra.

Karni Sena president was shot after entering his house
On December 5, at around 1:03 pm, two miscreants opened fire on Gogamedi, then fled away. Gogamedi was taken to Metro Mass Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. Guard Ajit Singh, who was present during the incident with Gogamedi, was seriously injured by the bullet. Naveen Shekhawat was also killed in the firing by the miscreants. Naveen had taken the miscreants to Gogamedi's house.
