अनूपगढ़। अनूपगढ़ जिले के रामसिंहपुर मंडी की सड़कें सुनसान हैं। पूरा बाजार बंद है। यहां मायूसी छाई है। हर काेई उस घड़ी को कोस रहा है जब यहां के एक ही परिवार के चार जनों की पंजाब के मोगा में हुए एक दर्दनाक सड़क हादसे में मौत हो गई। यह रतनसिंह का परिवार है। जो यहां सभी से मिलजुल कर रहते हैं। 

किसी को यकीन ही नहीं हो रहा कि इस हंसते खेलते परिवार को ऐसे भी पहाड़ से दर्द का सामना करना पड़ेगा। दरअसल, रतन सिंह के दो बेटे, छोटा बेटा सोहावत (32) उसकी पत्नी लवप्रीत कौर (30) और बड़ा बेटा कर्मवीर (35) उसकी पत्नी मनप्रीत कौर (32) कार में सवार होकर शादी समारोह में शामिल होने जा रहे थे। इसी दौरान पत्थरों से भरा डंपर कार पर पलट गया और इन चारों की मौत हो गई। 

कार में रतन सिंह के बड़े बेटे कर्मवीर की 5 साल की बेटी नवनीत कौर भी थी, जो इस हादसे में बाल-बाल बच गई। हादसा पंजाब के मोगा जिले में गांव बुट्टर कलां के पास हुआ दोपहर 2:30 बजे हुआ। परिवार अनूपगढ़ जिले की रामसिंहपुर मंडी में वार्ड 10 का रहने वाला था। इस घटना के बारे में सबसे पहले जानकारी, 3 बजे मोगा की लोकल पुलिस से रतनसिंह को ही मिली। 

फोन पर दोनों बेटों और बहुओं की मौत की खबर सुनते ही रतनसिंह के पैरों तले जैसे जमीन खिसक गई। उन्होंने किसी तरह खुद को संभाला और फिर घर में केवल इतना बताया कि बेटों की कार का मामूली एक्सीडेंट हो गया है। इसके बाद वे मोगा पहुंचे। जहां चारों के शव देख वे बेसुध से हो गए। साथ गए लोगों ने उन्हें बमुश्किल संभाला। घर से बार-बार फोन आ रहे थे, लेकिन किसी को कुछ नहीं बताया गया। 

शनिवार को दोपहर 2 बजे तक घर पर किसी को नहीं पता था कि उनके परिवार के चार सदस्य इस दुनिया में नहीं रहे। शाम 4 बजे जब घर पर रिश्तेदार जुटने लगे तब रतनसिंह की 62 वर्षीय पत्नी दलबीर कौर और 90 वर्षीय उनके पिता त्रिलोचन सिंह को अनहोनी का एहसास हुआ। बार-बार वे यही पूछते रहे कि क्या हुआ है, कोई तो कुछ बताए।

 आखिरकार उन्हें सच्चाई बताई गई। जिसके बाद दलबीर कौर बेसुध हो गई। रत्न सिंह के तीन बेटियां भी अपने पीहर पहुंचीं। रविवार को चारों के शव रामसिंहपुर पहुंचे तो हाहाकार मच गया। परिजनों की हालत देखकर शवों को एंबुलेंस से नीचे नहीं उतारा गया और एंबुलेंस में ही अंतिम दर्शन करवाए गए। पिता रतन सिंह, दादा त्रिलोचन सिंह, मां दलबीर कौर और तीनों बहनों ने एंबुलेंस की खिड़की से ही अंतिम दर्शन किए।

Anupgarh. The roads of Ramsinghpur Mandi in Anupgarh district are deserted. The entire market is closed. There is despair here. Everyone is cursing the moment when four members of the same family died in a tragic road accident in Moga, Punjab. This is Ratan Singh's family. Who live here in harmony with everyone.

No one can believe that this smiling family will have to face pain from such a mountain. Actually, Ratan Singh's two sons, younger son Sohawat (32) and his wife Lovepreet Kaur (30) and elder son Karmaveer (35) and his wife Manpreet Kaur (32) were going to attend the wedding ceremony in a car. Meanwhile, a dumper filled with stones overturned on the car and all four died.

Ratan Singh's elder son Karmaveer's 5-year-old daughter Navneet Kaur was also in the car, who narrowly escaped the accident. The accident happened at 2:30 pm near village Buttar Kalan in Moga district of Punjab. The family was a resident of Ward 10 in Ramsinghpur Mandi of Anupgarh district. Ratan Singh was the first to get information about this incident from the local police of Moga at 3 o'clock.

As soon as he heard the news of the death of his two sons and daughters-in-law on the phone, Ratan Singh felt as if the ground had slipped from under his feet. He somehow controlled himself and then just informed the house that his son's car had met with a minor accident. After this he reached Moga. Where they became unconscious after seeing the dead bodies of all four. The people accompanying him could barely handle him. Repeated calls were coming from home, but no one was told anything.

Till 2 pm on Saturday, no one at home knew that four members of their family were no more in this world. When relatives started gathering at the house at 4 pm, Ratan Singh's 62-year-old wife Dalbir Kaur and 90-year-old father Trilochan Singh realized that something was wrong. He kept asking again and again what happened, please tell something.

  Eventually he was told the truth. After which Dalbir Kaur became unconscious. Ratan Singh's three daughters also reached their death. When the bodies of all four reached Ramsinghpur on Sunday, there was an outcry. Seeing the condition of the family members, the dead bodies were not taken down from the ambulance and the last darshan was done in the ambulance itself. Father Ratan Singh, grandfather Trilochan Singh, mother Dalbir Kaur and three sisters paid their last respects from the window of the ambulance.
