आज से 11 साल पहले दिल्ली के निर्भया कांड ने पूरे देश को दहला दिया था। एक दशक बाद राजस्थान में भी दिल्ली के निर्भया कांड जैसी घटना सामने आई है। यहां एक 20 साल की युवती के साथ चलती बस में गैंगरेप का मामला सामने आया है। घटना 9 दिसंबर की दरमियानी रात की है। जब युवती उत्तर प्रदेश से दिल्ली जा रही थी। उसी दौरान दो चालकों ने युवती के साथ बस के अंदर ही गैंगरप की वारदात को अंजाम दिया। आरोपियों की पहचान आरिफ और ललित के तौर पर हुई है। फिलहाल, पुलिस ने एक आरोपी आरिफ को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। वहीं आरोपी ललित अभी भी फरार है।

जानकारी के अनुसार, घटना के दौरान युवती ड्राइवर के पास बनी केबिन में बैठी थी। केबिन अंदर से बंद था। इसके अलावा बस में भी गिने चुने लोग ही बैठे हुए थे। ऐसे में दोनों आरोपियों ने मौके का फायदा उठाकर महिला के साथ एक-एक कर गैंगरेप किया। बाद में बस में बैठे अन्य लोगों को शोर सुनाई दिया तो उन्होंने बस रुकवाई। वारदात को अंजाम देने के बाद ललित तुरंत मौके से फरार हो गया जबकि आरिफ पकड़ा गया।

बस्सी एसीपी फूलचंद मीना ने घटना की जानकारी देते हुए बताया 9 दिसंबर की शाम लगभग 7:30 बजे, एक लड़की अपने चाचा के घर के लिए कानपुर से जयपुर जा रही थी। वह बस में चढ़ गई और चूंकि उसे कोई सीट नहीं मिली उसे केबिन में बैठाया गया। बस्सी एसीपी ने बताया कि यात्रा के दौरान जब केबिन में मौजूद अन्य यात्री चले गए, तो ड्राइवरों ने उसके साथ बलात्कार किया। जब बाहर बैठे यात्रियों को संदेह हुआ, तो उन्होंने केबिन का दरवाजा खोला। यात्रियों ने ड्राइवरों की पिटाई की, लेकिन उनमें से एक ड्राइवर भागने में सफल रहा। एक ड्राइवर मोहम्मद आरिफ को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है और दूसरा ड्राइवर ललित अभी भी फरार है, उसकी तलाश जारी है।

बता दें कि आज से 11 साल पहले 16 दिसंबर 2012 की रात राजधानी दिल्ली के मुनिरका इलाके में चलती बस में 23 साल की पैरामेडिकल छात्रा के साथ छह लोगों ने सामूहिक दुष्कर्म किया था। पीड़िता को मरा हुआ समझकर दोषियों ने सड़क किनारे फेंक दिया और भाग गए। इलाज के दौरान 29 दिसंबर, 2012 को सिंगापूर के एक हॉस्पिटल में पीड़िता की मौत हो गई। इस भयावह घटना के बाद दिल्ली को रेप कैपिटल के नाम से जाना जाने लगा। निर्भया गैंगरेप केस ने न सिर्फ दिल्ली या देश बल्कि पूरी दुनिया को हिलाकर रख दिया था। निर्भया केस ने देश की छवि को काफी खराब किया था। राजधानी में हुई इस क्रूर रेप घटना ने पूरे देश में आक्रोश पैदा कर दिया था।

At present, the police has arrested one accused Arif. The accused Lalit is still absconding.

According to the information, during the incident the girl was sitting in the cabin near the driver. The cabin was locked from inside. Apart from this, only a few people were sitting in the bus. In such a situation, both the accused took advantage of the opportunity and gang-raped the woman one by one. Later, when other people sitting in the bus heard the noise, they stopped the bus. After committing the crime, Lalit immediately fled from the spot while Arif was caught.

Giving information about the incident, Bassi ACP Phoolchand Meena said that on December 9 at around 7:30 pm, a girl was going from Kanpur to Jaipur to her uncle's house. She boarded the bus and since she could not find any seat she was made to sit in the cabin. Bassi ACP said that during the journey, when other passengers present in the cabin left, the drivers raped her. When the passengers sitting outside became suspicious, they opened the cabin door. The passengers beat up the drivers, but one of the drivers managed to escape. One driver Mohammad Arif has been arrested and the other driver Lalit is still absconding, the search for him is going on.
