प्रोपर्टी विवाद के चलते एक ही परिवार के 4 लोगों ने खाया जहर… गंभीर हालत में अजमेर किया रेफर

राजस्थान के नागौर में एक ही परिवार के 4 लोगों ने जहर खा लिया। एक ही परिवार के पति-पत्नी और 2 बच्चियों ने जहर खाकर आत्महत्या करने की कोशिश की। चारों को गंभीर हालत में अजमेर के जेएलएन अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया है। चारों की गंभीर हालत बताई जा रही है। यह घटना नागौर जिले के मेड़ता शहर के सिरियो के मोहल्ले की है। मेड़ता सिटी पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

पुलिस ने बताया कि रविवार सुबह करीब 8.30 बजे मेडता सिटी थाना पुलिस को सूचना मिली की मेड़ता शहर के सिरियो के दामावतों के मोहल्ले में रहने वाले कैलाशचंद (45 वर्ष) पुत्र मांगीलाल, उसकी पत्नी उर्मिला (42 वर्ष), विशाका (21 वर्ष) पुत्री कैलाशचंद, कृष्णा (18 वर्ष) पुत्र कैलाशचंद ने खेतों में छिड़काव करने वाली दवा की दो शीशियों से जहरीला पदार्थ का सेवन कर लिया। बताया जा रहा है कि पारिवारिक कलह के चलते चारों लोगों ने जहर खाकर जान देने की कोशिश की।

उनके चिल्लाने और उल्टियां होने पर मोहल्ले के लोगों ने तुरंत ही उन्हें अस्पताल पहुंचाया। जहां से चारों को अजमेर रेफर कर दिया गया। सूचना मिलने पर डीएसपी नूर मोहम्मद, थानाधिकारी प्रमोद कुमार शर्मा मौके पहुंचे। पुलिस की एक टीम अजमेर भी गई है।

जमीन के बंटवारे का है विवाद…
पुलिस की प्रारंभिक जांच में सामने आया है कि भाईयों के जमीन के बंटवारे के विवाद को लेकर अवसाद में आकर परिवार के चारों सदस्यों ने यह बड़ा कदम उठाया है। रविवार सुबह करीब 8 :30 बजे भाइयों के बीच झगड़ा हुआ। जिसमें सबसे छोटा भाई गुस्से में अपने घर आ गया और पूरे परिवार के साथ जहर खा लिया। एक साथ चार लोगों के जहर खाने की सूचना पर इलाके में हड़कंप मच गया। स्थानीय लोगों ने इसकी सूचना पुलिस को दी।

भाइयों से चल रहा जमीनी विवाद…
पुलिस की जांच में सामने आया है कि कैलाशचंद और उसके दो भाई रामेश्वर और हुकमीचंद के बीच प्रोपर्टी को लेकर विवाद है। कैलाशचंद सबसे छोटा है। तीनों भाई अलग-अलग रहते हैं। रविवार सुबह करीब 8:30 बजे करीब तीनों भाई, बड़े भाई रामेश्वर के घर पर ही बैठे थे। तीनों भाईयों की प्रोपर्टी को लेकर आपस में बातचीत चल रही थी। तभी विवाद बढ़ गया और कैलाशचंद गुस्से में वहां से उठकर पास ही अपने घर जाने लगा। वह जोर- जोर से चिल्लाने लगा कि मैं अब मरुंगा।

स्थानीय लोगों ने भी उनका झगड़ा और कैलाशचंद के मरने की बात सुनी। घर पर पहुंचकर कैलाशचंद जोर-जोर से चिल्लाता रहा और फिर अपनी पत्नी और दोनों बेटियों को दो शीशियां दी। एक शीशी से पति-पत्नी ने और दूसरी से दोनों बेटियों ने जहर पी लिया।

घर का दरवाजा खुला था और स्थानीय लोगों को जैसे ही पता चला कि इन लोगों ने कुछ पिया है तो वे तुरंत अंदर पहुंचे और उन्हें अस्पताल पहुंचाया। जहां डॉक्टर ने प्राथमिक इलाज किया इसके बाद चारों को तुरंत रेफर कर दिया। अजमेर में कोतवाली थाना पुलिस भी अस्पताल पहुंची। वहां के एएसआई विष्णु प्रसाद ने बताया कि अब चारों की स्थिति सही है।

Police said that at around 8.30 am on Sunday, Medta City police station received information that Kailash Chand (45 years old), son of Mangilal, his wife Urmila (42 years old), Vishaka (21 years old), daughter of Sirio, living in the locality of Damawat in Merta city. Kailashchand, Krishna (18 years) son Kailashchand consumed poisonous substance from two bottles of medicine used for spraying in the fields. It is being told that due to family dispute, all four people tried to commit suicide by consuming poison.

When he started screaming and vomiting, the people of the locality immediately took him to the hospital. From where all four were referred to Ajmer. On receiving the information, DSP Noor Mohammad and Police Officer Pramod Kumar Sharma reached the spot. A police team has also gone to Ajmer.

There is a dispute regarding distribution of land…
Preliminary police investigation has revealed that all four family members have taken this extreme step due to depression over the land distribution dispute between the brothers. There was a fight between the brothers around 8:30 am on Sunday morning. In which the youngest brother came to his house in anger and consumed poison along with the entire family. There was a stir in the area on the news of four people consuming poison simultaneously. Local people informed the police about this.

Ongoing land dispute with brothers…
Police investigation has revealed that there is a dispute regarding property between Kailash Chand and his two brothers Rameshwar and Hukamichand. Kailash Chand is the youngest. The three brothers live separately. At around 8:30 am on Sunday morning, all three brothers were sitting at the house of elder brother Rameshwar. There were talks between the three brothers regarding their property. Then the dispute escalated and Kailash Chand got up from there in anger and started going to his home nearby. He started shouting loudly that he would die now.

The local people also heard about their fight and Kailash Chand's death. After reaching home, Kailash Chand kept shouting loudly and then gave two vials to his wife and two daughters. The husband and wife drank poison from one bottle and the two daughters from the other.

The door of the house was open and as soon as the local people came to know that these people had consumed something, they immediately rushed inside and took them to the hospital. Where the doctor provided first aid, after which all four were immediately referred. Kotwali police station in Ajmer also reached the hospital. There ASI Vishnu Prasad said that now the condition of all four is fine.
