IIT बीएचयू की छात्रा से गैंगरेप केस में 3 गिरफ्तार, बंदूक दिखाकर उतरवाए थे कपड़े

आईआईटी बीएचयू में पहली नवंबर की रात परिसर स्थित कर्मनवीर बाबा मंदिर के पास छात्रा से गैंगरेप में लंका पुलिस ने तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपियों में भेलूपुर थाना क्षेत्र के बृज इंक्लेव कॉलोनी निवासी कुणाल पांडेय, बजरडीहा के जीवधीपुर निवासी आनंद, सक्षम पटेल हैं। तीनों आरोपियों का जुड़ाव राजनीतिक दल से है। तीनों बीते चुनावों में बीजेपी आईटी सेल में भी शामिल थे।  

बता दें कि आईआईटी बीएचयू में रात करीब डेढ़ बजे छात्रा न्यू गर्ल्स हॉस्टल से घूमने के लिए निकली। परिसर में गांधी स्मृति छात्रावास चौराहे पर उसका दोस्त मिला। दोनों कर्मनवीर बाबा मंदिर के पास पहुंचे थे। तभी पीछे से बुलेट सवार तीन युवक आए और छात्रा तथा उसके दोस्त को रोका। कुछ देर बाद डरा-धमकाकर उसके दोस्त को भगा दिया।

 युवकों ने छात्रा का मुंह दबा दिया और एक कोने में लेकर चले गए। उसके कपड़े उतारकर उसके साथ घिनौनी हरकत की। चीखने चिल्लाने पर जान से मारने की धमकी भी दी। उसका फोन भी ले लिया।  

घटना के दूसरे दिन चेतगंज में कैमरे में हुए थे कैद
घटना के दूसरे दिन ही सीसीटीवी कैमरे में चेतगंज में तीनों बुलेट पर कैद हुए। वही फुटेज अब सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल है। चूंकि उस समय संदिग्ध के तौर पर चिह्नित हुए लेकिन पुष्टि नहीं थी। इसलिए पुलिस ने पुष्टि के बाद गिरफ्तारी की है।

एक आरोपी दसवीं पास
कुणाल पांडेय के पिता जितेंद्र पांडेय का निधन हो चुका है। वह बीकॉम तक पढ़ा है। घर पर ही रहता था। आनंद उर्फ अभिषेक चौहान के पिता मुन्ना पावरलूम चलाते हैं। आनंद दसवीं पास है। सक्षम के पिता विजय पटेल प्राइवेट नौकरी करते हैं। वह इंटरमीडिएट पास है। तीनों एक साथ रहते थे। बीएचयू रात में अक्सर घूमने जाते थे।

3 arrested in gangrape case of IIT BHU student, made to remove clothes at gunpoint

Lanka Police has arrested three accused in the gang rape of a student near Karmanveer Baba Temple located on the campus of IIT BHU on the night of 1st November. The accused are Kunal Pandey, resident of Brij Enclave Colony of Bhelupur police station area, Anand, resident of Jeevdhipur of Bajardiha, Saksham Patel. All three accused are associated with political parties. All three were also involved in the BJP IT cell in the last elections.

Let us tell you that at around 1.30 in the night, the student left the New Girls Hostel in IIT BHU for a walk. His friend was found at the Gandhi Smriti Hostel intersection in the campus. Both of them had reached near Karmanveer Baba temple. Then three youths riding bullets came from behind and stopped the student and her friend. After some time, his friend was chased away by threatening him.

  The youth pressed the girl's mouth and took her to a corner. Removed her clothes and did disgusting acts with her. Even threatened to kill if she screamed. Took his phone also.

Was captured on camera in Chetganj on the second day of the incident
On the second day of the incident, all three were captured on CCTV camera in Chetganj. The same footage is now viral on social media. Since he was marked as a suspect at that time but there was no confirmation. Therefore, the police made the arrest after confirmation.

One accused is tenth pass
Kunal Pandey's father Jitendra Pandey has passed away. He has studied till B.Com. Stayed at home only. Anand alias Abhishek Chauhan's father Munna runs a power loom. Anand is tenth pass. Saksham's father Vijay Patel works in a private job. He is intermediate pass. All three lived together. BHU often went out for walks at night.
