सुखदेव गोगामेड़ी हत्याकांड: एयर होस्टेस स्टूडेंट संग एक हफ्ते फ्लैट में रहा शूटर, युवती का पति हथियारों के साथ फरार, टीमें जांच के लिए पहुंचीं

सुखदेव गोगामेड़ी हत्याकांड के हथियार सप्लाई करने वाली एयर होस्टेस स्टूडेंट पूजा सैनी उर्फ पूजा बत्रा को जयपुर से गिरफ्तार किया गया है। वहीं, जांच के दौरान पूजा के घर से मिली AK-47 गन की जानकारी ने भी सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की नींद उड़ा दी है। गिरफ्तार पूजा का हिस्ट्रीशीटर पति पुलिस के पहुंचने से पहले ही हथियारों के जखीरे के साथ फरार हो गया।  

आरोपी पति-पत्नी ने ही शूटर नितिन फौजी को करीब एक सप्ताह तक अपने घर पर रखा था। फौजी ने अपने लिए महेंद्र के पास मौजूद हथियारों में से तुर्की मेड दो जिगाना पिस्टल और दो मैग्जीन ली थी। महेंद्र ने ही शूटरों को हत्याकांड वाले दिन अजमेर रोड के पास अपनी कार से पहुंचाया था। गोगामेड़ी हत्याकांड की जांच के लिए नेशनल इंवेस्टिगेशन एजेंसी (NIA) की टीम भी जयपुर पहुंच चुकी है।

पुलिस को हत्याकांड के 2 दिन बाद मिली थी जानकारी
एडिशनल पुलिस कमिश्नर कैलाश चन्द्र बिश्नोई ने बताया- गोगामेड़ी की हत्या के दो दिन बाद इनपुट मिला था कि नितिन फौजी घटना करने से पहले प्रताप नगर में कहीं रुका था। इस स्थान का पता करने के लिए एडिशनल डीसीपी रामसिंह शेखावत के नेतृत्व में एक विशेष टीम का गठन किया गया। ये वही फ्लैट था जिसमें पूजा सैनी अपने पति महेंद्र उर्फ समीर के साथ 48 इनकम टैक्स कॉलोनी जगतपुरा में किराए के फ्लैट में रहती है। इस फ्लैट से एक AK- 47 की फोटो भी मिली है। जो राजू ठेहट की हत्या से जुड़ी हो सकती है।

28 नवंबर को ही जयपुर आ गया था नितिन फौजी
पूजा ने पुलिस का बताया- नितिन फौजी हिसार से किराए की टैक्सी लेकर 28 नवंबर को ही जयपुर के प्रताप नगर पहुंच गया था। पूजा के फ्लैट में एक लड़का-लड़की भी किराए पर रहते हैं। महेंद्र ने दोनों लड़के-लड़कियों को दूसरे कमरे में शिफ्ट कर दिया। उनके कमरे में नितिन फौजी को रुकवाया। इस कमरे का दरवाजा हमेशा बंद रहता था। पूजा ही नितिन फौजी के लिए खाना बनाती थी और वो कमरे से बाहर नहीं आता था। पूजा ने बताया- उसका पति महेंद्र करीब डेढ़ साल से इस फ्लैट में किराए से रहता है। अपने मोबाइल से रोहित गोदारा व विरेंद्र चारण की नितिन फौजी से बात करवाता था।

तीन पिस्टल लेकर गया था फौजी
5 दिसंबर को घटना वाले दिन महेंद्र ने आधा दर्जन से अधिक पिस्टल व भारी मात्रा में कारतूस दिखाए थे। इन हथियारों में से नितिन फौजी ने अपने लिए दो पिस्टल व दो मैग्जीन रखी। एक पिस्टल और 2 मैगजीन दूसरे शूटर के लिए रखी। पूजा ने बताया- महेन्द्र ने 50-50 हजार की दो नोटों की गड्डियां भी नितिन फौजी को दोनों शूटर्स के लिए दी थी।

इसके बाद सुबह करीब 10 बजे नितिन फौजी को महेंद्र अपनी सियाज गाड़ी में अजमेर रोड ले गया। यहां पहले से शूटर रोहित राठौड़ इंतजार कर रहा था। महेंद्र कुमार ने अपनी कार में रोहित राठौड़ को बिठाया। रोहित को भी एक पिस्टल और दो मैगजीन दी। साथ ही 50 हजार रुपए दी। फिर दोनों को गाड़ी से नीचे उतारा था। बेस्ट ऑफ लक कहकर रवाना हो गया।

लॉरेंस की गैंग से जुड़ा है पूजा का पति महेंद्र
पुलिस जांच में महेंद्र के फ्लैट की तलाशी में कई वाहनों की आरसी, पैन कार्ड, आधार कार्ड, मैमोरी कार्ड मिले हैं। साथ ही एक एके 47 की फोटो भी मिली है। हथियार तस्करी के लॉरेंस बिश्नोई गैंग के नेटवर्क संचालित करने के अहम सबूत मिले है। इस बात के भी तथ्य सामने आ रहे हैं कि लॉरेंस गैंग द्वारा की गई कई घटनाओं में महेंद्र और पूजा का हाथ हो सकता है।

फौजी ने क्यों चुनी तुर्की मेड जिगाना पिस्टल?

जिगाना तुर्की मेड सेमी ऑटोमैटिक पिस्टल है, जो भारत में प्रतिबंधित है। इससे एके-47 की तरफ बर्स्ट फायर किए जा सकते हैं।
एक बार में 15 से ज्यादा राउंड लगते हैं यानी बार-बार लोड करने की जरूरत ही नहीं रहती।
कीमत 8 से 10 लाख रुपए बताई जा रही है। बड़ी वारदात के लिए लॉरेंस गैंग इसे ही इस्तेमाल करते हैं। क्योंकि ये जाम नहीं होती है।
महंगी होने के कारण मास्टरमाइंड वारदात के बाद हथियार शूटर के पास नही छोड़ते। अपने कब्जे में ले लेते हैं ताकि पुलिस जब्त न कर सके। शूटरों से रिकवरी नहीं होने से केस भी कमजोर पड़ता है।

एनआईए की टीम जयपुर पहुंची, एफआईआर दर्ज, आज से जांच
गृह विभाग ने एनआईए को जांच की अनुशंसा भेजी थी, जिसकी केन्द्रीय गृह विभाग से अनुमति मिलने के बाद एनआईए ने एफआईआर दर्ज कर ली और आईजी केबी वंदना की टीम जयपुर पहुंच गई। आज एनआईए कोर्ट में एप्लीकेशन लगाकर पकड़े गए आरोपियों की कस्टडी और मुकदमे की पत्रावली लेगी।

विदेशी हथियारों का होना बड़ी सिरदर्दी बन चुका है। अभी तक हुई पूछताछ में सामने आया है कि रोहित राठौड़ और नितिन फौजी को आपस में मिलने के दौरान अलग-अलग नाम बताने के निर्देश दिए थे ताकि पुलिस कार्रवाई के दौरान गुमराह करते रहें।

करणी सेना के अध्यक्ष को घर में घुसकर गोलियां मारी थीं
सुखदेव सिंह गोगामेड़ी श्री राष्ट्रीय राजपूत करणी सेना के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष थे। उन पर 5 दिसंबर को दोपहर करीब 1:03 बजे 2 बदमाशों ने गोलियां बरसाईं और भाग निकले थे। गोगामेड़ी को मेट्रो मास हॉस्पिटल ले जाया गया था, जहां डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया था। गोगामेड़ी के साथ घटना के दौरान मौजूद गार्ड अजीत सिंह गोली लगने से गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए थे। बदमाशों की फायरिंग में नवीन शेखावत की भी मौत हो गई थी। नवीन ही बदमाशों को गोगामेड़ी के घर ले गया था।

Sukhdev Gogamedi murder case: Shooter stayed in flat with air hostess student for a week, girl's husband absconds with weapons, teams arrive for investigation

Air hostess student Pooja Saini alias Pooja Batra, who supplied weapons for the Sukhdev Gogamedi murder case, has been arrested from Jaipur. At the same time, during the investigation, the information about AK-47 gun found from Pooja's house has also given sleepless nights to the security agencies. Pooja's history-sheeter husband, who was arrested, fled with a cache of weapons before the police arrived.

The accused husband and wife had kept shooter Nitin Fauji at their house for about a week. The soldier had taken for himself two Turkish made Zigana pistols and two magazines from among the weapons present with Mahendra. It was Mahendra who had taken the shooters to Ajmer Road in his car on the day of the massacre. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) team has also reached Jaipur to investigate the Gogamedi murder case.

Police received information 2 days after the murder
Additional Police Commissioner Kailash Chandra Bishnoi said - Two days after the murder of Gogamedi, input was received that Nitin Fauji had stayed somewhere in Pratap Nagar before committing the incident. A special team was formed under the leadership of Additional DCP Ramsingh Shekhawat to locate this place. This was the same flat in which Pooja Saini lives with her husband Mahendra alias Sameer in a rented flat in 48 Income Tax Colony, Jagatpura. A photo of an AK-47 was also found from this flat. Which may be related to the murder of Raju Thehat.

Nitin Fauji had come to Jaipur only on 28th November.
Pooja told the police - Nitin Fauji had reached Pratap Nagar in Jaipur on November 28 itself by taking a hired taxi from Hisar. A boy and a girl also live on rent in Pooja's flat. Mahendra shifted both the boys and girls to another room. Made Nitin Fauji stay in his room. The door of this room was always closed. Pooja used to cook food for Nitin Fauji and he did not come out of the room. Pooja told- Her husband Mahendra has been living in this flat on rent for about one and a half years. He used to make Rohit Godara and Virendra Charan talk to Nitin Fauji through his mobile.

The soldier had gone with three pistols
On December 5, the day of the incident, Mahendra had shown more than half a dozen pistols and a huge quantity of cartridges. Out of these weapons, Nitin Fauji kept two pistols and two magazines for himself. One pistol and 2 magazines were kept for the second shooter. Pooja told- Mahendra had also given two bundles of Rs 50,000 notes to Nitin Fauji for both the shooters.

After this, at around 10 in the morning, Mahendra took Nitin Fauji to Ajmer Road in his Ciaz car. Shooter Rohit Rathod was already waiting here. Mahendra Kumar made Rohit Rathod sit in his car. Rohit was also given a pistol and two magazines. Also gave 50 thousand rupees. Then both of them were taken down from the car. Said best of luck and left.

Pooja's husband Mahendra is associated with Lawrence's gang.
During the police investigation and search of Mahendra's flat, RCs, PAN cards, Aadhar cards, memory cards of many vehicles were found. A photo of an AK 47 has also been found. Important evidence has been found of Lawrence Bishnoi gang operating a network of arms smuggling. Facts are also coming to light that Mahendra and Pooja may have a hand in many incidents carried out by Lawrence Gang.

Why did the soldier choose Turkish made Zigana pistol?

Zigana is a Turkish made semi-automatic pistol, which is banned in India. With this, bursts can be fired towards AK-47.
More than 15 rounds are fired at a time, which means there is no need to load again and again.
The price is said to be Rs 8 to 10 lakh. Lawrence gang uses it only for major crimes. Because it does not jam.
Due to being expensive, the mastermind does not leave the weapon with the shooter after the incident. Take it into their possession so that the police cannot confiscate it. The case also gets weakened due to lack of recovery from the shooters.

NIA team reached Jaipur, FIR registered, investigation from today
The Home Department had sent a recommendation for investigation to the NIA, after getting permission from the Central Home Department, the NIA registered an FIR and the team of IG KB Vandana reached Jaipur. Today NIA will file an application in the court and take the custody and case file of the arrested accused.

Having foreign weapons has become a big headache. The investigation conducted so far has revealed that Rohit Rathore and Nitin Fauji were instructed to give different names when they met each other so that they could mislead the police during the investigation.

Karni Sena president was shot after entering his house
Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi was the national president of Shri Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena. On December 5, at around 1:03 pm, two miscreants opened fire on him and ran away. Gogamedi was taken to Metro Mass Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. Guard Ajit Singh, who was present during the incident with Gogamedi, was seriously injured by the bullet. Naveen Shekhawat was also killed in the firing by the miscreants. Naveen had taken the miscreants to Gogamedi's house.
