सेंटर फॉर रिसर्च ऑन एनर्जी एंड क्लीन एयर (CREA) द्वारा जारी की गई रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, 2023 में भारत के सबसे ज्यादा प्रदूषित शहरों की लिस्ट में राजस्थान के तीन शहर शामिल हैं, जो हैं श्रीगंगानगर, हनुमानगढ़, और भिवाड़ी। इसमें दिल्ली भी शामिल है, लेकिन इस बार श्रीगंगानगर ने दिल्ली को प्रदूषण में पीछे छोड़ दिया है।

इसमें से कई शहर ने पराली और वाहनों का उचित प्रबंधन नहीं किया जाने का कारण प्रदूषण में वृद्धि देखी है। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, यह शहर लोगों के स्वास्थ्य को खतरे में डाल सकते हैं, और इससे उच्च स्तर के प्रदूषण के कारण सांस के रोगों में बढ़ोतरी देखी जा रही है।

सांस के मरीजों को होती है परेशानी
श्रीगंगानगर के रेस्पिरेटरी एमडी फिजिशियन डॉ. अभिषेक गुप्ता के अनुसार, कोरोना के बाद बढ़ते वाहनों का प्रयोग और पराली जलाने से हवा में प्रदूषण में वृद्धि हो रही है. इसका पर्यावरणीय प्रभाव श्वास रोगियों पर भी हो रहा है, और उनमें सांस लेने में परेशानी हो रही है. उन्होंने यह सुझाव दिया है कि ऐसे मरीजों को तुरंत डॉक्टर की सलाह लेनी चाहिए और घर पर स्वतंत्र रूप से दवा न लेनी चाहिए। विशेषकर, निमोनिया और सीओपीडी जैसे श्वास रोगियों को अपनी सेहत का ख्याल रखने के लिए सतर्क रहना चाहिए। मास्क का प्रयोग और एहतियाती उपायों की सलाह देते हुए, वह बताते हैं कि ये उपाय सीधे फेफड़ों में खराब हवा को रोक सकते हैं।

According to Dr. Abhishek Gupta, Respiratory MD Physician of Sriganganagar, after Corona, air pollution is increasing due to increasing use of vehicles and burning of stubble. Its environmental impact is also affecting respiratory patients, and they are having trouble breathing. He has suggested that such patients should immediately seek doctor's advice and should not take the medicine independently at home. Especially, respiratory patients like pneumonia and COPD should be alert to take care of their health. Recommending the use of masks and precautionary measures, he explains that these measures can directly prevent bad air from entering the lungs.
