राजस्थान के शिक्षा मंत्री मदन दिलावर ने शुक्रवार को हिजाब विवाद पर बड़ा बयान देते हुए कहा कि स्कूलों का ड्रेस कोड तय है। अगर कोई आदेश नहीं मानेगा तो हमें मनवाना भी आता है। दिलावार ने कहा कि ‘कोई मुंह ढककर तो कोई घूंघट लेकर जा रहा है। कल कोई हिंदू समाज से घोटा लेकर हनुमान जी बनकर चले जाएंगे तो क्या होगा।’ उन्होंने प्रदेश के स्कूलों में लागू ड्रेस कोड को लेकर सख्त एक्शन लेने को कहा। शिक्षा मंत्री शुक्रवार को कोटा दौरे पर थे। यहां जिला परिषद की साधारण सभा में हिस्सा लिया।

बैठक के बाद मीडिया से बातचीत में स्कूल ड्रेस कोड को लेकर कहा कि ‘इसे लेकर पहले से स्थायी ऑर्डर है। पहले वाली सरकार में भी थे और अब भी वो ही है। जो ड्रेस कोड लागू है, उसे ही पहनकर जाना है। स्कूलों में ड्रेस, यूनिफॉर्म, पोशाक और गणवेश कुछ भी कह लो, उसके अतिरिक्त पहनकर जाना अनुशासनहीनता है।’

उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी कीमत पर तय ड्रेस कोड के अलावा कुछ और पहनकर शिक्षण संस्थाओं में नहीं जाना चाहिए। ऐसा हमारा आग्रह है और नहीं मानें तो एक्शन होगा। इसके बाद भी सरकार के आदेश नहीं मानते हैं तो आदेश मनवाने भी आता है।

‘अपराधियों की संपत्ति पर चलेगा बुलडोजर’ इस मौके पर, शिक्षा एवं पंचायतीराज मंत्री मदन दिलावर ने रेप और महिला अत्याचार के प्रकरणों में प्रदेश सरकार के सख्त स्टैंड लेने के संकेत दिए। कैबिनेट मंत्री ने कहा कि महिला अत्याचार के दोषियों को सूचीबद्व कर रहे हैं और ऐसे टॉप क्रिमिनल्स की संपत्तियों की पहचान करके पहले मुख्यमंत्री से स्वीकृति लेंगे और बाद में उनकी प्रॉपर्टीज पर बुलडोजर चला देंगे। इस दौरान बैठक में बिना तैयारी के आए सुल्तानपुर में कार्यरत सहायक अभियन्ता फिरोज को दिलावर ने एपीओ करके मुख्यालय जयपुर कर दिया। उन्होंने बिजली विभाग से झूलते तारों, झुके खंभों की समस्या दूर करने के लिए कहा, और पंचायतीराज के अधिकारियों से गांव और सरकारी कार्यालय स्वच्छ रखने को कहा।

शिक्षा मंत्री ने बैठक में स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों के साथ बिजली-पानी-सड़क-शिक्षा-चिकित्सा-अवैध खनन से जुड़ी समस्याओं पर बात की। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा विभाग की जमीनों पर कहीं नगरपालिका तो कहीं बिजली-पशुपालन जैसे दूसरे सरकारी विभाग ही अवैध रूप से कब्जा कर रहे हैं।

Talking to the media after the meeting, regarding the school dress code, he said that 'there is already a standing order regarding this. He was in the previous government also and is still there. One has to wear only the dress code that is in force. Whatever you call dress, uniform, costume or uniform, going to schools wearing anything other than that is indiscipline.

He said that one should not go to educational institutions wearing anything other than the prescribed dress code at any cost. This is our request and if you don't agree then action will be taken. Even after this, if the orders of the government are not followed, then there is a way to get the orders obeyed.

'Bulldozer will run on the property of criminals' On this occasion, Education and Panchayati Raj Minister Madan Dilawar indicated that the state government will take a strict stand in the cases of rape and atrocities against women. The Cabinet Minister said that they are listing the culprits of atrocities against women and after identifying the properties of such top criminals, they will first take approval from the Chief Minister and later bulldozers will be used on their properties. During this time, Assistant Engineer Firoz, who had come to the meeting unprepared, working in Sultanpur, was made APO by Dilawar and shifted to the headquarters in Jaipur. He asked the electricity department to fix the problem of dangling wires, leaning poles, and asked Panchayat Raj officials to keep villages and government offices clean.

In the meeting, the Education Minister talked about the problems related to electricity-water-roads-education-medical-illegal mining with local public representatives. He said that the lands of the Education Department are being illegally occupied by the Municipal Corporation and other government departments like electricity and animal husbandry.
